When you make a thread, you should use the series' actual title. =[ This is called either Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attack? or Okaa-san Online.
Gotta repost my impressions:
That was more or less what I expected from the premise. An Ordinary High-School Student is selected for a weird government program and sent to (a beta version of) an MMMMMORPG along with his big sister… Huh? What do you mean, she's his mom? Anyway, this is looking to be a parody-type isekai, though in a different way than Konosuba − rather than a world of assholes, a lot of the comedy revolves around Mamako's (yes, that's her name) cluelessness about how modern PC games work despite having ridiculously OP stats.
It kinda works so far, but Mamako's sickeningly sweet voice and delivery can be a little grating at times, though that might be deliberate. The best part of the episode was definitely Shirase though.

I vote for "Oka-saan Online" as the title of this thread.
That aside, episode one...
oh boy...
Despite the premise and how it is obviously supposed to be a parody of the isekai-genre, I find it oddly relatable in terms on how it captures the relationship between the mother and her son(who is in the "independence age" in his life which involves separating themselves from their parents.) And how big the gap really is in those regards. Especially with the more reality/down to earth, perspective of the world Mamako grew up with and the escapism of her son who might be more genre-savy about games and full of delusions regarding his fantasies about isekai and the harem possibilities, but in terms of real life, is a complete rookie. The two balance each other out pretty nicely, especially since Mamako keeps finding logical loopholes in the beta-game that she takes full advantage off due to common sense and not any hint of pre-knowledge about the situation (she thought that "account" meant "counting "ahs"" for crying out loud.) that the son doesn't even consider due to his own hampering genre-saviness.
It is obvious from the get-go that this is just a sandbox mode and nothing serious like other series, so I expect this to be just lighthearted fun through the way. Actually find Mamako's personality quite pleasant, (that might be due to myself being closer to her in terms of the generation gap than her son, since I honestly knows just as much as her about online-games.)
That said, I will give this series a 3E-take and then decide if I follow it or not.
Yeah, as mentioned above, a thread title needs to have the actual title.
I initially thought this should go to the General Isekai Thread, but you know what, it's much better off here in its own thread.
Oh God, the very premise make me feel queasy and I've seen some weird and disturbing isekai.
I hate it how it keeps getting my Bile Fascination, though.
Continuously reading, studying, and (hopefully) growing. So, I've been wanting to ask; How exactly IS this show supposed to be a parody of incest storylines in Light Novels? Because from what I've read, it seems like a pretty straightforward incest storyline Light Novel with the only difference being that the female-half of the pairing is the protagonist's mom instead of his little sister.
Also, I refer to this as "Multi-Target Mom" because the actual title is too long to remember.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.- Incest Subtext: The series parodies this kind of Fanservice. Masato clearly and repeatedly makes it clear how he is annoyed by ambiguous moments with his mother, yet we can repeatedly see that he finds her sexually attractive. On the other hand, Mamako constantly frightens her son with her indiscreet behavior and unintentionally vulgar jokes. This is even recognized by Yen Press, calling this series as a "momcom roleplaying adventure" in its marketing materials.
From the way that this is written, this "parody" doesn't really seem that far off from the real thing, with the only thing keeping it from being the real thing is that they maybe won't go there.
EDIT: There's also this;
- Stealth Parody: On overabundance of Brother–Sister Incest and Little Sister Heroines in particular among light novels. In particular, the author intentionally uses cliched phrases from such stories like "we are family, so it's normal" or "the connection between us as a mother and a child".

The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Huh… Well, we'll see how the anime handles it.
At least it'll be harder to pull the Not Blood Siblings excuse here. >.>

I wish you kept it as "cuckoo". I felt it was better that way.
In all seriousness, though, Mamako Oosuki is perhaps the only reason I'm interested in this in any way. She's just so damn cute.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.I like Mamako and Ai Kayano nails it
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Episode 2!
…Huuuh… they really went there, huh… Can't say I'm entirely surprised, and I wouldn't have minded if she had just ended up naked, but… god why did they have to add groping and Double Entendre to the mix? That was just disturbing…
It's a pity, because outside of that I really liked the episode.
Porta and Wise are pretty funny each in their own ways, and Shirase is the best as usual.

Surprise Lina cameo was nice as well.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.

Since I watch the first episode... I don't see anything wrong to create this thread mainly because I'm hooked with milf type of waifus :3
Anyways, for those who don't know, the real name of the anime is: "Do You Love Your Mom and Her Multitargeted Attacks" but I'll shorten it to "Mommy Isekai" because it's a fitting title. Anyways, for those who don't know what the anime's about, here's the synopsis from MAL:
"carried along with the flow, he ended up in a Game world! As if that wasn't enough, shockingly, his mother was there as well! It was a little different from a typical transported to another world setting, but after some bickering,
"Mom wants go on an adventure together with Maa-kun. Can mom become Maa-kun's companion?"
With that, Masato and Mamako began their adventure as a mother and son pair. They met Porta, a cute traveling merchant, and Wise, a regrettable philosopher. Along with their new party members, Masato and co. start on their journey."
Seen the first episode btw and here's my thoughts on it: Mamako, despite being OP, is pure... Really really pure :3 and she tries at her best to protect his own son even if she is seemingly getting disowned by him (But still, they ended up forgiving with each other at the end). And yeah, that informant lady, Shirarase-san while funny is still suspicious and seems that she's also a guild receptionist too haha
Anyways, anyone watched this anime yet?
