As they prepared to accompany Valecor, a portal open from which Lucemon and his generals emerged.
Lucemon: I've successfully conquered most of the Digi-World, and now I think I might have missed Villains Day...
Bill: No, you didn't. It's now Villains Month until Halloween, so we're all set and ready to go.
Lucemon: If that is the case I'll need someone to take care of Lilithmon, she was hurt in battle and is recovering slowly.
Grogar: I'll assign someone to do that. Worry not, my ally.
He then sent Lilithmon to her own room with one of his magic orbs and told Lucemon to come with him.
Lucemon: Tell your chosen one to take good care of her, unless they want to face my wrath.
Grogar: Understood. Now Valecor, what's the plan of action?
Grogar and the other villains awaited an answer.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

Power covers herself and Ichi with the Cloak and whispers to him, "we've been caught. Got any Plan B's?"
Suddenly, her crystal ball glows. She magicks it.
"POWER STROKE, DID YOU JUST TRY OVERTHROWING SNOW?!"
Suddenly, Power can see the barrier cracking.
"No time to explain, one of your tributes is coming for me!"
She stores the ball and doll and runs outside, with Ichi following her under the Cloak. She sees a tall, muscular figure trying to destroy the barrier with his wand.
Oh Celestia, I knew it...
Jorgen then fires a magic blast strong enough to shatter one part of it. He then knocks the Cloak off Power and throws Da Rules at her.
"You... puny unicorn... YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID!!!"
He points his wand at her neck. It's still glowing.

Jorgen lowers the wand as requested. Power surrenders the doll to him, explains everything, and Jorgen poofs it away. He promptly poofs up a soundproof, undetectable bubble that surrounds him and the nominators.
"Alright... Since you're my art teacher, I added a new rule so that I can grant your wishes and also 6k1's; this also extends to your clones."
"Really? Thanks, but technically we're still not your godchildren since we're adults."
"Well, this is my reward for you for being such a great teacher! Now... What is your wish?"
Power looks down and folds her ears. While she can just wish away that law, she's sure that it's against Da Rules as well. Additionally, injuring any holiday icon will force her to fix the consequences.
"Any suggestions, Ich? At least Nightmare Night is spared..."

The Arena
I have a few ideas, but turning them into Vex isn't one of them. Think it may be more fun to keep them intact in order to properly torment them.
Valecor's Lair
Valecor says the game plan to the villains.
First things first, let's not do anything to the ones that interfered with Snow just yet, I think it would be enjoyable to let them sit for a while and have their fear go running through their heads about what we're gonna do to them.
Then we go to President Snow himself to see if he's on-board with this. We are after all allies with him, don't want to betray his trust. If he says no we'll leave the planet be, but if he says yes we'll conquer it.
Now if he does agree to this plan, we should first try a diplomatic approach to see if the world leaders are just like Snow and willing to join us. No use wasting our resources for war if it can be avoided. But if the world leaders don't want to join us, then war it is.
I've decided that the nominators will be among the opposition we'll spare in our plans for multiversal conquest, so I ask that you spare their friends and family. After all, don't want to to have more of a reason to retaliate against us when our legal protection from the heroes runs out. Everything else is fair game, so do want to want with the rest of the world as you please. Considering our powers we should be badass enough to simply brute forces our way through enemy territory on this planet rather than targeting strategic positions.
Lastly, if you seek to recruit some of the folk as minions and followers, have them be willing so that they can become genuinely loyal. Using mind control or brainwashing typically works in the short term, not the long term. That won't exactly earn you any loyalty rewards. Best to use such stuff sparingly or as a last resort.
At that moment a shadow clone of Valecor arrived with Super Buu.
Oh, that's Super Buu, our newest member. Thinking of taking him to the games with me to see what he's made of. I used the Super Dragon Balls to bring him back to existence. While the Super Dragon Balls can grant any wish, I wasn't sure if they work properly outside their home multiverse so I played it safe.
Super Buu just grins and waves at everybody.
The League of Heroes
Victory Mansions, Texas, Morth
Dark Elliot took out a laptop, extracting the recorded footage and placing it in a Power Director video before sending it to Dark Billy and every nominator he knows before placing it back in a portal."Alright then," Dark Elliot said as he placed a portal in the front yard of the mansion, "Shall we get this show on the road?"
Elliot 2.0 nodded as he crossed the portal with Dark Elliot. "Don't try anything," Dark Elliot told his hostages, "Chances are, I'll know it."
Dark Elliot closed the portal.
Elliot 2.0 and Dark Elliot eyed each other
from fourteen paces away. locking eyes, Dark Elliot tapped his paw on the mansion floor once- then twice-
then charged at each other at a blinding speed, crashing into each other. Dark Elliot was the first to recover, giving him the advantage as he shot Elliot into the air before Elliot regained his control and reflected a magic blast with his paw, his villainous counterpart falling through a portal behind Elliot before the both of them thrust their paws onto each other's, knocking them back as Elliot stayed in the air and his dark self made a poignant three-point landing and immediately rushed into Elliot, giving Elliot the opportunity to use his back foot to claw Dark Elliot's chest. the claw drew spring-green blood, but the cat barely winced as he followed up by biting his rival's fluffy tail and slamming him into the concrete ground, generating enough dust for Elliot to recover from the attack as Dark Elliot rushed in, only to be met with a portal to space. Dark Elliot, however, was smart, and rushed back into the yard with his own portal and he and Elliot both exchanged several blows, all blocked or parried until Dark Elliot dropped Elliot through a portal directly above him, which again gave him the upper hand. He created a complex network of portals within the yard and started pinballing Elliot throughout most if not all of them, successfully disorienting him for the last portal which was miles above all the rest, allowing Dark Elliot to grab him by the neck for a brief moment.
"Good fight," he said before launching Elliot through a portal loop at light speed, using his magic to vibrate the portals so intensely that when he slammed them together Elliot 2.0 disappeared with them.
He wiped the blood off of his mouth, healing up with his magic and descending back down to the mansion, closing all the portals made in the fight.

"Went well. Sure, some giant lions took out some of our Goblins and a few Hobgoblins, but nothing we couldn't handle."

The Voidlands
Far off into the distance, a mysterious, shrouded-in-darkness plant-like structure rises out of the ground. Inside it, a man in a dark, fancy suit with a top hat wakes up.
"How... Did some unseen force give me a second chance, or am I in the afterlife? I am grateful for it, either way."
He then looks out of a hole to see the place he's in.
"This really is hell... Doesn't matter. I can have all the time in the world to plan! I'll rewrite history soon enough!"
He lets out a long, deep laugh.

"Hmm... anyone saw/learned/knows about what Power and I were up to, I wish for them to forget all about it. Last thing I want is for the likes of Snow and Valecor to start tormenting this adorable, nerdy little pony for the idea that I hatched."

The Arena
Good to know. Anyways someone I just recruited should be joining us here in the games soon enough. One thing about the games you should know if you aren't already: the games have a tendency of making the tributes do things they normally wouldn't do, such as attacking their best friend or being completely out of character. So don't be surprised if it happens to us. Part of me thinks the place is cursed to be like that, but I have yet to find the source. Anyways if I do get killed in these games, keep in mind that I only sent a mere fragment of me into the games as I'm playing it safe. The games are a perfect place to find new recruits, so if I see anyone villainous I go straight to them. That said there's not much villainous tributes this season, so I guess I'll just simply have fun and mess with the others for my own amusement.
The Aquatic Planet
Timewrecker's forces arrive within orbit of the aquatic planet. The oceans are a deep blue, and the few landmasses on it have beaches that look like they've been carved or built. The few cities on the planet are as far away from the sea as possible, as if those living here are scared of the water.
Timewrecker chuckles as he hears Ichi's wish from his screens, thinking to himself.
Oh, if only wishing away your problems were so easy... sorry pal, this is reality. The easy way doesn't always work out, sometimes to have to take it like a man and face your problems. And if you think a mere wish is gonna work on me, you have another think coming.
He turns his gaze to the planet in front of him. He transmits a message to his allies.
Well my forces we're at the target destination. Get ready to send a scouting party and send it to one of those cities. There you can pretend to be regular visitors in order to gather intel from the locals about the place.

"OH, I KNOW HOW BIZARRE THE GAMES CAN GET. I'VE BEEN WATCHING THESE TRIBUTES NEARLY A YEAR UNNOTICED, ONLY NOW REVEALING MYSELF. AND I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET THIS NEW RECRUIT SOON ENOUGH."
Outside the Cornucopia, a humanoid beast with fish-like features on it is tearing through a werewolf horde with ease. Upon destroying the horde, the beast kneels down and reverts into... a purple-haired, red-eyed woman, along with a cape and dress. She then stands up.
"This looks like a library of some sorts. 'Tis nice to not constantly fight for once."
She then knocks on the door, waiting for a response.

Billy's Mansion
By this point, the clone has receive the two tributes for this season he has nominated, as well as sending them for training. While Eika has competed before technically with every cast of Touhou, she hasn't been trained in the ways of the Games, so the clone has to do it now.
Meanwhile, the researchers manage to find the serum to cure the werewolves quickly. It's in the form of a potent gas that can reduce the aggression of the werewolves at first and make them regain their minds, as they get reverted back to normal in few minutes. In the meantime, they have also revived Utsuho and returned her.
Immediately, the gas is sprayed through a hose into the invading werewolves, turning them back to normal humans. The mansion then processes the confused people in their recovery and return, as well taking some blood and cell samples from volunteers among them to find traces of the werewolf converting serum and research them.
As for the Tribute's Village Prison breakup, a manhunt is now launched for those villains, scouring trails the villains have got into. But so far, they fail to detect the ship.
After this, the clone receives a message from Billy, telling him about his Dark Nominator self and his real life self. In addition, he also sees President Snow's broadcast and realizes that Power and Ichi are in danger. He immediately tries to send a message to them in secret, using very advanced encryption that involves magic and technology. It says that the clone will keep Power and Ichi safe after what they did. He also tells them of how he plans to save Elliot's family and prevent them from being sent of for ransom to Dark Elliot, by sending some of his heroic tributes and calling on the help of the hero organization for Kendor.
Billy's School of Business
The healing serum is also sprayed at the vicinity of the business school, curing all the werewolves. The school is then back to normal after this, except for some of the staffs still recovering from their worst nightmares.
The Voidlands
Billy and his tributes keep navigating the maze. After seeing more of their selves, they eventually reach outside, becoming the third to do so. Immediately, they all prepare for Xiamos' test of truth.
Centrality
Dark Billy continues his scheming. Seeing everything except in the Voidlands due to his secret drones, as well as the update on the situation, he grins. Immediately, he decides to send Dark George, who now had to use a tech to disguise himself as a man called Carlton Miller. He will be an agent who is sent to give suggestions to President Snow about the traitor situation.
Setting off with his portal, "Carlton" is not outside the Capitol. Making his way in, he sees the colorful citizens of the city, before he ends up in front of President Snow's residence. He then shows his credentials and his intent to the guards outside, which is give President Snow a suggestion on how to deal with the traitors. He awaits their authorization.
He also sees that the fleet has reached the planet. Immediately, he gives an order to the commanders, and dark tributes he sent for the mission, such as Dark Eirin, to send some skilled people down in one of the cities. They will use a magitek device to disguise themselves perfectly as one of the locals, complete with the residents affected by an illusion of them being a perfect local, right down to their culture and language.
Finally, he checks on the situation with Elliot's Mansion, as well as send secret drones to more universes, this time on where Billy's tributes come from so far.
Outer Space
First, for the Gloryhounds, they scout from outer space for now. And second, for the escaping villains, after some hours, they warp into another location and end up arriving in a mansion. They get out to see a battle.

6k1, having reactivated her cloaking device after chewing out Power for rule-breaking, receives Dark Elliot's video and watches it. She immediately forwards it to Ichi, with the caption: It seems that he might be after me, you, and Power, given what just happened to you two. Even with my sharp planning, I'm still not sure what to do...
She hears some knocking on the intercom, and goes up to greet the new visitor, removing the metal bars from the door to let her in.

Seeing that I'm here with you might as well help you. Thanks to my essence being inside Chrysalis to help protect her from the Voidlands I now have shadow clones of me available to use back in Panem. How about we have the ransom go as planned, but I secretly put my essence in one of the nominators with their permission to infiltrate these Dark Nominators and see what their motives are?
Umm, about that...I may have an idea as to who's behind this. Was going to wait for everyone to be here but as things are now...

Well, among the alternate selves I saw in the maze is me with dark gray clothes and silver buckles. On his hat buckle was the emblem Timewrecker has on his mask. Don't know if the evil selves doing the ransom are with Timewrecker, but if one of us if with him who knows what other twisted alternate selves are with him.
That settles it, now it's personal. If he's behind this then I'm definitely gonna help you. If you go with that plan of mine then rest assured that my essence won't negatively affect them in any way and I will use my powers to protect them as much as I could.

As she guides Runlina to the bookshelf that she wants to check out, 6k1 receives a notification from her Voidlands app. She finds out that Valecor's also joining in on the ransom... more or less.
The app also records that part of the live feed, and she forwards it to Ichi.

"In that case, I'll just wish for Power's house to be under the strongest protection you can whip up. Something that'll keep her and her aunt safe from whatever cruelty Snow/Valecor/whoever must be thinking up."
Ichigo pats Power's head, apologizing for getting her dragged into this whole mess, before checking his phone's inbox for messages. First, he answers the one from 6k1.
Well, I just made a wish to Jorgen to put Power's house under the best protection his magic could whip up. As for me, I'll prolly hole up in my bunker, make sure every last security system is up to snuff, and put the entire place on lockdown until this whole thing blows over and I don't have megalomaniacs out for my head. And don't get pissed with Power, this whole scheme to reduce Villain Month to Villain Week was all my idea. If you're gonna yell at anybody, yell at me.
Then he answers the message from Billy's clone.
Thanks, man. I seriously appreciate the lifeline you're throwing us here. Good luck with saving Elliott's family, BTW. If you need any help or resources, just lemme know and I'll see what I can do.

The Animal Friends arrive inside a forest close to the Database Library. They run into Adeleine, who is painting the picture of the sunrise at the bottom of a cliff.
"What's up?"
"Just sightseeing, mate."
Rick then sits near the cliff face. He then sees a weird button attached to a wall.
"What's this?"
He presses it. Suddenly, an alarm beeps. A part of the cliff suddenly opens, revealing a door leading to a hallway.
"Oh, my..."

"I'll be reading these for the time being. Also, as for the werewolf problem... You're certainly welcome."

Galis sees Billy and his tributes preparing for the test of truth
"Hello there, lads. I already did my test. Shit was hard, but I managed to pull through, although nearly at the cost of my sanity, vocal cords and lungs. But hey, it's over. I'm just chillin out waiting for the rest to come here. Also, I noticed something odd about Xiamos... He looks like Valecor, but with a few minor differences here and there. I'm totally sure the two aren't related in any way, shape, or form, no sir-e."

Power repeats Ichi's wish to Jorgen, and he does his magic. Not only does he repair the barrier, he also gives it the same soundproofing and undetectability as his bubble. Said barrier can still allow anyone inside to hear what's going on outside.
Jorgen removes his bubble and returns the Invisibility Cloak to Power.
"Thank you so much, Jorgen. In return, I'll give you take-home art lessons."
She goes back inside and returns with additional art supplies along with drawing and painting tutorials.
"HA! I'll teach the fairies back in Fairy World your craft and how manly it is!"
Both Jorgen and Power laugh before the former poofs away.
The Database Library, 1st Floor
6k1 makes a nervous laughter at the third book Runlina chose. Did my ghostwriters really document that?
She then leads her to the circulation desk for checkout. "Unfortunately, I sent my staff home due to Villain Month, so I have to do this myself. Anyway, I have research to do, so goodbye and thank you for your patronage."
Back at the basement...

That's good. I know that you and Power are much better at wishing than Timmy, so in hindsight, I'm glad Jorgen came over to help you... even if Power had to break two rules with one doll. (Again, forgive me for that inappropriately timed pun.) *Sigh...* I warned her not to go after Snow for a good reason...
Anyway, I also sent my library staff home and boarded up the windows and doors in light of that werewolf attack. But if everything comes crashing down... do you mind if I move in to your bunker until Villain Month ends? I'll bring all my assistants and the time machine over; it's collapsible.

Kirby and King Dedede have arrived near the strange door after informed by Rick.
"A door?"
"It just opened by itself!"
"We should check what's inside."
Kirby and Dedede then gets inside the hallway, but not before Dedede took a picture of the door and sends it to 6k1. As they get in, the lights went on, illuminating the hallway.
They then explore it further until they reach a sliding door. Dedede presses a button, and it opens revealing a large, abandoned base filled with strange technology, and a large monitor on one side.
"Whoa..."
Dedede then takes a picture of their discovery and sends it to 6k1.

The High Command Members who joined in on the planetary conquer heard Valecor's words and joined in on the plan.
Bill: Alright, I'd like to be the one to speak to Snow, I have a big way with words.
Grogar: I could use my bell, while my Legion is gone, but that'll alert them to me being aware of their treachery, so sadly I won't.
Nightmare: Alright, with everything said I think we're all ready to go.
Bale's Maze
Bale completed the first trail.... Rather messily, when he was finished his clothes were ragged and burned and he was badly beaten up. He fainted for a while, before shedding his skin and recovering his energy, though still a bit dizzy and hurt.

Eagle's Hawk Corporation
Billy's Clone is now in his corporate office. There, he decides to give an order on mass producing the werewolf serum, which is labeled LCS, or Lycantrophy Cure Serum. As he has a feeling it may be the villains' doing, he does not market it, but instead offers it for heroes who want to end the werewolf attacks in Panem. He does so through some secret channels with them, that is secured by very advanced encryption.
He also receives Ichi's reply. He answers back, "It will be good if you can send me help with freeing the hostages. I am in contact with a hero organization now to get their help."
The Voidlands
Billy responds to Galis, "Interesting. I am surprised you were quick on that test." He ignores the Valecor and Xiamos part, though he does chuckle at it.
Meanwhile, Billy's tributes all have different reactions at the last part, depending on their personalities. But for the first ones, Giorno doesn't care, while Marinette says, "Now that you say it, they sure do."
Then Billy responds to what Detective GC says about the Dark Nominators. Revealing that he has uploaded the informations gathered from his Stand to a holographic projector that takes the form of a small cube, as not everyone is a Stand User and thus can't see his Stand, he shows his evil self in it.
The hologram projects an image of Dark Billy, complete with some informations gleaned about him. Of interest is that he is the dictator of Kendor, and that his corporation is also running it. In addition, it seems he possesses the same Stand as him, but stronger, and that he's working with Timewrecker. But he cannot dig into the part about Dark Billy's use of drones, or his various plans against the nominators, including on Billy himself.
Elliot's Mansion
Emperor Palpatine, being the leader of the group, immediately tells them to see what is happening. They observe the fight that is going on, as well as who the sides are. After some assessment, they see who is the evil one.
In the meantime, the Kendorian heroes are coming to save the hostages. But before they can fight, they have to try to negotiate first. Zeitraum opens up communication using a hologram, declaring, "We are the Kendorian Collective of Heroes. We want to negotiate with you for the safety and release of the hostages."
