oh hey guys i heard i was suspect of murder hows everything Also, Cossack, I think you mean a one in three chance. Two mafia and four living townies.

Hey, I'm not the one who mentioned a 50/50 first. Zanreo said something about that, see. For the heck of it, I'm assuming that he/she knows more than he/she lets on.
Taco was the one saying the 50/50 thing, not me (also, I'm a she)
I was PMíd by someone who claimed to be a cop. They said they investigated me first, and found I was innocent, which is correct. With nothing else to go on, Iím choosing to trust this person without offering up their name, so that the mafia canít target them. Does that make sense?
Either way, I still might stick with Johannes.

I don't see Aliva participating, might as well vote her off
yeah that makes sense my dude
is that allowed?
Any other cop claims out there? Any cop that's gonna claim they haven't PMd Taco? Now, I know that with the Doc dead, the cop probably can't go public with that claim, so just PM whoever you trust the most. If you trust anyone, that is.

is that allowed???
She's listed on the player-sheet and last time I checked she was still alive, so why not?
And I'm pretty sure all active players can PM each other about anything
ok i get that yall are playing a different mafia from what im used to but traditionally *only* the mafia are allowed to dm each other, that just seems like the kinda thing that shouldnt change
I guess that could make sense
Alivia, the villager, comes into the group.
Sorry I'm late!
My vote stands, unless Taco gets any more funny ideas that is
(x4) From what I've seen it varies from place to place, the first forum I played mafia long ago we had a "only mafia + certain roles who knows who the other are and with this specified can pm each other" rule but when I tried it in another forum where mafia was a popular game years later suddenly everyone were PMing each other (without this specified anywhere) and I just assumed at first it was the same way there too until I found out people were PMing each other all the time there. But alright, let's go with that
Think I'll still keep my vote

oh wow. thats weird! doesn't it kinda give the town an unfair advantage though?
Edited by Afterwards on Jun 18th 2019 at 1:21:40 AM
Maybe? might also depend on full roles and balance and stuff (the places I've played it both had way more roles + players with typically between 12-20 or so players each game), it seemed to work ok at the second forum at least (also, I guess it should be up to Zorua if this should be allowed since she started this (OP just says "the Mafia will PM amongst themselves" but nothing about others not being allowed), as someone who played both "types" I'm fine with either)
EDIT: oh wait here I see a "Town-sided players cannot talk at Night" rule (which most likely means PM, might still be good to specify it means that even if no one can post in thread during night phase anyway... and it also doesn't say anything about not being allowed to PM during day) (Also, non-players aren't supposed to post in thread)

Well, it's already done, so, oh well. As far as I know, Alivia could be as well. But, I think I'll stick with Johannes. I just have a hunch.

If we take Taco's claim at face value, then from Taco's point of view, there are 2 clear people: Taco and whoever might be the cop that PM'd him. In other words, there are 4 unclears, 2 of which are mafia. Now I can see why a 50/50 was mentioned.
If we do that, a reasonable course of action would be to follow them and vote for Johannes. After all, 50/50 is better odds than 33/67.
Now, no other cop has surfaced, directly or indirectly (through a PM to someone they trust). That lends credence to Taco's claim, IMO.
So, unless something changes regarding the other cops, I'm gonna vote johannes4123. Sorry 'bout that.
Actually, I realized - note how Alivia claimed right away to be a villager, after she was voted for too. This might be the truth, but might also be a way to make herself seem innocent right away. So I think I'll vote AutisticAlivia
yeah, i do agree it's a bit strange for her to claim herself as a villager straight off the bat. However, she could be right. Unless something pops up, I'm going to abstain from voting altogether.
Might as well put this out here as official then:
I vote johannes4123.
@Afterwards: Anybody can communicate through PM during the game, whether it's town PMing town, mafia PMing mafia, or town PMing mafia.
Mostly, it's because this forum game is based off of Epicmafia. In that game, the term for it is "whispering" and anyone can do it at any time in the day, and whether they share the contents of the whisper is up to them. So generally stuff works the same way as there.
TacoBadger votes johannes4123
Zanreo votes AutisticAlivia
Smiley100P votes no one
We've gone past the halfway point. You guys should probably come to a deciding vote soon, can't lynch anyone if we don't have majority.

Ah, I see. Sorry about that then! But thanks for the clarification
Should make sure it's official then AutisticAliva
