Dealing with Name's The Same on work pages?

Names The Same says on the page:

When unrelated shows have characters who have the very same name. Most of the time it's unintentional.

If you ignore Alternate Self in franchises that have The Multiverse in like Marvel Cinematic Universe, when can this trope be used on Characters pages with characters who have the same name within the same universe but are different people (like the two Tina Minorus in the MCU, but I believe that's an example of a Decomposite Character and Schrödinger's Canon), if it's a Trivia trope?

How should this issue be dealt with on character pages?

I'm checking to avoid making any major mistakes.

as the trope page says, it goes on the trivia tab so not on character pages. If it's in the same work I believe that's just averting the One-Steve Limit (which is a trope that only lists aversions anyway)

[up] Correct, and if the character intentionally shares a name with someone from another work, it's a Shout-Out. There's no reason to list Names The Same outside of the trivia subpage, except maybe if two Shows Within a Show have identically-named characters and someone In-Universe comments on it.
