"Err, right. Uh, sorry, I'm new around here, don't know the area yet. Could you lead me to this... 'City Hall'?"

"I can't leave my post here, sir, but I can give you directions," says the stork. "The town hall is right at the end of the main street, which this news station is on. If you turn left after leaving this building, you'll find it eventually. It's a large white building with a couple of statues in front."
A great Mascot Mook. The 'wolf' nods. "Thank you. You've been a great help."
With that, the figure turns and leaves, heading down the main street to the city hall. It seems to be gazing quite curiously around the city, as if it isn't used to this environment.

Yeah, like Krista said, it was freaking nuts. (Wanda says with a light chuckle.) I was so sure I was going to goof again.
"Anybody got some coffee? But nothing too strong! I don't wanna fly into a window at a gajillion miles per hour again, scree!""Aw, well, thanks," Jack says to Peter, smiling.
"It's true, these guys are great," he says to Kenny.

"Folks, I'm going down to Saint James Infirmary..."Heck, I jussst bit into the guy and refusssed to let go, you know?
Tell....everyone...."And do you have any idea where the monsters came from?" asks Katie.
"I'm afraid not," says Peter. "I wish I knew. It's worrying to think that they got into town somehow without anyone knowing..."
As the interviewers continue taking their notes, Peter pauses for a moment, thinking about the monsters again. Seconds later, the door bursts open, and a fox comes into the room. Judging by the nametag she is wearing, she also seems to work for the newspaper — and the large camera around her neck and the pencil behind her ear give her the air of a reporter who is always chasing a story.
"Aah, there you are!" she says. "Whoops, am I interrupting?"
"Ah, hi there, Rena," says Kenny. "We were just about done here, actually."
A great Mascot Mook.Huh? Who are you? (Wanda asks.)

"Anybody got some coffee? But nothing too strong! I don't wanna fly into a window at a gajillion miles per hour again, scree!""Did you post that job request?" says Jack.
"Folks, I'm going down to Saint James Infirmary..."Krista nearly jumps back and hisses but she keeps her composure for now as this new animal enters the room before the group.
Tell....everyone...."Oh, I've got a good feeling about this!" says the fox. "Would you excuse us for a moment, Kenny, Katie?"
"Sure," says Kenny as he and Katie get up to leave. "Thanks for all your help, fellows. Don't forget to look at our special edition later today!"
"No problem! We'll make sure to check it out," says Peter.
A great Mascot Mook."So, you want us to find something in Crystal Shores?" says Jack.
"Folks, I'm going down to Saint James Infirmary...""That's right!" says the fox cheerfully, now holding up her camera and looking at the group through it. "And you guys are the ones who saved the university? Ooh, I want to hear all about it later... but first things first... have I introduced myself? Rena Porter, investigative journalist."
"Nice to meet you," says Peter. She certainly seems to love her job, he thinks.
"Now where was I? Crystal Shores!" says Rena. "Have you heard of the rare species of bird that has supposedly been sighted near there?"
A great Mascot Mook.Interview
Uh, nice to meet you. (Wanda says to Rena.) Actually, we just read about it in the newspaper.
"Anybody got some coffee? But nothing too strong! I don't wanna fly into a window at a gajillion miles per hour again, scree!""Right!" says Rena. "This bird is called the crystal robin. It's exceedingly rare and only found in Crystal Shores. But here's the thing... the last confirmed sighting is from about a hundred years ago!"
"A h-hundred years?" says Peter.
"For a long time, it was thought to be extinct. But a few weeks ago, rumors came up that the robin was seen by a group of fishermen who was out on the island."
A great Mascot Mook."Wow!" says Jack. "No wonder you want to investigate that."
"Folks, I'm going down to Saint James Infirmary..."Wow...do you like, want ussss to help you invessstigate it or sssomething?
Tell....everyone....Wow, that's something else... (Wanda says. Everyone else had said everything she was going to say, so she just waits for Rena to respond.)
"Anybody got some coffee? But nothing too strong! I don't wanna fly into a window at a gajillion miles per hour again, scree!""If I can find the robin and snap just a few pictures of it... well, that would be the news story of the year!" says Rena. "But of course, Crystal Shores is overrun with monsters these days. Believe it or not, the island used to be a popular vacation spot a long time ago."
"Hmm, interesting..." says Peter. "The paper did say something about a large concentration of monsters in that area.
"And also... one more thing!" says Rena. "To reach the island, we'll obviously need some kind of boat. Preferably a sturdy one. The currents around the island are quite strong."
A great Mascot Mook."Hmm, okay," says Jack. "We could probably rent a boat somewhere."
"...Hey, I know someone!" says Jack. "Anton always goes to Gunther's Boat Rentals which is just a few miles from here, when he needs to travel somewhere. I've gone with him to the rental place a few times, but I've never been on any of the boats, I always just said goodbye to him and went back to the workshop. Still, Gunther's a nice guy. I'm sure he would help us find a good boat for a low price."

"Oh, that sounds perfect!" says Rena.
"Yeah!" says Peter. "Could you take us to this boat rental shop, Jack?"
Town Hall
The town hall is an old building with a large garden and iron gates which are flanked by statues of dragons on either side. The gates are closed, but there is a doorbell next to them.
A great Mascot Mook.Oh, good. I was wondering how where we'd even find a boat to get to the island. (Wanda says.) Well, if you think this Gunther guy can help us, you lead the way, Jack.
"Anybody got some coffee? But nothing too strong! I don't wanna fly into a window at a gajillion miles per hour again, scree!""Alright," says Jack, standing up. "It's just a few miles east of town. I'm ready whenever you all are."
"Folks, I'm going down to Saint James Infirmary...""Excellent! Crystal Shores is also to the east, so that should make everything easier," says Rena.
"That's great! I'm ready to go now," says Peter.
A great Mascot Mook.
Lobby
"Ah... Well, this is just a news station..." the receptionist says to the wolf figure. Admittedly, he is a bit curious who this visitor is and what they want. "I think you would have better luck trying the town hall."
Interview
"Robots... and a creature that can make copies of itself..." says Kenny, his eyes widening a bit as he quickly jots down notes. "Very unusual..."
"Yeah, it sure was..." says Peter. "We went upstairs to look for a friend of ours, Professor Diggs. That's where we found that shadowy monster, in the upstairs lab. It generated some sort of electric barrier, but Jack managed to throw a wrench that knocked the monster into it, and Krista finished it off. Wanda also helped take down the robot with her spells... they were all amazing," he finishes.
