Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

(Eye-Sicle is frustrated when Wally (whom it was ultimately decided would be cloned for the season, at Wally's request) doesn't do much but bumble away from the Cornucopia and ask the Sandslash how they got so strong (the response visibly disturbs Dupe!Wally).)
Dark Stanford's Lair
Hmm, I will consider that. (Dark Stanford nods.) But very well. I have nothing more to say on the subject.
(He turns to face the Atomizer. Inwardly, he's very frustrated since he feels no different than before after absorbing his first knock-off. Why does he not feel any different...?)
(He shakes his head, digressing for now and listening in on the conversation about his allies' ability to hunt and/or stakeout for alternate Stanfords (or lack thereof).)
The others had simply been acquiring food from other worlds, but I suppose there isn't any reason they CANNOT learn to hunt. Out of all of them, I am sure the 'Brijes have the most experience with doing so and Chip has the least. (Dark Stanford says.)
(The Shape Shifter loudly clears his throat.)
Oh, and I suppose, erm, "Shifty" must have some experience as well. Anyway, perhaps they could all do with some of that kind of training.
(Chip audibly groans.)
Uh, excuse me, but I'm kinda HUGE? How am I supposed to keep myself hidden if we're gonna stakeout for your other selves? (Bamboozy asks.)
Your bracer allows you to shrink through the disguise feature, you know. (Dark Stanford says.) And I expect you to use your powers, too, creature.
Yeah, yeah, whatever...
I noticed you never said you didn't have experience with hunting, fox. (Vilgax comments.)
I am aware. I hunted outside my lair without my bowtie until I started wearing it. (He says.) Up until now I usually sent my Eye-Sicle to get food from other worlds.
(Veena has a bad feeling about Grime since she recalls that he left shortly before Colby was first atomized. Did he already know about the bracers?)
Whispering Pines
Oh, I loooooove purple! (June chirps. She looks at her mane.) Even chose it as my bangle color!
(With the directions given to him, Oscar gets to work. For June, Oscar produces a purple snowcoat (designed to account for her ruff) with a matching purple scarf. For Aaron, a midnight blue lined vest (with a hole that his chest spike can poke out of), also with a matching scarf. Then for both he and Lucian, Oscar creates snow vests designed for quadrupeds (Lucian's red and his own yellow). All outfits come with a matching snow hat as well.)
(With all the outfits set, Oscar hits the green button and the machine does its thing, soon enough producing all outfits.)
Yahoo! I love it! (June exclaims, wasting no time before putting her snowcoat, scarf, and hat on.)
(As the two rescue teams reach the cafe, there seems to be some sort of commotion going on behind the building. There are boxes scattered everywhere, and in the middle of them are Axel, J.J., Tyrell, a Smeargle cafe employee, and a Kecleon (who is not Cam but rather an older, male, and slightly bluish-colored Kecleon). Everyone except for Axel is rummaging through the boxes while Axel appears to have one stuck on his head and is blindly stumbling around.)
Is everything alright? (Shelley asks them.)
yeah, we're good, axie just accidentally bumped into vivian there as she was carrying a buncha stuff in and we're just looking for...uh...something. (J.J. explains.)
I wish you folks would tell me what you're actually looking for! (The Kecleon says.)
(Axel wordlessly walks into the side of the building and stumbles backwards onto his rump, the box still on top of his head.)
Is Axel alright? (Henry asks.)
He is. Whatever you do, please do not take that box off his head right now. (Tyrell warns.)
Amphibia
(Somewhere between Wartwood and Newtopia, the badly beaten Toads have set up camp off the path. At the edge of the camp, a human teen girl wearing the Toads' usual kind of armor sits on the lookout.)
Any sign of him, Sasha? (A toad asks.)
No... (Sasha groans.) And there's no sign of Anne, either. I don't have any clue what happened to them. First Grime disappeared, and then she and the frogs did. And they took the Calamity Box with them. I don't get what's going on here.
Go figure they disappeared right as we were starting the invasion, eh? (The toad asks.)
(Sasha glares at the toad, but then she sighs. If she knew what she did now, they would have just called the whole thing off.)
(Just then, there is a rustling in the bushes. Sasha takes out her sword and gets on guard, but who should come out of the bushes but Grime! A very tired and exhausted-looking Grime.)
Grimesy! Where WERE you?! (Sasha asks.)
On a very, VERY foolish mission. (Grime says.) I ought to have stuck to the original plan, and now there's no telling what'll happen next. Did you attempt the invasion?
Yeah, and we lost. But not before we found out some stuff. (Sasha starts to explain what happened during the invasion.)
"Okay, yeah, I guess Ollie fits the goofy sidekick role, but being a princess doesn't mean I spontaneously sing about everything, 'kay?"

Dark Stanford's lair
The Chozo squad all agreed with Dark Stanford's suggestion to train their newfound allies with time. Soon enough, Wild Sea would be seen from the outside, carrying a huge purple polar bear with her two claws. She dropped the bleeding corpse outside for her companions.
Fire Eyes and the other Chozo excused themselves and soon enough, the entire squad got reunited in front of the corpse to eat.
"You did not lie about the bear being massive, Wild Sea." Fire Eyes said to his companion.
"Yes, and all the easier to shoot with. Of course, taking it off-guard with a Wave arrow sealed that animal's fate." Wild Sea chuckled as Fire Eyes, Solid Rock, and Lightning Claws used their respective weapons to cut through the bear's flesh to get their meals. Wild Sea then charged a Plasma arrow with her bow, the heat strong enough to cook the food.
And then there was Blood Moon. All he did was viciously put his claw inside the bear's corpse. Black liquid invaded it, making it smaller and smaller until there was no trace of it, the X-infected Chozo having absorbed it. None of his companions reacted to the gross scene, used to it.
"So? What about the toad?" Lightning Claws asked.
"He and his allies must be taken out first before we focus on the remaining Stanfords. I figure out we five can take him and whoever fool is protecting him by ourselves. We can't afford to bring too many people with us if we are to not attract too much attention." Blood Moon hissed.
"You don't want to bring anyone with you? We have to train our allies, and they need to know what we can do." Wild Sea said.
"Yes. Let's take the three humans with us, I am sure they will fair well..." Lightning Claws sarcastically said.
"Not them, you fool. A good kick in the face is enough to knock those clowns out. I was thinking about actual competent people, like the 'Brijes or Vilgax." Wild Sea hissed.
"I do not think bringing someone like Vilgax will be necessary, he is needed here. Besides, Stokes did say the 'Brijes were some of the most valuable members of his group. And they did resist us well even though we took them by surprise. I believe they will make good allies. Fire Eyes, what do you think?" Solid Rock asked.
"I agree with you but... I will not lie, Greta's sudden loss affected them. We should give them some time to recover if you want them to operate at their maximum." the young Mawkin said.
"Time? We cannot afford to waste time. As we speak, the toad has the fox's bracer with him. He told us that the other traitors could wait for now, but he must be dealt with as quickly as possible." Blood Moon hissed. Normally, he wouldn't want to work with other races, but not knowing what they may face, they had to be cautious.
Then again, the mission would also be a great way to separate Knox from the rest of his team and show him his way.
"...I will speak with them first. What about the others?"
"I'm not against bringing that miserable plant kaiju to shake her mind up. At least Sticky stood up against me and never gave up the fight. Her? She looks like some lazy garbage. And I hate lazy people." Lightning Claws hissed.
"Heh... I will ask Stokes about it. I will also ask Lord Raven Beak for some beasts or robots to help us track the toad down." Blood Moon said.
After finishing their meal, Blood Moon's squad split again, with Solid Rock, Lightning Claws, and Wild Sea going to claim an empty room in the Dark Tribute's quarter for the squad.
Fire Eyes entered back the 'Brijes room and rested his back against a wall, calmly looking at the trio.
"Are you holding up?" the Mawkin asked after a moment.
As for Blood Moon, he soon joined back Dark Stanford.
"I spoke with my squad, fox, and if you want us to chase after the toad now or at a later time, we will. But I need to know who of your associates we should bring with us. I know that we could at least have Knox on this to separate him from his companions."
Blood Moon dangerously frowned.
"I also need to know about the toad's fate. If he proves to be a traitor, should you punish him... or should I dispose of him myself?"
Whispering Pines
Aaron and Lucian looked in awe as Oscar produced the different outfits and they were quick to try them.
"Wow... You even thought about my chest spike! I love it too!" Aaron exclaimed, looking at himself in a mirror.
Lucian looked at himself in the mirror, impressed. He then looked at Oscar as he would look at himself as well with a huge smile and he immediately hugged him with a laugh, clearly enjoying the outfit too.
"Hey guys! You're okay the-Wow!!" Alex said as he and Tokage entered the room, surprised by the four Pokémon's clothes.
"Did Oscar make those?" Tokage asked.
"Yeah! I think he's really skilled with making clothes." Aaron said. Tokage looked at the Thievul and nodded at him.
The group got interrupted when Squishy rubbed its leg against the ground, grunting.
"What's wrong with it?" Aaron asked Lucian.
"Hmmm... I don't think Squishy is hungry. I think we need to... Oh." the Lycanroc said before sighing. As terrifying as Squishy looked, he grew a soft spot for the monster.
"Hey, it's alright. I'm sure Stanford is done modifying Squishy's bracer. I'm sure you'll both see your big friend again in the future." Aaron reassured the two shy Pokémons.
The Fiery Blue Wings were surprised upon stumbling upon many boxes, searching for something.
"Well, good job." Arthur sarcastically hissed.
"Hey don't worry, we can help." Nick said, immediately helping the Pokémons around to search for whatever they were looking for.
Tyrell's warning, however, caught James's attention.
"Hmm? Are you certain? The poor folk looks like he cannot see anything with this box on his head. Henry? As rescuers, we should assist him!" James exclaimed to the Flygon.
"Erm... You two seriously shouldn't-" Nick attempted to warn, having a sudden bad feeling about it.

(Eye-Sicle grumbles as Dupe!Wally stumbles around unable to see after a botched science experiment by the Sandshrew.)
Well, I have repaired the cloning remote, given you two a means to go to my evil self's lair, and created the serum for Eye-Sicle. Have I forgotten anything...? (Stanford wonders, pacing.)
(Then it occurs to him.) Dear me, I have forgotten about the Metroid's bracer! Please excuse me, everyone! (Stanford makes a mad dash back to his quarters.)
Dark Stanford's Lair
(Some of Dark Stanford's accomplices peek out of the window, and everyone is naturally a little disgusted as the Chozo carve up the Voidbear, and especially when Blood Moon finishes it off by essentially absorbing it into himself.)
(Once they get back inside, Fire Eyes rejoins Knox, Veena, and Sticky. Veena is sitting miserably coiled up on her bed beside Sticky, who looks like she really wishes she could say something to help.)
(Knox simply grunts in response.)
F-Fine, I guess... (Veena sighs, very clearly not fine.)
Him I would rather deal with personally. (Dark Stanford says.) You're welcome to attack anyone who is with him, however. Their lives do not matter to me.
But anyway, absolutely bring Knox. (Dark Stanford continues.) And bring the giant lizard. For such a large, fierce-looking creature, she has not accomplished as much as I would have liked her to. Aside from that, assuming you will be bringing your companions with you, that should be more than enough to apprehend Grime and whoever is with him.

I'm glad you guys like them! (Oscar says, blushing slightly.)
(July, August, and Darnell aren't far behind Alex and Tokage. July is still noticeably VERY wary of Squishy.)
Oh my gosh, you guys look sooooo cute! (August chirps upon seeing everyone's new winter outfits.) Ozzy, you've gotta make us some of those some time!
Oh, of course! (Oscar says.)
(He looks up at Squishy.) I kind of hate to see Squishy go, too, but I know he has to go back. I wonder how close Stanford is to being done.
whoa, wait-! (J.J. exclaims.)
(Once James removes the box on top of Axel, he and the others will see that where Axel's head should be is...nothing. There is just a purple and yellow neck protruding from Axel's shoulders with no head on top of it.)
(One could hear a pin drop, aside from J.J. emitting a resigned:) aw geez... ( Tyrell preemptively covers his ears with one pair of his arms.)
Amphibia
(Once Grime and Sasha have told each other about where they've been and what they've discovered, the tone of the conversation starts to sour, especially on Sasha's end as she realizes Grime flaked out on them for a random diversion helping a complete madman and left her alone to manage the invasion.)
Okay, while you were away helping some crazy lunatic, we were out there realizing we were trying to overthrow ANOTHER crazy lunatic, and I was over there having trouble getting everybody to listen to me. It drove me nuts! It was no wonder everything went as badly as it did. (Sasha says.)
But you are so good at commanding others, how did everything go so wrong? (Grime asks.)
Dude, I'm thirteen, and I've still only been here a few months. I don't have years and years of experience managing a whole entire army by myself like you do! (Sasha snaps.)
(She sighs bitterly.) And now...I just feel bad, you know? I was gearing up to get the box from Anne like we were supposed to, and now not only is it gone, it's probably safer wherever it is now with Anne than it is here with me or anyone else...and now Anne and Marcy are going to be in trouble, too.
Never fear, we'll find the box again and keep it away from the king. (Grime says.) Now...how about we do some training? That always seems to lift your spirits.
(Sasha gets up and starts to walk away.) I'm not feeling it right now. I think I need some alone time.
But, Sasha-
I said I'm not feeling it! I'm done talking to you right now. End. of. discussion. (Sasha runs off.)
(Now Grime feels as though he really screwed up, knowing his sudden disappearance (as well as that of Anne and the Plantars to an extent) threw EVERYTHING off.)

The Voidlands, Tundra
Back in the frigid tundra, the Chillpen flock is resting in the snow, minding their own business. A puffball-like figure then peeks from behind a blue crystal. He is in fact Shadow Kirby
, a counterpart of Kirby from the Mirror World. He approaches the flock, which do not mind his appearance; in fact, a few approach him in curiosity. Shadow Kirby then simply pets them, before walking away. The Chillpens then continue minding their business.

Scipion's lair
To Scipion's relief, the Metroid Larva's clone was still alive when he came back. But to his confusion, Onox looked nervous while Morgan had a huge smile.
"Okay... What happened?" the Zoroark asked. Morgan wordlessly showed him a replay of his "cooking" school... being completely wrecked by Trap-Jaw.
Scipion's eyes twitched in anger as his face became red.
"You... have to be... FUCKING KIDDING ME????? DOES THAT MORON KNOWS HOW LONG IT'S GONNA TAKE TO REBUILD THAT THING??? I'M GONNA MURDER BALE FOR NOMINATING THAT ASSHOLE!!!!"
Dark Stanford's lair
Fire Eyes sighed and quietly nodded at Veena, wondering what he could do to help the trio, or at least appease their minds a little.
The Mawkin quietly contemplated his time visiting the various old temple on ZDR, abandoned by his people centuries, or even millennia ago. While many of his pairs valued their technology a lot, Fire Eyes always preferred the more spiritual and mystical aspect of the Chozo despite his warrior ways. He always found himself at peace by himself in the lone deep abysses of Burenia, or inside some forgotten Chozo ruins in Ghavoran for example.
Perhaps should he do that with the 'Brijes when Joaquin will be back.
His thoughts were interrupted when Blood Moon entered the room.
"It's decided. We are leaving now to get the toad." the red-armored soldier said to Fire Eyes. He then looked at Veena and Sticky, then at Knox.
"Coyote. You are coming with us." the rude Mawkin ordered.
:"You cannot be serious. You want him to go with us by himself after what happened to his comrade and what you put him through?" Fire Eyes asked, not very happy with the news.
"Not just me, but Dark Stanford as well. And I do not care about how he feels. Soldiers do not feel. They act without question." the Mawkin commander argued.
"Besides, I believe he knows well what happens him and his comrades if he disobeys. Grime must be brought here at once. I will be waiting in the fox's room. If Knox is not here in the next minutes, he will be punished accordingly." Blood Moon threatened, his eyes turning white for a moment before leaving.
Fire Eyes cursed under his breath but made no further attempt to convince Blood Moon. He could not do much if both his comrade and Dark Stanford shared the same idea.
"I did what I could... Veena, Sticky, you should stay here and try to rest. I will do my best to return Knox to you quickly." the Mawkin warrior said as he summoned his armor.
"My promise to you and Joaquin still stands. I will protect you from Blood Moon's wrath should he turn it against you. Do you think you can do this?" he then said to Knox.
After receiving their orders from Blood Moon, Solid Rock and Wild Sea went ahead to Dark Stanford's room. Lightning Claws instead went to Bamboozy's one, violently opening the door by kicking it.
"We move now. You are coming with us to Amphibia. The toad scum must be here in the next hours. Hurry up before Blood Moon decides to make you go through what the coyote did." the green Chozo coldly hissed to the reptile.
Whispering Pines
"Yeah, same here! I'm sure the Fiery Blue Wings and the Bugtrio would be impressed too!" Alex said to Oscar, fully agreeing with August.
"Knowing James, he would likely love something fancy, but I think they would be impressed as well, yes." Tokage agreed.
"Yeah... You're right." Lucian sighed at Oscar, looking up at Squishy too. He took a deep breath before turning towards Aaron.
"So we'll have to go to Stanford's lair first, right?"
"Yeah. After Squishy will be gone, I'll send Tokage and Alex away before I take you to the place I have in mind for our trip."
"I hope it's not too dangerous..." Lucian nervously said.
"No, it's not. It's not very crowded, but the rescue teams that visited that location all said even the wild Pokémons there aren't too hostile. We will be fine, I promise." Aaron reassured.
"Okay..." Lucian said, trying to convince himself that nothing would disrupt the four friends this time. Trying to keep his smile, the Lycanroc allowed Aaron to pet him on the head.
"Well, I think we'll have to go. Don't worry, June and Oscar should be fine with me around. Thanks for allowing us to stay... even with Squishy around." Aaron said to August, July, and Darnell, gratefully nodding at them before gathering his aura to summon a portal back to Eye-Sicle's castle.
One could see a tumbleweed blowing past the scene as everyone grew silent and stared at Axel's headless body with opened mouths for several long minutes.
Then, James understandably freaked out.
"YYIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-" he shrieked in horror, grabbing onto Henry with his legs and arms.
Nick looked back and forth at Axel, then at the boxes, slowly realizing what they were looking for.
"...Son of a-" he groaned, his face turning green before putting his paw on his mouth, feeling sick.
Arthur shook his head, blinked several times, and even slapped himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming. Even though he didn't freak out like his companions, he obviously had a lot of questions.
"W-WHAT??? WHO??? WHEN??? HOW???" he screeched.

1st Floor
Upon arriving in Thérèse's room, Ally sends a signal to a staff member to bring the mattress over, but her guest gets a flashback to her last season. At the same time, Ally hears the horn signaling the latest season. She scans Thérèse with her visor shining purple and says, I can confirm that your nominator sent you to the Arena in Season 199. But do not worry about being returned there for now because I predict that it will be a long while until they nominate you again. On another note, the Library is inside the Arena, but it is distant from the action, though we occasionally get tribute visitors during seasons.
Basement
6k1 hears her phone alerting her of the season and opens the link, but doesn't pay attention to it. She continues staring at the wall as the Teddies rant at her and the other nominators for "not having anything better to do".
I still have that vacation to plan, but what if a villain crashes it like Bill did in the Underground? she thinks.
She continues stroking what feels like a fuzzy stress ball, but Mimi uncurls herself and yawns.
"Good morning, Mom..." she says.
6k1 jolts herself fully awake and nearly drops her off the bed. Mimi yelps and jumps under her mother's blanket.
"Wh-what are you doing here?!" 6k1 asks while putting her glasses on.
Mimi peeks out from under the blanket. "I slept with you last night because I didn't want you to sleep alone!"
The Arena
After forgetting what aglets are, Data Applejack spends the night practicing her axe techniques. The other tributes who saw her Bloodbath kill run away from her, and she faints from exhaustion after hours of chopping away. She wakes up the next morning and reaches for her hat, but she finds out it's gone.
"Where did it go?!"
She runs around the field to search for it, but she suddenly gets dragged down by extra layers of fabric. She looks behind her and gasps upon seeing that she's now in a fancy dress with black tea patterns on its skirt.
"What in tarnation?! Why am Ah wearin' this? Ah don't normally wear 'em, but Ah like it better if they're better suited for farm work!"
She tears the dress apart and runs off to go applebucking, unaware that Black Tea put her hat in the laundry and dressed her up in a spare dress. After a long day's work, Applejack sets up her apple stall, but Marcus steals an apple while she isn't looking.
"You thief!" she calls out to him, "that's what Ah'm callin' ya if we meet again!"

He spins like Ralsei and strikes a pose in his fluffy, yellow jacket.
"Oh, Jack of Spades!" says Rouxls, "this olde tunic of mine shalt retaineth my bodily warmth far bettere than thous!"
He strikes a pose as well, and Lancer and Queen chortle while Swatch just facepalms.
"We should not be late for our meeting, Prince Ralsei," says the bird.
"I know, but does Queen have a jacket, too?"

A mini-Fountain appears some distance from the café and vanishes as soon as the Castle Town delegation steps out, all in their normal forms. The visitors inside can see them out the window as they go the other way to look for Cam.

Shadow Kirby walks through the snow-covered plains, eyeing the purple clouds above. He comes across a lemming-like rodent
◊. This is a Fluffy, another common inhabitant of the frozen tundra. The Fluffy runs away upon spotting him. Shadow Kirby then continues walking. He eventually arrives at a large, icy bridge. Below the bridge is a sea. An asphalt road stretches across the bridge, and a few broken, unused cars litter the road. In the distance, one can see whales, or whale-like creatures, breaching. Chilterns are perched all over the bridge.
Shadow Kirby then cries Poyo, poyo! Come here, my Warp Star!" . After a few seconds a Warp Star identical to Kirby's appears from the distance. Shadow Kirby jumps on and flies into the other end of the bridge. He goes through a snowy forest of fir-like trees. Strange dots of light float through the fir forest.
The Voidlands, Overgrowth Forest
In a massive forest, seemingly consisting of giant, towering flowers and grass, Voidlands Bugs roam the area, either eating large, dead leaves or sleeping. Strange orbs of light float around the forest. Shadow Kirby, on his Warp Star, zooms across them, startling some of the insects. Shadow Kirby passes the large flowers, scaring off some Voidlands Butterflies drinking the nectar.

(Once James screams, pandemonium ensues as everyone not already aware of Axel's strange new ability absolutely freaks out. Having not paid attention back at Eye-Sicle's lair enough to realize this had happened, Henry grips on to James and screams bloody murder as well, and even Tenn recoils in horror.)
OH MY LANDS, HE'S BEEN CURSED!! (The Kecleon shouts, assuming it to be a Ninetales curse at first.)

(J.J. frantically begins overturning the fall boxes before finally finding Axel's head underneath one.) WHEW! IT WAS GETTING STUFFY IN THERE! (Axel says as J.J. quickly sticks Axel's head back on his body.)

It feels like everything is slowly going insane around this town.
(Just then, a mini Fountain opens up not too far away that the Darkners step out of and they start moving away from the cafe to look for Cam.)
Whatever crazy thing that's about to happen next, I want no part of it. Good day. (The Kecleon leaves.)
(Toward the edge of town, Cam has just set up her shop when she sees Ralsei and the others approaching and cheerfully waves.)

Ralsei nods at them and introduces Lancer and Queen to Cam.
"Rouxls is my Vice Dad while she is my Girldad!" says the former as he gestures to them.
At her cue, Queen pulls out a cocktail glass full of battery acid and raises it up high.
A Toast To Our Potential Partner In: Offline Commerce She displays the word "Cheers" on her visor.
"They're his surrogate parents," says Ralsei, "though I'm not sure if Queen's actually his birth mother."
"But please don't ask about my 'first' dad..." Lancer's hood(?) droops, "it's... personal..."

Eye-Sicle's lair
Squishy merely grunted at Sidon and Wally, but fortunately didn't do anything wrong. Not long after the Pokémons arrived, Stanford arrived with his bracer as well.
"Wow... It looks better than the previous one!" Alex exclaimed as Aaron took the bracer and carefully put it back on Squishy's claw.
"Alright... Lucian, do you think you can try to see if this thing works?" Aaron asked his friend.
"Oh, of course!" Lucian exclaimed as he got close to the Zeta Metroid, touching the bracer and studying it.
"Hmmm... I think I'm understanding this much better than with Dark Stanford's bracer. But we're good. Now Squishy can just teleport here whenever it wants and Stanford will know!" the Lycanroc exclaimed, causing the Rescue Squad to sigh in relief.
"Thanks, Stanford. You're a life savior." Tokage said to the small scientist, shaking his hand.
Lucian's smile dropped down as he realized what this meant. But he knew that Squishy needed to reunite with its hive.
The Metroid felt that it was time to leave too and pulled Lucian and Oscar into one final hug. Lucian yelped, startled by the sudden move, but quickly gave in and snuggled against Squishy's belly.
"Oh Squishy... sniff! I'll miss you too. Thanks for everything. You won't forget us... R-Right?" he said, crying a bit. Squishy grunted in response, visibly saying "yes".
"Y-You know... As creepy as Squishy is, I think it's a bit cute with Lucian and Oscar around." Alex whispered.
"Yeah... I'm very happy for them." Aaron sighed, heart-warmed.
Eventually, Squishy let go of Lucian and Oscar, allowing the former to teleport the creature back to its homeworld with the bracer. After Squishy disappeared, Lucian couldn't help but sadly sigh.
"Aw, come here you two. I know Squishy will come to visit you from time to time." Aaron said, pulling the two shy Pokémons in a comforting hug. Lucian nodded, knowing that his big bro was right.
After that, it was the Pokémons time to leave.
"Thanks a lot, Stanford. You should probably rest a bit after that and everything that happened yesterday." Aaron said to the tiny fox before summoning two portals, one for Alex and Tokage, the other for the four canine Pokémons.
"Well, I hope you four will spend a good time together." Tokage wished them as he hugged Aaron to wish him good luck.
"Yeah! And you two try to have fun, alright?" Alex said to Oscar and Lucian after doing the same. Despite being a bit nervous (as usual), Lucian nodded with a smile.
"Oh, I almost forgot! Your pills, Lucian. I wouldn't want anything bad happening to you." Aaron exclaimed, getting out said pills from his bag.
"Right." Lucian said before taking his heart medicine.
"Ah... O-Ok I'm good. I'm ready." the sensitive Lycanroc said, trying to sound more confident than usual.
Once June and Oscar were ready, Aaron would lead the canine trio inside the portal. Alex and Tokage waved at them one last time before leaving the lair too.

Aaron, Lucian, June, and Oscar would appear at the entrance of a forest situated on the mountainside of a huge mountain. As the Fiery Blue Wings said, it was snowing there, though it wasn't storming violently, to Lucian's huge relief. Still, the size of the mountain in front of him intimidated him and he gripped Oscar's paw.
"A-Aaron? What is this place?" Lucian asked his friend.
"That's the Silver Mountain. And our destination is up here." Aaron said, pointing at the summit. Lucian's eyes went wide and he shook in awe.
"Don't worry, rescue teams already did this trip. They said the road isn't too tiresome and it's mostly safe, even for non-rescuers. You're not afraid of heights, are you?" Aaron asked Lucian and Oscar.
"N-No! I-I just... I'm just a bit nervous and a tiny bit excited, that's all." Lucian stammered.
"Don't worry you two. I and June will be with you." Aaron said. Lucian took a deep breath to try to stay calm before shooting a glance at Oscar.
"Got it. I-I think I'm good to go!"
Dark Stanford's lair
"I don't receive orders from you." was all Blood Moon said to Knox, clearly meaning that he would get close to the coyote as many times as he wanted. Fire Eyes stayed close to the two, just in case.
Soon enough, the trio, as well as Bamboozy and Lightning Claws joined back the others in Dark Stanford's quarters.
"Well, here they are." Wild Sea said to Dark Stanford with a wink.
"So we are with the big lazy plant and the 'Brijes leader, hmm?" she then said, studying the two in a teasing manner.
"I hope that you two are ready. I trust that my teammates will be able to help you if we are to battle, but I do not guarantee we will always be there for you." Solid Rock said, still giving a respectful nod at Bamboozy and Knox.
"They don't need to be smothered like eggs, Solid Rock. if they fall into battle, that is their problem for being too weak or stupid." Lightning Claws hissed, not taking his eyes off Dark Stanford. Fire Eyes glared at his rude comrade but didn't say anything.
"Our mission is to bring the traitor Captain Grime here. We need him alive. The rest of his allies in Amphibia on the other hand? Dispose of them if they see you. We can't afford anyone to know about us." Blood Moon said to the group before focusing his glare at Knox and Bamboozy. Given how dangerous he looked the message was clear. They could not screw up.
Blood Moon then turned towards Dark Stanford.
"We are ready to depart. We won't come back until we have claimed the traitor." the Mawkin commander said.
Whispering Pines
Arthur looked in shock as Axel found his head, sticking it back as if it was nothing before showing he was fine.
"...You kept your arena powers?" Arthur asked Axel, calming down. He noticed Nick on the ground, still trying not to vomit.
"Hey shitstain. You're okay?" Arthur asked, rudely helping the Cinderace to get up.
"Urp!! Y-Yeah, I-I think I'll be fine... Thank goodness it's not bloody at all. S-Still very disturbing." Nick groaned, putting a paw on his bumping chest, taking several deep breathes.
"B-But... you really kept those? I remember James being in season 151 too, and he turned into a ghost, while Aaron had his legs replaced with noodles! Thank god they didn't keep those powers because that's nightmare fuel." he shakily said.
"I agree. I know I'm a Ghost-type and all, but this is creepy as fuck. Please don't do that again." Arthur said to Axel, relieved that at least it wasn't serious.
Nick slowly calmed down as a mini Fountain opened up. Arthur frowned in concern and focused his gaze.
"...I don't know any of those creeps. They're not even Pokémons but..." he muttered.
"Should we do something about that weird thing?" Nick asked.
"...Probably not. Ralsei's with them. I suppose the creeps must be Darkners as well."
"Ah, well that's a relief! We shouldn't worry then." Nick sighed. But his ears twitched upon hearing a certain background sound.
"Wait..." Nick gasped, turning towards James and Henry.
They were still gripping each other and screaming at the top of their lungs in terror.
Nick and Arthur stared at the two hammy Pokémons with wide eyes.
"Ooow! Should we do something about them?!" Nick asked, pulling his ears on his head to protect them.
"Fucking...! One thing's sure, we are going to turn deaf if they keep shrieking like damn chicks at this point!" Arthur complained, closing his hood to keep his ears safe.
It took a comically long time for James's scream to turn into loud panting and the trembling Inteleon stared at Axel with wide, terrified eyes.
"Are you two done wetting yourselves?" Arthur rudely asked the duo.

(Going back to the season they see that Dupe!Wally has almost literally died of happiness (but was resuscitated by Dr. Yap), followed by the Sandshrew turning him invisible and daydreaming about scuba-diving, before having an all-around good day afterward.)
(Wally seems unfazed by some of the stuff his copy has gotten involved in.) I mean...near-death experiences and turning invisible aren't really new for me. (He says, shrugging.)
How are the others doing? (Stanford asks Eye-Sicle.) Are Wanda and Cleo alright?
They all went outside in the snow. (Eye-Sicle says.) Guess they're alright. Haven't heard anyone screamin' or panickin'.
I think I shall go check on them anyway. (Stanford says.)

"Good observance Knox." Solid Rock said to the coyote as he immediately spotted the plume of smoke. Lightning Claws and Wild Sea tried to have a better look, but they were currently too far to spot anyone.
"Let's move. We need to know who is over here, and if they are allied with the target. Discretion is key so that we can strike at the best moment if we are to battle." the green Chozo said.
"Plant, shrink yourself, and be silent. Coyote, you must be quiet as well. We can't let the primitives here seeing you." Blood Moon coldly ordered.
Then, the X-infected Chozo... curled up and turned into a literal ball before silently rolling towards the plume of smoke. The rest of the squad did the same and followed their commander.
Fire Eyes turned into a ball as well and was about to follow his companions when he remembered Bamboozy and Knox were watching, and have likely never seen such ability.
"Do not be afraid. This is a Chozo ability called "Morph Ball". We usually use it to travel across narrow passageways or to move around quietly. Rest assured, you will not need to learn this since you already have your bracer." the ball reassured before moving.
Whispering Pines
"Well I mean, there must be some things where losing your head is useful! But... Yeah, in normal life, that ability is just... It's scary." Nick said to Axel.
Likewise, James let go of Henry and tried to regain his composure.
"I... I believe I am alright, yes. I am glad you look good too, dear friend. That that was an... unique experience." the proud Inteleon said to his friend, adjusting his scarf before turning towards Axel.
"I apologize as well. That was not a very appropriate reaction from rescuers." James said, bowing.

"Yeah... But if next time you could tone down the screaming part that would be great. I get it shrieking like girls is your thing but it's really loud when you do that at the same time." Arthur sighed at Henry and James, opening back his hood.
"Y-Yes, dear Arthur. We will try to be a bit more careful on the matter." James said, nervously rubbing his backhead.
"Well, I guess we should help Vivian gather her stuff now." Nick said, regaining his usual smile and helping lining up the boxes.
"O-Oh! Of course!" James hastily exclaimed, he and Arthur getting to work as well.
Silver Mountain, Forest
The four Pokémons walked into the forest. To Lucian's relief, it wasn't too dark.
The Lycanroc took this opportunity to look around himself. There weren't any wild Pokémons thus far and asides from some chirps, the forest was quiet.
"Are you alright, Lucian?" Aaron asked his friend.
"Yeah... It's just so quiet here. Well, not too quiet either but... it's nice." the shy Lyncanroc answered with a smile.
"And you're not too cold?"
"Oh no, not at all! All thanks to Oscar's clothes!" Lucian exclaimed, affectionately nudging Oscar.
"Well, he still made it with your machine too, so we have to credit you too. But you're right! Not only are they cool-looking, they're also very warm." Aaron said
The calm was quickly interrupted when something akin to an icicle fell right in front of Lucian and Oscar, followed by a dozen more. Startled, Lucian jumped in the air and yelped before hugging Oscar instinctively.
Aaron immediately turned back in alarm, but quickly relaxed and chuckled a bit.
"H-Hey, what's so funny? That icicle could have hurt us, you know??" Lucian exclaimed.
"No. Because these aren't icicles. Look at your feet."
Lucian did just that and gasped as the "icicles" revealed themselves to be some kind of strange larva with spikes.
"Oh... Oh my gosh, what are those? They are so cute!!" Lucian exclaimed in awe.
"They are Snoms. They're mostly harmless." Aaron explained.
"Snoms? I think I've seen a picture or two of that species when we were kids but... Wow!" Lucian giggled as he lowered his head and tried to pet one of the Snom's head, carefully avoiding the spiky shell. The Snom didn't feel threatened and just stood there, busy munching on some snow with the other Snoms.
"Aaaw and they're eating snow too!" Lucian said, geeking out.

Yeah, no joke. But now I'm trying to figure out how my powers work so I can actually have a sporting chance against them once I finally face them, but man, it's harder than I thought it was going to be! If I don't figure out how to do this soon, I won't last more than eight seconds against them. I can barely even remember what they tried to tell me at this point. I've still just got basic electricity, basic shapeshifting, and basic size-changing.
Have you considered reading a book or a scroll on how to use your powers? (Sidon asks.)
Well, I'm just not sure if they would tell me anything about how specifically I can use these powers. My species isn't exactly common. (Wanda says.)
(Cleo thinks.) Actually, perhaps books that are simply about your respective abilities could at least point you in the right direction, if nothing else. (Cleo suggests.) But do we have any books like that here?
I don't believe so, but perhaps you could visit the Library. (Stanford says.) I'm certain there are books about every ability Wanda has there. We just need to be sure not to bother 6k1 if we go there. Shall we take my van?

What the hell?! ...Uh... (Knox and Bamboozy are naturally startled when the Chozo enter their respective Morph Ball forms, not familiar with this power of theirs, until Fire Eyes clarifies.)
Damn, that's hella weird, but if it works for ya.... (Knox says once Fire Eyes explains what's going on. Following the Chozo, Knox can't help but feel a little envious since the Chozo are clearly much quieter in their Morph Ball forms than he and Bamboozy are as their normal selves (or almost normal selves in Bamboozy's case). He also can't help but wonder about how he and the other 'Brijes could use such an ability if they had it; turning into a small ball would definitely still be extremely weird, but maybe then they could all be as stealthy and able to sneak up on things as Veena can.)
(Thinking about the other 'Brijes (especially Colby and Greta) just makes Knox angry, however. A scowl comes across his face as he follows the Chozo as they roll along.)
(Getting closer to the camp, it's apparent that the campsite is a toad campsite. Two toads are on lookout a sizable distance between the group and the camp.)
Think we're on the right track...we need to take out those guards, though. (Knox says in a hushed voice.)
That, or, like, sneak past 'em. Whatever you guys wanna do. Betcha the Chozo could get by them as long as they're still turned into balls. (Bamboozy says.) That won’t help me and the coyote, though unless these bracers can help us.

The Chozo squad eventually stopped near a rock as they were joined by Knox and Bamboozy, allowing them to get back to their normal forms.
"Hush Knox! Those toads are not like the people in your world. Charging recklessly will only cause them to alert the camp and Grime will escape our grasp. If we fail, Veena and Sticky will likely suffer for it." Fire Eyes hissed at Knox.
"But you are right. We must take them out, that will make fewer toads to deal with. And..." the Mawkin said, only to glance at Blood Moon as his eyes turned white.
"...Lightning Claws, with me. The rest of you wait until we are clear." he ordered. The green Chozo nodded and he and his commander turned back into a ball and used their Phantom Cloaks to slowly but surely roll behind the toads.
When the Chozo warriors dropped their Phantom Cloaks and got out of their ball-state quickly, allowing the two guards to see them, it would be too late. Lightning Claws, stoical as ever, immediately eliminated the first soldier by slicing his throat with his claws, killing him instantly, before pinning the other on the ground with his talons gripping his mouth, preventing him from screaming for help.
Blood Moon opened his beak as black liquid started to drop from it. His white eyes widened, hungering for blood. The sadistic Chozo planted his claws inside the poor soldier's head, slowly devouring him to make sure he would feel as much horror as possible, making sure he would understand that he was nothing compared to him in his last moment. Far away Solid Rock sighed sadly at the sight while Fire Eyes shook his fists, knowing Blood Moon was not just eating him, but torturing him in the process.
The X-infected warrior gasped and clutched his head as he was done devouring the toad guard. The other Chozo immediately ran towards their leader and Lightning Claws, the path to the campsite seemingly clear.
"It will take me a bit of time to assimilate the lowlife's memory completely. But there is someone else commanding the toads alongside Grime... a young human pest." Blood Moon hissed
"Humans? Here? I swear humanoids are like fleas. They are everywhere in the multiverse and so boring to fight!" Wild Sea groaned in exasperation.
"I would not compare them to fleas. Some humans have the technology needed to face one of us in a duel. Their ability to adapt to many different planets and environments is astounding." Solid Rock said.
"Anything about the camp's structure or the target's location?" Lightning Claws asked Blood Moon, focused on the mission.
"So far no... But I will know his whereabouts in time if this guard saw him recently."
"The toad is our target. But if you can get the human girl with you... Capture her as well." Blood Moon coldly ordered.
"For what purpose?" Fire Eyes asked, suspicious.
"For the purpose I have chosen." Blood Moon answered, staring coldly at his comrade. Fire Eyes fearlessly stared back.
"I know you too well. You plan to use the human to further torture the toad. We were ordered to bring him to Stokes, not break him! I will not let you cause more harm than what is necessary!"
"Fire Eyes, you stupid fool... I do not seek victory against this primitive. I seek domination. Complete and absolute control. The fox said he needed Grime alive, but he never said in which state. Power is everything... And I intend to show the traitor how powerful we are and that he should have never turned his back on us. When his mind will break he will understand what true power is."
"I agree that the toad must be taught a lesson for his disobedience. But this is too much. This is not like with the 'Brijes punishment when it served as an example. You just want to do that for your own amusement. You dare speak of power when you cannot even control your violent ways?" Fire Eyes hissed.
"Oh please, don't act like if I am the only one who acts this way! Your coyote pet over here knows that feeling well. I am certain he will enjoy the spectacle and tearing the toads' flesh apart, just as I do." Blood Moon hissed back, pointing at Knox.
"That is enough!" Solid Rock sternly exclaimed, slamming the ground with his hammer's head, causing the two Mawkin to stop their dispute.
"We will decide this woman's fate in time. If she is as close to Captain Grime as Blood Moon saw, we must capture her as well if we can. But Grime is our primary target. We must leave as soon as we have him." the big Chozo said, staring at Fire Eyes and Blood Moon. Both looked at the old warrior, then at each other. Blood Moon viciously spat and turned away while Fire Eyes sighed and reluctantly nodded at Solid Rock.
"Now then, let us resume our approach. Lightning Claws, Wild Sea, you are competent enough on your own to dispatch any soldiers that might cause us some trouble."
"Naturally." Wild Sea chuckled. Lightning Claws silently nodded.
"You two should search for our target together. As a duo, you are nearly invincible and I trust you will value our mission more than your grudges against one another." Solid Rock then said to Blood Moon and Fire Eyes.
"Of course, I understand." Fire Eyes respectfully said.
"Hmph. Lord Raven Beak would not tolerate us failing against those toads garbages. I agree." Blood Moon reluctantly sighed.
"What about you?" Fire Eyes asked Solid Rock.
"Well... I will provide a distraction. Please, do not worry about me." the old Chozo warrior said with a smile.
"Are you certain? You are long past your prime, old crow." Wild Sea remarked.
"Correct. And I am not as full of vitality as Lord Raven Beak. But if I was truly useless, I would not be here today. What matters is that we succeed in our mission, without casualties on our side if possible.... including you two. You may not be Chozo, but you are still our allies." Solid Rock calmly answered before looking at Bambooozy and Knox.
"Very well... Bamboozy you stay near Solid Rock and assist him to distract the toads. Lightning Claws, Wild Sea, you will assist them and create a second distraction. Knox... you come with me and Fire Eyes to get the target. I expect you to show no mercy to our enemies." Blood Moon ordered.
"And I expect you to not be too harsh with him. He is strong, yes, but he will do what he can, especially with what he has been through." Fire Eyes said.
"You are acting as he cares about those two weaklings and the two other traitors... They only slow him down. If Knox does not turn his back on me or defy my orders, I have no reason to harm him."
With that said, Wild Sea and Lightning Claws used their Phantom Cloaks to turn invisible to take the enemy by surprise. Fire Eyes and Blood Moon summoned their shield and got into the exact same battle position, ready to leave their hiding spot as soon as it was clear. Solid Rock gave Bamboozy a reassuring look before calmly walking towards the camp.
The Fiery Blue Wings all let out a sigh as they sat down with the Bugtrio.
"That sounds worst than being turned into a ghost." Nick said to Madeline.
"It is a pleasure to see you again milady. I suppose we could just do with a drink. I will take a Chery berry tea if you please." James said to the other Inteleon with his gentleman smirk. While Nick didn't mind, used to James's ways around women, Arthur frowned but said nothing.
"Ganlon berry beer." the cold Decidueye said to her.
"I'll take a carrot juice please." Nick added.
"Of course, you would take that." Arthur sarcastically groaned, laying back against his seat.
"Oh my god... You three never saw a Snom before?" Aaron chuckled at June and Oscar also cooing at the small Pokémons.
"Yeah! I almost want to keep one with me! B-But we already have Squishy so..." Lucian said.
"Come on you three, I know Snoms are cute, but you should leave the little guys alone. We've still got a long way to go." Aaron said, rubbing Lucian's head. The Lycanroc sighed and left the Snoms eating in peace, but he still had a big smile on his face.
After some time, the group got closer to the end of the forest and climbed a rather large uphill with one giant tree at the top of it.
"You're okay?" Aaron asked the others as they reached the giant tree.
"Y-Yeah... I-I'm fine." Lucian said, panting, not used to walking this long.
"We can rest a bit here if you need." Aaron said. Lucian immediately sat down and rested his head on Oscar's shoulder.
Aaron sat down near them and June and looked at the big tree. Come to think of it... This tree looked nothing like the pine trees that made up the forest. And it was big... far too big.
Aaron rubbed his chin in deep thought before looking upwards. It was still snowing but the sky had cleared up a bit. He then spotted some small purple clouds in the distance.
The Lucario swore he already see those clouds when they faced the "giant" Keckleon back at Lilac's funhouse. But why would they-?
His thoughts got interrupted as the ground shook and a big Chesto Berry dropped from the tree. Aaron and Lucian's eyes popped out of their skulls at how big the berry was as it rolled down the hill.
And then a giant Snorlax's face with red eyes slowly burst from under the snow to eat it.
"Ho... HOLY...! OH MY GOD!!" Aaron realized in absolute shock. The four friends weren't on a simple hill.
They were on a wild Snorlax's body. A Gigantamax one somehow.
Needless to say, Lucian soiled himself with fear. He gripped Oscar as tight as he could, watching the monstrous Snorlax lazily munching on the berry.
"S-S-S-S-S-So b-b-b-b-b-big...!!" he squeaked with wide, terrified eyes.
Aaron himself got incredibly nervous, not sure if his mega-evolution could take on such a huge foe.
If the Snorlax saw them as enemies, that is.
Aaron gulped when the Gigantamax monster slowly looked at his tree and spotted the four Pokémons. Lucian swore they were going to die when it stared at them, and Oscar would feel his friend's heart beating like crazy as the Lycanroc squeezed him further out of fear, flashbacks of the Dynamax Keckleon flashing in his mind.
"E-Everyone calm down, I-I-I don't think t-the big guy's gonna hurt us." Aaron shakily said before gathering his courage.
"E-Ermm... H-Hello? W-We are just passing by! We mean you no harm! Please don't attack us!" he shouted to the Snorlax, hoping it would understand him.

(Knox reluctantly stays back, and then feels sick when he sees the way Blood Moon dispatches the one guard, realizing that it was THAT which he was so close to having happen to him. It simply reinforces his desire to keep as far away from Blood Moon as possible.)
Like, I'm kind of a giant walking talking tree. How distracting can you get? (Bamboozy says, moving toward Solid Rock.)
(Knox audibly snarls when Blood Moon orders him to team up with him, but of course he knows he has no other choice (at least Fire Eyes will be there to stop the crazy Chozo...right?).)
(Bamboozy goes up to camp and makes her presence known with a loud roar. The toads see the strange creatures approaching and scramble toward them, axes, mallets, and maces swinging.)
(Grime is unhappily strumming his harp when he hears the sudden commotion outside. He jumps up to his feet with his hammer and prepares to go and see what's going on.)

After Ally guides her down the hallway and into her temporary room. It's barren, the floor and walls are a dark blue. There's no mattress, but it'll come soon, so Thérèse leans on the wall instead. She isn't too bothered by this, as she's been in similar living conditions before.She takes her food supplies from ber bag and eats a cookie, thinking about everything that just happened. Then something struck her. A sudden flashback.
Flashback
"So, what do you want for?" A young man with dog ears and a bow asked, sitting in front of a campfireThere, Thérèse was the 1st to respond.
"Death. That's all."
"HAHAHAHAH! I WANT TO MEET MR. DEATH HIMSELF AS WELL! A clown in a purple suit followed.
"Um, I wanna have death too." A talking blue soap said.
The clown kept on laughing as Thérèse stared at the fire.
"U-Um, you want it now?" The dog boy is now shaken by the other's answers.
Suddenly, bolts of lighting appeared and struck everyone but the dog boy, killing them instantly.
"Dang it Thérèse! Then again, considering the Revolution, I guess it made sense you wished for that." The voice of an unseen woman echoed through the clouds.
