I just discovered this person on You Tube, member name is Legal Eagle (real first name is Devin) who is a real life lawyer, and has been doing videos discussing the accuracies (or mistakes) TV shows or movies make when featuring real legal matters.
He already has many videos up, but this video is a good starting point, where he discusses the infamous series finale to Seinfeld.

Honestly, him using the word "conspire" to describe what people on Reddit have been doing really rubs me the wrong way.
Nobody's conspired to do anything. People saw stock they thought would be worth buying and publicly shared the information, so other people looked at it, came to the same conclusion and also started buying.
Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen. The problem is it wasn’t actually ’worth’ buying by anyone on either side. The company wasn’t set to make money for another 3 years.
The people shorting it expected to make money by selling stock they didn't have, buying it at a lower price later, and giving it back to who they borrowed it from.
The people on Reddit buying, well, originally it had an element of "there's too many shorts out there right now so if people who own it just refuse to sell it, they can drive up the price for desperate shorters" but now it's become a lot more "never sell, let the hedge funds burn".
Fresh-eyed movie blogThis is a week old, but somehow I missed this video:

If I had a nickel for every film where Emma Stone falls off a balcony... I'd only have two nickels, but weird that there's two of them.Eight to one he does a short about Cat Lawyer.
Fresh-eyed movie blogLE discusses the huge Billion dollar defamation suits coming out recently. The suit itself also starts really sassy for an official law suit.
Aisha Tyler's tweet about not being a cat suddenly makes sense now...
If I had a nickel for every film where Emma Stone falls off a balcony... I'd only have two nickels, but weird that there's two of them.I assume the impeachment video will be three hours long.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. That's longer than the Senate proceedings, isn't it? :laughcry:

The impeachment video.
Parler v. Amazon Dies. Is Reborn!
Matt Gaetz... Ew.
You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midZoom fails!
There's not a lot that's funny about Matt Gaetz's whole implosion, but I like that like, immediately before it got rolling, he apparently made a joke on Twitter about "if I had a scandal about me, I'd want it to be called Gaetzgate"
Fresh-eyed movie blogStephen Colbert did not disappoint.
If I had a nickel for every film where Emma Stone falls off a balcony... I'd only have two nickels, but weird that there's two of them.I heard people call it pizzagaetz instead to spite him
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."“King of Karens” is such a great way to describe Carlson.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Is it incitement to kidnapping and assault if someone were to suggest someone strap Tucker Carlson to a board and put a light cotton mask over his face?
Fresh-eyed movie blogYes. But it would be very hard to prove intent on a forum thread like this.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Heh, I thought that his call to report to the police might be considered a crime. Making a false report, I was right!
I think Tucker Carlson is a robot programmed to get mad and yell at random things.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.
His coverage has been much broader than that.
