Put Lord Farquaad on the tribe with the evilest characters, as it would make sense for him to team up with them.
Also speaking of hosting I won't as I just did, but I'm certainly willing to host more seasons in the future. I had a blast here as thanks to the way Survivor is set up you can tell more of a story here than on HGS as unlike the HGS there's much more interpretive room for explaining what happens as there's less events and it doesn't tell you why the ones voted out got voted out in the first place, while HGS events just bluntly say what happens.

People don’t usually choose their tribes in Survivor, it’s usually predetermined. Then again it could be different in this context.

Is it for the same reason as Relationships, in that it will make seasons less interesting due to the characters being predictable and always in-character instead of random and out of character?

I think even the Reasoning is randomized. It's the Stats and Relationships that make the Castaways act more "in-character".
