Let's not kid ourselves, breaking something can relieve stress. So how do your characters handle stress in a cathartic way?

For example, Fenrir likes to slice the hell out of training dummies.

Silver being an MMA fighter goes and trains really, really hard in private, with music, beating up hologram after hologram until her frustrations cease.

Warren being a cook, just, well...he cooks with vigor. He chops his feelings away.

Cleo's always feeling frustrated, and so she just kills people. What, I never said she was a heroic character. tongue

Tate doesn't get catharsis. He's a passive dude, so most of his feelings are bottled up until he really can't take it anymore and rages on his friends one night.
