Just finished the new episodes.
"15 Candles" was predictable, but it was definitely well-done. Sid steals the show again, and Maria clearly deserves more screentime.
"Rook, Line, and Sinker" was a tad grating, but it was interesting to see Carl get his comeuppance.

I was finally able to watch the episodes after a delay.
The first one was alright, and a tad mature. It's like Hector thinks Rosa was cheating on her, when in reality, he was an asshole. Also, I suspected that teacher was gay.
The Malo episode was very well done, and very different from other Loud House/Casagrandes episodes in structure. Ronnie Anne has definitely held her own, and the relatives also were better written to the point that they seem more realistic. Meanwhile, Becky has clearly gone above and beyond, and I do think she could end up in Ronnie Anne's circle of friends.
I asked the supervising producer Alan Foreman about Ronnie Anne's age in "15 Candles":
Well, it took till season five for the Louds to move up a year.
Wake me up at your own risk.New episode titles and descriptions from Cartoonlounge.de:
"Weather Beaten" - A powerful artifact is coming to the Great Lakes City museum and it brings along a storm for the Casagrandes.
The weird thing is there was an episode where Bobby pays a visit to Lori in college. And of course the Louds making a cameo at the end of the Christmas special mentioning they were picking up Lori from college.

Clearly The Futon Critic dropped the ball on the schedules.
The first part was a tad off with the plot, but Adelaide stole the show as always.
The second part was a wild ride with Vito's plot, but it's somewhat iffy with the execution.
Another one bites the dust: ''The Casagrandes'' has been cancelled:
Why it matters: It's the latest Latino-led show to be canceled after only a few seasons, despite rave reviews and loyal followings.
Driving the news: "The Casagrandes" will not be renewed after its third season finishes airing this year.
Its characters will continue to appear on "The Loud House," the show it was spun-off from, according to a network spokesperson. The show debuted in 2019 and will air a total of 60 episodes by the end of its run.
Well, that's a bummer.
Wake me up at your own risk. Why would they cancel it?
In some ways, the show was kind of redundant. It's about a big family (like the Loud House), but its the family of a popular character from the Loud House, who I think people liked because of her interactions with Lincoln (which this show lacked), and the big difference is that they are Mexican and live in a city.
On the bright side, by Disney standards, this show has done well. Three seasons is a lot all things considered. And it was a spin-off too. Those don't typically last long.
The only downside to this is the animation getting slightly worse...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.And that the characters don't age up like its sister show.
So that's in dispute?
Finally watched the episode.
It was nice seeing a more nervous side to Ronnie Anne, though I was surprised that the accident was something that's rather par for the course.
Great to see Lincoln again, too.
All in all, this is exactly what this show does best, and again I say, the main crew should learn a thing or two from this.
RE: the show ending on season 3:
Shoot. Didn't even get a chance to watch this. Not sure how everyone here was liking it, but I saw a lot of tweets going all "and there was much rejoicing" over it. To paraphrase the doctor from South Park in a very recent episode, that kind of response is disgusting and they are the problem.
I heard that the person who announced it on the wiki's Discord server and they didn't say where they found them. I first heard it on 4chan, and they were evasive about sourcing (as they do sometimes).
Anyway, I checked Cartoonlounge.de, and most of the episode titles are there:
Why do I get the feeling that season 6 of the Loud House will have episodes dedicated to the Casagrandes characters to act as finales to the series, as a way to book-end season 4 of the show, which had Casagrandes-dedicated episodes before the spin-off aired?
Man, even by Nickelodeon standards, Casagrandes is actually pretty average in how many seasons it got. Jimmy Neutron, Danny Phantom and My life as a Teenage Robots all had three seasons each. Other shows had even less. Only Spongebob,Loud House and Fairly Odd Parents seem to have had more then 3 seasons.
So yeah, Casagrandes is in good company and is by any standard as successful as far as cartoons have done. Especially for one where most of the cast isn't white.
As someone who frequents Spanish-language TLH fangroups, yeah, it was pretty disgusting to see many non-Mexican Latinos (and even some Mexicans) celebrating Casagrandes being cancelled. Then again, they're the same persons who whine about TLH becoming "woke" and that Chris Savino was wrongly accused and fired so Nick could ruin "his" creation.
No me importa lo mojado, solo es agua. Alguien-2010Here's another episode: a special (first came out on the wiki):
The Casagrandes celebrate Paco's wedding, but they need to find las arras that Sergio lost!
Also, here's a title card for "Weather Beaten" (written by Lalo Alcaraz) and a screenshot:
Plus it aired all three seasons on Nickelodeon first rather than shoving it on Nicktoons by season 2 like other newer Nick shows in the last 15 or so years, being the fifth after Spongebob, Loud House, TMNT 2012, and Sanjay & Craig to do so.
Finally watched the episode.
Why doesn't Lalo have his own series? He's got a good sense of comedic timing. Also very nice to see Charles Little Bear again.
