Oh, Flash is screwed then. He dumpstatted LCK for the STR and AGI he'd need to play basketball.
Dumpstatted WIS too.

....oh....
Dumpstatted WIS too.
....and again, that probably happened to a lot of people now that I think about it.
I mean, considering we see the marching band reappear right in the middle of a game where they were standing (with some of them getting run over), it's very likely a lot of unsnapped people and never snapped people got some nasty surprises in the bathroom....
One Strip! One Strip!I’m confused, why would they have needed to do this?
Oh God! Natural light! To nudge Peter into thinking: "Oh no I left EDITH lying around, I'm so irresponsible, I don't deserve to own this." Rewatching the scene, it's noticeable how Beck subtly pushes Peter into doubting himself, like being incredulous that Peter allegedly left EDITH on the floor, or jokingly saying that Peter looks stupid wearing the glasses. Quite a master of psychological manipulation.

Self-serious autistic trans gal who loves rock/metal and animation with all her heart. (she/her)I admit, it popped into my head well before Bocaj brought it up.
I promptly decided not to think on it anymore.
Y'all should follow Handsome Rob's advice and do the same.
One Strip! One Strip! And credit where credit's due: Iger also seems like a decent enough guy, as far as billionaires go, anyway. It takes a lot for anyone to admit they've seriously screwed up, let alone someone on top of the world.
Peter will need a little more independence in any future movies. Honestly, Spider-Man would work better if he was self contained within his own little corner of the MCU. His entire film story to date relies entirely too much on being part of the MCU to the point where they can't even tell stories that are about Spider-Man. All of his villains thus far had a connection to Tony (even ones who were Spider-Man rogues in the comics).
Okey Dokey!Well, Peter's always been a big part of the Marvel universe:
He's good friends with Daredevil, Johnny Storm and the entire Fantastic Four, has worked with the X-Men and the Avengers (hell, he's been an Avenger recently, helped form the New Fantastic Four, joined the regular fantastic four, and even taught at Xaviers School during the time Logan was dead).
But I agree that they went too far with tying him and his rogues to Tony. Hopefully with Tony not only merely dead, but truly most sincerely dead, that'll come to an end. Pete should be standing on his own two feet without a doubt.
One Strip! One Strip!I don't think its as big a deal because even though Vulture and Mysterio both had grudges against Tony, they're not Tony rogues. They never directly acted against Tony. Vulture very deliberately stayed beneath his notice and Mysterio waited until he was dead to act.
And also they develop more of a dynamic with Peter.
Tony's Damage Control is the inciting incident for Vulture but he's not shaking his fist going 'oooo i'm going to get tony one day.' His life is good for a time. Until Peter. Its Peter that starts messing with his business and cutting into his bottom line. And its also Peter that saved his daughter. And the decision to rob the flying goodie bag of Stark's was desperation, not vengeance.
So I think it works.
Its a transparent way to tie in the Spider-Man movies into Iron Man to try and boost the sales. But turnabout is fair play. Spider-Man getting slapped on comic covers to try to get people to buy them. How do you like it, Peter? You're not the Wolverine anymore.

Yes. But that doesn't change the fact that their motives were caused by "Tony Stark was a dick".
Okey Dokey!
That's the Vulture's motives, yes. But Mysterio's motives — aside from Tony being a dick — was to make everyone believe that he was a superhero. And then when he went after Peter and his friends, his motive was to cut off any loose ends. Neither of those things have to do with Tony.
