Decided to start my first forum game. Basically, as I was from Nationstates originally, I decided to bring a NS forum game to here. Though the whole skyscraper game first started in xkcd and was brought to NS by someone else.
Anyway, going to the main point, basically, you have to post one floor per post. You then have to write what the floor is like. You can write any stuff about the floor, whether they are generic or imaginative, or realistic or unrealistic. Whatever you want to write and have in your mind. I'll start with the first floor. The only two rules are that you should not destroy the skyscraper and you should match the floor number with post number.
Floor 1
A lobby for the Tvtropes Skyscraper. It is filled with many tropers visiting the skyscraper, as well as trope-filled in general. It also has many advertisements for Trope Co.
Now has an access to the Basement

Floor 1202: Automatically shifts layout and function to oppose the desires of anyone who enters it, a sort of opposite of the Room of Requirement
. It's actually a Genius Loci with a twisted sense of humor.
Floor 1203: A movie theater that shows nothing but Warrior Cats MAPs and an edgy Joker-style reboot of Fred.

Floor 1204: A giant theatre stage. You cannot speak normally on this floor. Everything you say, you automatically sing, like a magical autotune. There is also musical accompaniment that comes from an unknown source.
Very good kittyFloor 1205: The seating area for 1204’s audience. While anyone in 1204 is singing, this floor is completely silent. Many of the seats are occupied by shadowy silhouettes who give appropriate responses - clapping, whistling, booing, throwing tomatoes - after each performance.
Of course I've gone mad with power. Have you ever tried going mad without power?Floor 1207: An unfinished attic space haphazardly filled with decorations and other implements for every holiday ever celebrated, even ones the practices of which are completely unknown, or ones that don't normally have decorations, and some that don't seem to exist. These decorations seem to be of varying ages and technological levels, sometimes incompatible with the place and time the holiday was observed, and sometimes don't match up with the ways the holiday is normally observed. (For instance, boxes and boxes of mass-produced cards for every pre-colonial Aztec holiday, or an ancient-looking shrine with a clay model that seems to be of Abe Lincoln.) There is also an enormous model train set threading through the piles of decorations.
Data is imaginary. This burrito is real.Floor 1210: A open area (about 40 cubed feet) located under a cloudy blue sky. The walls and floor consist of old, damaged poured concrete slabs with metal support rods poking through them. In the center of the area sits a filthy toilet. It is impossible to touch the toilet, since if you even think about touching it, some sort of force will make you not want to touch it.
Floor 1211: 28 stab wounds on the floor for some reason.

Suddenly I'm... still rotating Fallen London in my mind even though I've stopped actively playing it.Floor 1214: A cavern-like space made out of geometric shapes of various sizes, colors, and forms. The shapes are made out of a soft, gelatin-like substance that allows the shapes to cleanly merge together. Every 1618 minutes, the shapes will rearrange themselves, changing their physical properties in the progress.

Floor 1217: An unfinished beta room, where the only thing the programmers finished adding was a light that comes on when you step inside of it.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallFloor 1218: A maze of rooms and hallways with white walls, dark carpeted floors (the rough kind that isn’t really comfortable), and dull fluorescent lighting. Metal shelves are scattered throughout, containing toys and other beloved items that were lost by their owners.

Floor 1220: If it stops on this floor, the elevator will shut down and all lights will turn off. This can last anywhere between a few seconds and a few hours, but when it is resolved, people find themselves on Floor 1221 instead. Forcing open the elevator doors is not advised.
Of course I've gone mad with power. Have you ever tried going mad without power?Floor 1222: For some reason you can see the word "HONK", despite only a noise actually sensible from the floor.
Cassie | they/them/he | Help needed for filling out entries on the Series X SCP categoryFloor 1223: A room with foggy white walls that is entirely circular (except for the floor, which has two wooden benches on it). The thoughts of anybody in there are projected onto the walls in an abstract form. The idea behind the room has Gone Horribly Wrong, due to visitors’... interesting thoughts.
