NBC posted the first teaser for their adaption of Brave New World which will be on their new streaming service, Peacock. They did not give a specific date, but Peacock itself launches July 15, 2020, with a preview for Comcast users currently available.

This is the same Brave New World as that one book, right?

Wow, now I'm mourning Alan Rickman's death even more. I could never see anyone but him as Mustapha Mond for some reason.

Well they've genderswapped Mond in this version, so its a moot point anyway.

First episode is now available; I may have time to check it out this weekend.

Peacock has three tiers: free, premium ($5), and premium ad-free (additional $5). Comcast and certain other cable TV subscribers get premium with ads for free.

The original series like Brave New World series seem to be available just on the premium level.

Peacock is offering it for free this weekend. (Still haven't checked it out.)

BNW is a one and done. Peacock has cancelled the show after one season.
