Or "If It's For My Mother, I Defeat A Demon Lord", "MILF's Blade", "Dr. MILF", "Mama Force", "Mama Evergarden"...

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Anyways, catching up to Episode 2:
Masato and his mom gains some new companions and that's going to be a funny interview though.
And yeah, their adventure companions are a merchant named Porta and a sage named Wise (A little bit ironic due to her Tsundere attitude :3). Wise wants to join Mamako and co and wanted to become adopted by her. And yeah, Mamako continues to be cute and pure as ever :3 and their quest is defeating a slime... Okay. Also, some Mamako fanservice if everyone interested huehehehe
Holy shit, this is a dark interpretation and I won't be able to shake this off of my mind.
I can see where you're coming from, but I got the impression from the novel that we're supposed to side with Mamako and this entire series was written by the Light Novel Author equivalent of Abraham Simpson.

Apparently, the reason why Mamako has such high stats is because the game is designed in a way that the children relly on their mothers.
Kind of a Broken Aesop in my opinion, since growing up means standing on your two feet and not everyone has a mother like Mamako, whose worst sin is seeing her son as still being ten. I have not read the light novel, but I wonder if there are other players who take the Self-Imposed Challenge of going around the world without their mothers around them, I think Masato and co would be thrilled while Mamako would not understand why would the teens want to go alone and put themselves in danger.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.From what I've read of the books, the idea is that (disappointingly, in my opinion) Masato will live with his mother being OP.
However, he has made very little progress in that area after three books. All that's happened is that he's gone from complaining out loud to complaining in his head. The fact that Mamako still has no idea he hates how he can never do anything in battle makes it all the more aggravating.
I should note, though, that only 3 of the so far 8 books have been translated.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.Episode 3 was somewhat better… nothing as aggravating as The Scene from episode 2 at least. Wise seems to be a tsundere done right for the most part (that aversion of the "punched out of the bath" trope cracked me up) and Mamako shows a little more maturity this time around.
…Yeah, she does have a manipulative side, doesn't she.
Also, is this a universe where moms cease to age after 25?
It's probably relevant that filial piety is huge in Japan (and Asia at large IIRC). Had this been penned by American writers, the show very well may have been about learning to let your kid leave the nest. Would hardly be the first story of its type.
Do not spare the feelings of those who would not spare yours.

While on the topic of alternate titles for the original long-a** title, I stumbled upon this r/animemes post
(shout outs included below):
NGL, I loved the last one. Also doubles as a subtle seiyuu joke for Ai Kayano. And then there's the other comments like:
Personally, I'd go for Why the hell are you here, Mom!? because of the similar amounts of ecchi scenarios (and censoring).
EDIT: Page topper...
