First credits scene is Mysterio (who died in the movie proper) sent doctored footage to JJJ played by J.K. Simmons that implicates Spider-Man and reveals to the whole world that he's Peter Parker.
Second is Fury and Hill being revealed to be Skrulls. Specifically Talos and his wife filling in for the real Fury while he's on vacation.

This song needs more love.Multiverse is real (as shown in Doctor Strange and Endgame) but Mysterio doesn't know about it.

, and I'm like, "Uh, people probably called him out for stealing everything from Miles for his 'Peter' OC and he's scrambling to do damage control."

In that case, I wonder what would happen if Mysterio had a personality swap with Lou? Would that make for a more interesting villain?
Yep. It's why his origin has so many holes in it. We don't even know when he got bitten by the spider/the circumstances. It's so boring and frustrating in equal measures to skip the origin because then how are we really supposed to understand the character? I don't know what motivates this Peter beyond wanting to be an Avenger for a hot 20 mins and now that that's over... what does he want?
And they've all but said Tony will function as his Uncle Ben in the MCU which is such a disservice to Uncle Ben.
Okey Dokey! So I guess we're at the point where major plot details are now end credits stingers. Infinity War and Captain Marvel were straddling the line, but to basically stick Peter being framed and his identity revealed after the credits roll either means they no longer think anyone is leaving before midcredits, or they don't care about those who do knowing what the hell is going on.
x2 That's part of why MCU Spidey is so baffling. When did that kid take revenge for Uncle Ben's death? Does Uncle Ben even exist? What was his motivation for becoming Spider-Man then? Has he ever used his powers for personal gain?
Holland's Spidey needs some sort of pathos. Without an origin, an allusion to an origin, without a moment of truth a character cannot become the hero we expect. I'm not certain Holland's Peter Parker has reached this point. I get that people don't want to see Uncle Ben die a third time, but not referencing him by name at all so far in the series is a huge problem too.

Okey Dokey!
"When you can do the things that I can but you don't and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you." - Peter in Civil War.
You don't really need much more than that.
This song needs more love.I dunno, this Peter just doesn't feel like the Peter I know from the comics. His MCU characterization is the most jarring for me because he's so different. The Netflix heroes are a lot closer as far as comic characterization goes.
We deserved to see Peter punch Tony rather than the weird father figure thing they have going on in the MCU. MCU Peter weirdly never wants to hurt people. 616 Peter is always ready to kick your ass. (That's one reason I don't want to see MCU Peter ever team up with MCU Matt; he's unwilling to throw a punch, Matt would have a hard time tolerating his wisecracking attitude, and I don't think Matt would want a 16 year old dragged into Fisk's crosshairs)
Okey Dokey!

Details of the movie have started popping, this thread is to contain the spoilers.
