The Administrivia policy for works created in other languages is Troping Works Created in Other Languages. At the moment, this is focused on works with official translations.
More broadly, TV Tropes has a rule that the latest English translation will normally take priority over the original (some exceptions are listed on the Administrivia page), but many pages and examples still use older titles and character names. This cleanup is to help relieve that.
For policy discussions, see the wiki talk Translation Policy thread.
For pages needing work, see here: Sandbox.English Localization Cleanup

I don't like disambiguating by year in parentheses, and the search engine issue still stands.
Only if there's no other way to distinguish them. In any case, we should take care of the smaller, uncontroversial moves first.

Keet cleanupRedirects are a thing.
Just move it to Reborn (2004).

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Isn't that the standard?
It's the "standard" because in many cases there's no other reasonable options. I personally dislike using a foreign title to disambiguate, but it's been done before for other works.
Created Sandbox.English Localization Cleanup to make it easier to keep track of what's done and what needs to be.
Macron's notesI don't know if anyone has brought this up before but what is the policy for works that are localised almost but not quite the same as their original name such as Busou Renkin, which is officially spelled Buso Renkin?

"Almost the same" isn't the same. Those types of works should be moved, as with any other work which changed names in English localization.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Alright, since Shakugan No Shana doesn't have an official English title, should I use this transliteration "Burning-Eyed Shana" instead?
I thought if there was no official English title we are free to use the original?
Well, the Wiki page lists the transliteration as such, and according to another user on this thread (sorry I forgot your name), fan translations and transliterations are the only viable options if there is no official titles.
I think fantranslations and transliterations shouldn't be used at all for page titles. No one would know to search using a title we made up on the spot.
Thanks for the clarification
As for Shana. From How to Create a Work's Page
The main page should be the original title, the English should be a redirect.
I added another folder on the sandbox page for works like Shakugan no Shana that don't have official English titles and just need English redirects.
I've started moving Kiseki Series to its official English namesake: Trails Series. I'll link the new page once I'm finished.
EDIT: Ok, finished. Here's the new page: Trails Series.
EDIT: I moved the rest of the sub-pages as well.

Okay, I had a look at what I had to do to move Busou Renkin to Buso Renkin only to find that the official English localisation spelling is already a redirect to the original spelling and I have no idea how to go about switching them.
On Busou Renkin's Related to page, go to the Manga.Buso Renkin link. There should should be a drop down list that shows the editing button on the right hand side of the page
Macron's notesAh got it now thanks. I will try to get to doing the move if and when I have some time over the next week or so.
There’s a page called Manga.Kuroko No Basuke despite the official English title being Kuroko’s Basketball. How do I switch the names anyway? I’ve never done this myself before.

Thomas fans needed! Come join me in the the show's cleanup thread!Yeah that work is on our list. I have been wanting to move it when I have time.
Maybe take a look at How to Move a Page? You need to move the content from Manga.Kuroko No Basuke to Manga.Kurokos Basketball and then move all the subpages and wicks. You need to go to the Related To page of Manga.Kuroko No Basuke then to the Manga.Kurokos Basketball redirect. There should be a drop down list where the edit button is. If you need help with the move, I can assist you.

Macron's notesPinned and edited the header, per request.
Hey ya'll, I'm wondering if this wouldn't be better in LT/P, since this is a popular thread and the issue doesn't seem like it'll go away any time soon.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessIt should be. There is a lot of work to do
Macron's notesMove it.
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!Movity move.
Also, how do I put an ‘ in the title? I’m gonna copy the contents of Manga.Koroko No Basuke to Sandbox.Korokos Basketball.
