One of the stronger starts of the season so far, but that's not saying much. I've found it enjoyable just for how weird some of the plot twists are. And we're only three episodes in!
Been told that it gets interesting if the viewer/reader is familiar with the Whore of Babylon references and all.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"I'll probably be able to watch the first episode at least.
Has anyone read the novels?
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Babylon? Heard that the first three and four episodes are out. Gotta watch that soon. Is it available on streaming sites so far.
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Huh… at first I thought it was gonna be some basic crime procedural and thought about stopping there… but then came the end of episode 1. And then episode 2 gets downright psycological, with some freaky directing. And then episode 3 I was like "Wut?"
Following this one for sure.
Got around to create a trope page and a character page for it.
Fourth episode is out and it starts a new arc.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"That talk about a "suicide law" is weird when you think about it. Legalizing supervized and medicalized assisted suicide is one thing, but how do you legalize (or ban for that matter) plain ol' suicide? People who want to off themselves don't need a law for that…
So uh, did anyone just see that latest episode? Because the creep factor just got worse.

…Well that's one fucking dark take on Hello Nurse
Hey folks.
With the novel/character-specific pages done, let me know. I may have made a mistake or two.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"(*4) Some countries have punished people who had failed an attempted suicide. Some other countries have punished the families of people who had been successful.
(Not watching this show yet, I am waiting for the whole series to be released).

Looks like there's a delay for the 8th episode.
Which reminds me, I'll have to start binging the first few episodes.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Episode 8 is out.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"Starting to catch up with episode 7.
…You know, it makes Magase all the scarier when you realize her voice actress also did Sonozaki Shion. I guess this kind of villain is nice too once in a while. No freudian excuse, no hidden gentle side, just an evil girl who loves being evil.
Buuut I'm not sure what to think of her having… basically the verbal equivalent of a Geass. That makes her hard to deal with for sure (especially since few people suspect it), but it seems like a slightly artificial way to create tension.
Also RIP Sekuro. Hopefully your sacrifice won't be in vain.

She's the Whore of Babylon. The problem, of course, is that the Whore canmt deceive or influence everyone which she is shown to always be able to do.
And of course, the man who hired her to justify making killing himself look good and make his son feel bad for wanting him to live knows exactly what Magase is. Something something False Prophet.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Didn't know about the whole "Whore of Babylon" thing… so that's what the title was about…
Episode 8 now. So cities can decide to "legalize suicide" all on their own now? You'd think that's the kind of stuff you can only pass on a national level… we're not talking about banning bicycles on sidewalks here…
I also couldn't help but laugh at the "France is so stable its citizens are bored" line, considering the current situation of our country.
Otherwise, I weirdly liked the little narration from the US President. It was so dorky yet kind of charming.
Word out is that the novel is suppose to have a fourth volume coming.
And the manga diverges from the 7th episode to an alternate ending.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"12 episodes are all out.
I did more research on the supposed fourth novel. From what I heard, the author is considering it just to "wrap" things up more properly.
