I'm opening up a new thread for SD Gundam World Sangoku Soketsuden for anyone who wants to check this series out.
Basically it's a repeat SD Gundam Sangokuden Brave Battle Warriors, being based off of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, except this time it takes place in an Alternate Future during a Zombie Apocalypse.
Here's a preview for the first episode;
The show will release on July 26th.
Wake me if they have a Re-GZ character.
That's an interesting way of pronouncing Liu Bei. "Lu-Bee".
"AH, NO! NOT THE BEES! NOT THE BEES! AAAAAHHHHH! OH, THEY'RE IN MY EYES! MY EEEEEYES!! AARGHABLARGHRAWRGHRAWRGHWARGHRARRARGHRAGHRAA!!!!!!"
I want to say that that's just how his name is pronounced in Japanese, but I'm not entirely sure. Said pronunciation does remind me of Ryubi.

That is the correct name. Most of the Japanese pronunciations are just a bit off due to them reading the Chinese characters as if it was in Japanese. Another close example would be 'Guan Yu' is 'Kan'u' and 'Cao Cao' is 'Sousou'.
At least it's not as bad as how we English speakers read 'em.
"I am Cow Pee."
So guys, what do you think of the Gunpla model series for "Sangoku Soketsuden"?
I'll be honest, I originally wasn't sure about the designs for the characters back when Sangoku Soketsuden was first announced, but these toys made me appreciate them more. My absolute favorite so far is Xun Yu Strike Noir Gundam.
The first episode is up;
Well, Zhao Yun was disappointing. I expected him to be a major character.
I like how Liu Bei's rampage mode is just him activating the NT-D mode XD
The animation honestly looks way better than I thought it was going to.
I really like the scene at the end when Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, and Guan Yu talk around the cherry blossom trees and decide to embark on a journey together. I consider this the show's most important scene.
Well it's obviously based off the Oath of the Peach Garden, but yeah, it's a vital part of this if it's a retelling of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
So guys, I've got a question involving Friendly Fandoms; I've been wanting to make this type of connection between this and Fire Emblem: Three Houses, but I don't want to force relations. What do you guys think?
Sunrise has just launched a new YouTube Channel specifically for streaming "Gundam" shows, and it even features SD Gundam Force and SD Gundam Sangokuden: Brave Battle Warriors (Though unfortunately, there's no subtitles in other languages).
Now I'm wondering if Sangoku Soketsuden will be uploaded there in the future instead of GundamInfo?
So I was expecting "Feel A Future" to release today since it's been a week since "Dragon's Watch", but it hasn't shown up. I looked it up, and apparently "Feel A Future" is scheduled for August 9th, two weeks after "Dragon's Watch". That kinda seems like a weird release schedule. Have any other Anime done this?
Also we now have two new characters announced, Xu Huang Gundam Deathscythe EW and Dian Wei Master Gundam.

Yeah, I looked on Gundam Info this morning and was surprised that it wasn't there myself.
Well in the meantime, we could always catch up on the Soshoki and Enkotan manga. Been seriously meaning to do that.
Oh yeah, that's true.
Meant to do this way sooner but, in case there's anyone new to this thread wondering what we're talking about, here's the first episode of the Motion Comic version of Soshoki;
Surprisingly Enkotan doesn't seem to have one. You can read both Comics here.
I've read that Yuan Shao Red Warrior is a hug fan-favorite, and I really like Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam's mother. Shame she bites it so soon.
I definitely meant to post this way sooner than now. I mean, I wanted to set it up so that we can prep for "Feel A Future", but that's coming tomorrow now...

"Feel A Future" still isn't out yet, but we do get Episode 5 of Soshoki;
Of course they'd make the leader of the Yellow Turban Rebellion the fucking Dark Gundam XD
I wonder if someone will be able to acquire his abilities with the help of KYOJIIIIIIIII!

I figured Devil Gundam would be the leader of the Yellow Zombie Virus when I first saw him on what's now the page image.
Also, we now have better intel for the episodic release schedule. Apparently episodes are scheduled to release on the 4th Friday of every month, with "Feel A Future" planed for August 23rd. So, whoever edited the Gundam Wikia page to say that it'd come August 9th was probably just indulging in some wishful thinking.
Ah, I see.
Episode 5 of "Enkotan" is out, and it introduces to us three new characters, including Gan Ning Crossbone Gundam, Da Qiao Gundam Artemie, and Xiao Qiao GN Archer. I am so happy that the Artemie is getting more love!
Also this is really late, but here's the Voice Cast for "Sangoku Soketsuden". Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam is voiced Gakuto Kajiwara, a new Voice Actor most infamously known so far as Asta and Shinra Kusakabe.
Hopefully he won't be as overblown being Liu Bei as he was Asta.
"Feel A Future" is finally out!
Zhang Fei's Imagine Spots for Zhuge Liang are hilarious. XD
Cute nod to SD Gundams moving on to gachapon after starting off as illustrations and 4koma. Oh, and it's also a callback to the Black Tri-Stars too.
I gotta say, Roxas is a pretty fun character so far.
Liu Bei's deskslam should be a meme.
So, I guess the power of Chozeturyuhazen is instantly to change the environment into a generic rocky terrain. Ah, the power of Stock Footage.
Poor Roxas, losing his lab like that. =(
The next episode, "Blue Wing", will feature Wei and properly introduce Dong Zhuo Providence Gundam, Lyu Bu Sinanju, Diao Chan Kshatriya, Cao Cao Wing Gundam, Sima Yi Destiny Gundam, Xiahou Dun Tallgeese III, and Xiahou Yuan Tallgeese. While a release date hasn't been officially announced, it's safe to guess that it'll come September 27th.
