Samurai 8 YMMV Dispute

This is a conflict that I've been involved in that I'd like to have settled right now.

The YMMV page for Samurai 8: The Tale of Hachimaru has become a mess as a result of people repeatedly protesting my edits under the argument of them being "Pointlessly spiteful, almost needlessly critical of the work itself, and nowhere near universally agreed at all." None of this is true, however. The example of Hype Backlash I added is built off the series poor reception and sales, it boasts downright middling sales on Oricon given this is by an extremely famous author and was heavily promoted, and on Amazon Japan boasts just two stars, with the highest rated review by a substantial margin being just One Star.

Likewise, the cases of Slow-Paced Beginning and Memetic Mutation are puzzling in them being removed because both are simple demonstrations of the most common complaints surrounding the series, and Kishimoto's insistence that it would "get good later". Neither are "overly critical", something which in this context I really don't understand.

All in all, the treatment of entries on the page has become less an example of trying stir away hate, and more an example of blindly defending the series. I request people come to a conclusion here, because frankly I'm sick of all the push-back I've endured.
