Hiya there! This is a role-play where we are descended from Golden Age Heroes (or just plain up characters). It doesn’t matter if it’s from Quality Comics, early DC or Marvel (or Fawcett, everybody loves Fawcett), it just needs to be a Golden Age thing (from 1938 to the mid 50s).

Welcome to Feature Town, in the Quality County, USA! Next to Police Town, Hit Town and not too away from National Town, that used to be the hometown of heroes like Doll Man, the Spider Widow and the Raven and Rusty Ryan and his Boyville Brigaders.

We have an Ambiguous Time Period here. The only clue we have is that it’s the new millenium, so it may be any point between 2000 and 2020, cuz we have no idea on it.

You can mention stuff after the Golden Age, but they can’t be too relevant into the story (I.E. you can’t have the FF Human Torch/Barry Allen Flash’ descendants to help you, you gotta get the original Human Torch or the Jay Garrick Flash’s descendants).

The cast!

  • Sandra Grey, great-granddaughter of Spider Widow and the Raven. Has black-widow-controlling mutant powers. Athletic enough to punch a bunch of mooks in the face. Somewhere between 14 and 16 years old. Parents were superheroes called the Web and Scarlet Warrior, but retired a few years ago. Named after Phantom Lady.

  • Sandra’s parents, Christopher and Katherine Grey.

  • The Battle Butler, Bennet. Knows Alfred (the one who debuted right into the Silver Age, because the other one retired in this universe), because every Battle Butler knows each other.

  • Deborah Dane, great-granddaughter of Doll Man and Doll Girl. Can become small at will. Red karate belt.

  • The rest of the cast, which will come later.

The night was quiet, except for the party sounds. Sandra didn’t understand why exactly her parents did so old-styled dance parties in the mansion. Sure, she was staying at her room all the time, but it was just so boring. She took out her phone and logged into Herobook*.

* I’m establishing this as the main form of contact and social platform in this universe. Basically Instagram. Feel free to create other social platforms though.

Heya Debbie.

Oh, hi Sandy. What's up? Why the chat?

Bored, party and at bed. Want to get heroine form.

So, heroine patrol? Girl night?

Meet me in the tower at ten.

Did you... just leave? Whatever.

Both girls prepared themselves and changed into their hero selves, who still hadn’t names.
