Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose vs. Reverse Arm Fold

What is the difference between these two Stock Poses, exactly? Does a Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose have to include the "leaning forward" part of the pose, or is it just enough to have the hands held behind the back? (For example, on Pokémon XY Anime Cast, Serena's entry has a Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose example that mentions that her having her hands folded behind her back is a common default pose for her, with no mention of leaning forward.) And if just having the hands held behind the back is enough, then what makes Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose any different from Reverse Arm-Fold? Is it only an example of Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose if the pose is actually done for the purpose of flirting? Or are the tropes supposed to simply be gender-specific, meaning that when a female character holds her hands behind her back it's Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose regardless of intent or the absence/presence of the "leaning forward" part, and when a male character does it it's always Reverse Arm-Fold? Because looking through the examples of the tropes I can see that Reverse Arm-Fold has been used for a few female characters, and there's also one instance of Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose being used for a girly-looking male character.

Characters will leaning forward when speaking with the Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose, they wont do it 100% of the time but they will do it. Often they will be holding their book bag in their hands behind them.

Although flirting might be going way overboard though.

If they don't lean forward, it's not a Coy, Girlish Flirt Pose. Examples like that should be purged.
