…I take it we haven’t seen DC League of Super-Pets?
You’re Gonna Carry That Weight.![]()
Should've said our first live-action cinematic Krypto! Thank you for catching that!
I must've tuned it out for some reason…

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadIt was a little forgettable Cliché Storm that is perfectly harmless, but this isn't the Animation forum anyway.
Please remember that, ultimately, fictional works of entertainment are just that. That would be fun wouldn't it? I'm reminded of the joke on one of the LEGO Batman shorts were he's all 'I work alone' while the whole batfam is drinking milkshakes behind.
We know I think we're getting Bruce and Damian. Dick and Jason though are puppets in this universe so I don't know if we'll see them live action at all.
Not heard about anyone else yet to my knowledge but I don't follow the news closely.

People on Twitter are already complaining about... the dog casting. What has the world come to?

Unlikely since in modern comics, Krypto's a good judge of character. He likes Selina Kyle for one thing. And more surprisingly Krypto was 1 of the catalysts for Superboy Prime's redemption in Death Metal.

If you mean me the whole fur thing was a joke, and in the same post I did say the dog was adorable. Ease up, please.
I just hope the fact it's a CGI dog won't be too noticeable and give Uncanny Valley in the film.
Please remember that, ultimately, fictional works of entertainment are just that.Alright, I've finally watched The Flash (2023). I like the performances, I like parts of the opening action scene, I don't like much of anything else and I just kind of wish this film never got made. At least, not with this storyline. Or this lead actor. Or this waste of a good Supergirl. Or this CGI. Sweet mother of mercy, this CGI. Gross. And don't even get me started on the cameos...
Self-serious autistic trans gal who loves rock/metal and animation with all her heart. (she/her)I just want a Flash, who runs really fast, and whose two big enemies are a weirdly smart gorilla, and some guy who flings around a boomerang. Is that so much to ask for. Is that so much to yearn for? Is it so much to dream of the day that we just roll with the fact that some guy flinging a boomerang is weirdly able to keep up with a man who long since breached the light speed barrier?
Self-professed Wild Card who thinks cynicism isn't so bad.Creature Commandos from NYCC.
DC is also doing a Vigilante comic set in the DCU between seasons 1 and 2 of Peacemaker

Awwww yeah!
Our first (live-action) cinematic Krypto!
Every time we get an update on James Gunn's Superman, it cements that it's really shaping to be a completely different beast from the previous Superman movies.
AND I NEED TO SEE IT NOW.

That'd be awesome! I'm down for anything that (potentially) gives us a proper cinematic Bat-Family separate from being "Solo-Flying Super-Grim Batman Movie #200". (I mean, Matt Reeves' The Batman was great, but I need another Batman movie that isn't allergic to Batman's found family besides The LEGO Batman Movie.)
