Apparently, this image
should give us a better idea of how the Battinson suit will appear. Note the blue and grey, the white cowl eyes, and lack of yellow.
Matt Reeves confirms Andy Serkis will be playing Alfred.
And with that another MCU character dies and is reincarnated into another DCU character.
I was so used to seeing him in his Serkis Folk roles that I was caught off guard by how effective an actor he is without all the motion capture and special effects. He was one of the best parts of Age of Ultron and Black Panther.

It's Serkis Folk. But hey, Andy Serkis as Alfred is really happening. Have we ever seen him in anything clean and gentlemanly before now?
Bump.
Not so much DC related as it is WB related, but...
In light of its 100th birthday coming around the corner, Warner Bros. unveiled a brand new logo that'll go into effect next year.
So Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman 1984, The Batman, and The Suicide Squad will most likely have this logo when they come out.
There's more info on the logo itself here.
Apparently it's one of those new logos where you can throw any kind of color or style you want depending on the tone,
◊ if that makes sense.
Didn't think the WB logo needed a change-up, but I can't find any faults with where they're going with this, so I approve. I already got a thread going
to switch the image in the Warner Bros. page to this new one.
And this is why I'm glad when I don't get a massive Infodump about what comic book films are coming out over the next 10 years. I had no idea he was getting a film and that was a pleasant surprise.
A supervillain who isn't Wall Street meets The Social Network like Lex Luthor, and a supervillain who doesn't raise ruffle feathers about the portrayal of mental health in pop culture, aka Joker.
I've no idea what sort of storyline we'll get (an inverse of Shazam?) but you can't use this kind of character in a pedestrian, pseudo-realistic setting either. At best this will be Man Of Steel meets Black Panther.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!

ABC Family had a good promo for Batman and Robin that turned me onto this scene:
"For what is Batman if not an effort to master the chaos that sweeps our world."
