So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- For a Moral Substitute to qualify, it cannot even appeal to its target demographic.
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.
In addition, per No Recent Examples, Please!, a work must be at least one month old before it can be added, to prevent knee-jerk reactions.

I mean, as written I also edge on saying it doesn't count. Bland and unremarkable is not horrible, even with bad reviews.

I know that The Clash's Cut the Crap was removed from SBIH entirely because it has one good song on it, so to count as a truly Horrible album, every song on it has to be at least bad.
What always bugged me is that Summer in Paradise by The Beach Boys is considered horrible, even though it too has one song that is generally agreed to be pretty good- "Laihana Aloha".
Berserk Button: misusing Nightmare Fuel
That would be a reason to cut it from the list. If there are any specific songs that stand out as truly horrible, they could go on Horrible.Music Songs.
It's mentioned on the album's YMMV page, the song is on AwesomeMusic. The Beach Boys, and Last.fm commentators have mostly good things to say about the song.
Personally I think an album of decent length where every song is considered bad except one should qualify, unless that one song is beloved enough to justify the whole album for the public.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Idk, an album is an entire work and works need to be completely terrible all around for this. A song being considered genuinely good is a redeeming factor. It doesn't need to save the entire album, but it being seen as "a good thing" goes against the point.

Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallMan, I keep seeing so many people dunking on Our Drawings and calling it one of the worst animated films ever made, and it tears me apart inside knowing that it would be such an easy slam dunk for SBIH if it weren't for the fact that it's not even a little bit professionally made.
Sincerely, Lumberwood
One quick Google search and I'm not sure where it would fall. It's an indie film, it sounds like something made for profit and/or a wide audience, but it's listed under Web Original and the creator seems to be an amateur.
Honestly I get the impression it's more So Bad, It's Good, especially for the beatboxing puppy meme. As for professionalism, I'm pretty sure it was released for free on Youtube.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. One thing I do think could potentially qualify, though, is the 2023 limited edition Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Cinnamon Bun icing. Looking up "Creamy Supreme Cinnamon Bun icing" on Google shows mixed-to-negative ratings on almost every site it's sold on, and the vast majority of negative reviews pertain specifically to the 2023 version of the icing, which has been nearly unanimously decried for tasting oily and chemical-like. What exactly went wrong to make it taste so horrible is unknown, but while past versions of the icing got decent reviews, I have yet to see a single good review for the 2023 batch.

That's not true at all, it just needs to be a failed product, same as all Horrible entries. We already have the Dilberito listed, and that was just low-quality and tasted bad.
I can support adding that icing with a proper writeup that describes why it's bad.
regulation pigeonFor what it's worth, Our Drawings is listed as So Bad, It's Good in YMMV.Our Drawings
Here's a writeup for the icing, curious how you guys feel about it:
- Pillsbury is generally known for making high-quality food products that, at worst, are divisive amongst consumers. But one product which is almost unanimously agreed upon to be terrible is their 2023 Creamy Supreme Cinnamon Roll icing. While previous editions of the icing have been generally well-received, the 2023 batch may have permanently tainted the product's reputation, with dozens of people going online to complain about knowing it was putrid from the moment they opened it, getting a powerful odor that some compared to walking into a nail salon. The taste only proved to be worse, as nearly everyone that tried it mentioned the chemical-like flavor, something akin to bug repellent or gasoline. One reviewer even went so far as to say they would go to the ER to make sure they hadn't been poisoned by the stuff.note Many retailers were forced to sell the product at increasingly high discounts because of its unfavorable reputation, and even threw massive quantities of it out because it couldn't be moved. Though it's generally theorized that the product was somehow contaminated by chemicals or plastic before it was shipped and sold, it seems unlikely given that the entire batch of thousands of canisters seemed to be tainted rather than a select few, something that would never get by the FDA or even the company's own quality control, leaving the product's atrocious flavor a mystery.

I'd say that if the ratio of Horrible songs to merely all right songs is big enough, the album could probably be kept as an example.
