So I just watched the first two episodes and they were pretty damn good. The scenes with George the Demon were especially creepy, even though we know for a fact that they aren't real (or are they?).

The only thing that broke my suspension of disbelief was Michael Emerson's character swiftly getting a job as the DA's forensic psychologist — even though the very first episode, that same DA was given proof that Emerson's character had been emailing a serial killer to get him to pretend to be possessed by a demon. Sure, the DA says that he showed them proof his email was "hacked," but would the DA really hire someone that quickly who had just been working for the defense and whose computer/email had already been "allegedly" hacked? The DA just seems like he was making a stupid decision for the sake of the show.

But I don't really care because Michael Emerson is awesome. As is Mike Colter and everyone else on the show.

So, hey, I created a works page for the show, too, in case anyone wants to add anything to it.
