I just hope Iruma anime make people notice the series more and someone else could give the series a better translation. Like the group currently translate the series translates it from Vietnamese to English and mistranslate a lot of things ( a character power is to create weapon with the same material as the things he currently biting was translated as he can use his weapon to cause corrosive). And that group seem to scare away any other groups that try to translate the series.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieSaw someone from anon translating it on mangadex, but only the ones WH haven't posted yet. Hopefully he'll translate the earlier chapters, but maybe the anime can serve as a substitute for them.
Speaking of, I asked this before, but do we know how much of the manga the anime is going to adapt?
A rose by any other name would smell as sweet Unless I grew it. In that case, throw it in the trash.
I heard Iruma would be two-cour, which usually means 6-to-8 volumes covered.
Anyway, I'll keep following Heikinchi in the end. I was a bit mixed on episode 1, but episode 2 and 3 really sold it to me. I love the friendship between the four protags and the slice-of-life bits are genuinely funny and charming − it also relies less on meta-humour than I feared. The animation in the action bits is lacking, but they're not the focus, so I can let it slide.
It's… kinda like Okaa-san Online done better now that I think about it. The MC is overpowered but she, you know, helps her mates get stronger instead of just letting them simmer in their powerlessness.
Also, the OP is yet another bloody earworm for this season.
Just started watching Hoshiai no Sora to see what it's about.
And welp this is pretty much Stepford Smiler kids playing tennis isn't it?
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I was surprised by learning a bit about Tomas friend and the otaku girl in the second episode after watching it.
Also man seeing Genzo flirt with cat anthro housewife and even say he'll love her Kobold husband too just makes Kemono Michi more of a treat.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I just found out something interesting about Iruma-kun! everyone in the Misfit/Abnormal class except Elizabetta (and Iruma, obviously) are based on demons of the Ars Goetia, a 16th century grimoire on the summoning and controlling of King Solomon's demons.
Clara is base on Valac who have the power of finding treasure
, Clara can make almost everything.
Alice is Asmodues, who mainly use fire.
Andro M. Jazz is based on Andromalius who is a thief
Allocer Schneider (lion head guy) base on Allocer, who induces people to immorality and teaches arts and all mysteries of the sky.
He like theory and trivia facts.

Who's based off Sitri who "causes men and women to become naked before each other"?

Episode 3 of Saikoro Club was surprisingly sweet. I first thought that Maki was gonna be revealed to be one of Miki's ex-bullies, but that would have been a bit dark I guess. Her being her savior works too.
I really like how each game serves to deepen the characters a little. Episode 4 was nice too (and my yuri goggles made me see Midori and Ren as an old couple that broke up).
A bit disappointed that the guy with a crush on Aya didn't become a regular though. I thought he would.
Heikinchi episode 4! Huh… a tragic backstory? In my cute slice-of-life comedy? Hopefully Cerebus Syndrome isn't gonna hit too hard.
Also, I'm sad the episode missed a perfect oportunity to do a Yamcha death pose.
Not sure the author thought that far, but that's a theory.
Heikinchi episode 5… confused me at first with the brutal Mood Whiplash. But then the girls' backstories get increasingly less serious until we learn that Mile is even more terrible than we thought at not standing out.
Still, there's something awkward about how Reina's flashback is played dead seriously and I did not feel any pity for those bastards she burned to a crisp either but then the girls are like "uh, okay."
While it is low budget and nowhere near as good as the previous series set in the same world I am quite enjoying Z/X: Code Reunion. It's not every day you see a girl do a Fusion Dance with her Creepy Doll from an alternate dimension to destroy a Humongous Mecha apparently made of Lego.

Cencoroll Connect: This one just happened to air on Wakanim, so I went in completely blind… and I went out just as blind. It's one of those "what the fuck did I just watch" anime, but not really in a good way…
From what I get, it's actually two short movies, Cencoroll and Cencoroll 2 stuck together in a package, with the former being first released in 2009. The post-credit scene indicates that there's a third movie planned, but no one knows when…
Even with that context though, this movie utterly refuses to explain anything about what's going on. In fact, it's minimalistic on every level, not just the exposition. It has a Minimalist Cast, barely any music and the characters, while somewhat likeable, seem to give zero fucks about the shit happening around them. That gives it a peculiar atmosphere atmittedly, but that doesn't really make for a compelling story…

I mean, it does explain some of the technical aspects like how the link between a monster and its owner works… but what those monsters are, how they appeared, what's that institute after them or why some humans can control them, we know jack shit about. And it's kinda hard to care about the characters when I don't even know what their motivations are.
Hoshiai no Sora is on a roll, and it seems pretty clear that while the kids can't do anything about their parents and attititudes towards them, they're looking for a way to be happy and achieve what they want regardless.
Mitsue's mom doesn't think she's good at drawing. Yuta has no idea of his gender identity(Whether he's simply gay who likes crossdressing, Transgender, or Nonbinary) and is accepting he has no idea for now but his mom wants him to be a boy since she already had two girls(who are more accepting of Yuta's desires and have apparently always done girly things with him), Nao's mother is overbearing and obsessed with him studying over having any form of life, etc
Caught by surprise Maki's mon friend is transgender too, and was her female friend from college. I wouldn't have guessed he was if not for Maki saying he's been the father figure he never had in his actual father
And hey I just realized the Club Advisor is an Art Teacher.

…Welp, that's a drop for Africa no Salaryman. Episode 2 was not as disturbing as the first one, but it was just… not funny. The notion of "comedic timing" seems to be an alien concept to the people making this show. And really, even for a slice-of-life comedy there's a point where low-budget and inconsistent animation ruins the experience.
