uhhh. as i understand it, it's like a room in someone's mind, and it's structured according to their soul.
the tree's soul is apparently like, a nature reserve run by talking critters. but i'm assuming it can really just be whatever you want, seeing as its a representation of your inner self
Objects in the Soul Rooms are metaphors as well. Go to the first page of this thread for more info.

That is fine, the other character's images will be added later, when the other tropers feel like it. Also, how do you all feel about the direction of the Story Arc of this roleplay so far? Episode 3 will probably feature either a Nightmare appearing, the serie's first Dark Magical Girl/Magical-Boy or a "Fantastic Voyage" Plot. Or would someone else have any other suggestions they would like to have for episode 3?

I like the plot so far!
hmm... well, considering a nightmare showed up at the end of episode one, i figured we'd kinda get that as like a monster of the week type thing. if thats what you're going for it would probably be best for the next episode, just to establish the formula (of course, if thats not what you're going for then best not, to keep it from getting formulaic). so really it's all about whatever your intention is for that one
the introduction of a magical girl/boy would be really great since thats been talked about previously but we haven't really met any yet. i'd highly recommend doing that one next, but only if you're not going for the formulaic approach mentioned earlier
as mentioned before, the fantastic voyage would be better much later on, after the rules of the world have been established to most everyone and all the main characters are in a state where they can freely participate. as it stands, there's a couple people that know about the mental worlds, but not everyone, and we aren't really terribly unified enough to embark on such a plot yet
so uhhh. tl;dr:
if you wanna do a monster of the week formula with the nightmares, throw a nightmare at us next
if not, do the dark magical girl/boy/whatever next
Alright, for anyone following Hiroji's storyline - I have everything figured out, even how to cure him. However, it won't be quick. The "corruption" in his Soul Room won't spread fast, either.
Our characters don't know that, though. Maybe we could make them think that they're running out of time quickly, since it's still a curse that's spreading?
Yeah, I could speed it up a bit. 7 days in their world sound about right? I want this to be solvable, but not too quickly.
I'll do the Magical-Boy episode first, and next episode we'll deal with another Nightmare (or unrelated university problem)... Also, how would a preview of Steph's soul-room sound?

alright sweet! look forward to it
Yeah, that sounds ok!

OH. i did have an idea for a later episode that like, kosugi and the gang keep on visiting the tree to cavort with the woodland creatures, but then eventually through some happenstance it does get infected, and the nightmare virus starts spreading through all the trees on campus
I was thinking that Steph's soul-room should be medical-themed (with hints of Lovecraft), but any suggestions would be welcome because the soul-room often evolve along with the occupants in the soul-rooms. Also I'm thinking of having short cameos from my story characters (Kotone, Misako, Olapen, Devlin, etc) as the workers

Maybe Steph's Soul Room could have some stuff that symbolises her love for her brother as well?
And yes! Cameos are always cool.

Natural elements have tiny soul-rooms but those soul-rooms are often full of elemental energy that can easily go haywire if let out of the soul-room.
Oh, and what do you mean by that, King Of Stickers? Please elaborate

I just think it's neat when an author writes in a cameo into one of their works, be it a character they made or a character from a different work. I don't think there's anything more I can explain.
