So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- For a Moral Substitute to qualify, it cannot even appeal to its target demographic.
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.
In addition, per No Recent Examples, Please!, a work must be at least one month old before it can be added, to prevent knee-jerk reactions.

Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper Wall![]()
to that.
I remember back when the show was first announced that page immediately got created, was filled with complaining, and was subsequently locked for like a year. When it got unlocked people either didn't care anymore or didn't want it locked again, so it's probably one of the cleaner "contentious works" YMMVs.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢![]()
it's commented out at the top of Western Animation.

She/her. Profile pic is by Richard Michael Gomez @StarmansArt. Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkIt's a commented out note on Horrible.Western Animation. I don't know if other pages have something like that.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
Horrible.Anime And Manga has several disqualified works.

I think it would be helpful, as sometimes tropers accidentally miss commented-out notes due to immediately going to the place they want to make their edits.
Should Da Boom Crew stay on here? The only negative stuff I’ve heard about it really is from a few reviewers, and the animation and art is appealing.
The Emoji Movie and the film adaptation of Artemis Fowl are also decent technically but are both vehemently hated by practically everyone and aggressively terrible in practically every way, so decent visuals probably don’t disqualify something from qualifing. The only time I see anyone bring up the show it’s to bash it and the show was canceled only 4 episodes in, not fully aired in the US, and burned off in UK. That seems to meet the criteria.

Once Upon A Time. This entry for Protogent probably doesn’t qualify due it being considered So Bad, It's Good, which the entry even partially acknowledges when talking about its meme status.
- Their rap song
is the ad that launched them into fame, particularly from being featured in Joel Johannson's "Windows Vista Destruction" series of videos. The song's lyrics make little attempt to rhyme, have poor grammar, or seem forced, the animation is filled with blatant GIS Syndrome that could be replicated with cheap drag-and-drop animation, Proto has no flow whatsoever, speaking with weird emphases and pausing mid-sentence several times due to the words not having enough syllables, and the music is ripped from a generic royalty-free site. It also tries telling businesses that downloading Protegent and firing 20% of their staff will help the business. Make of that what you will.
- Another notable one of these ads is the teacher ad
. It focuses on the fact that you can monitor other computers using it, but they have a student apparently watching "porn"... which is just Twilight fan art of Edward and Bella hugging and kissing. The best part is the ending, where the student thanks Protegent for not leading him in the "wrong direction". note It has to be seen to be believed.
- Their rap song
So who makes the Sandbox and how? Are there any formalities or do we just create it?
Regarding the memetic status of Protegent, even The Nutshack is memetic for its low quality, but it is still listed on Western Animation
Also, someone added The Activist to the Game Show page. While it certainly received a lot of backlash upon its announcement, It feels a bit too early for it to have an entry. I don't think it has even been released yet.

Indeed, it hasn't been released and should not be added. In fact, it's being retooled entirely due to the backlash
so it may not even qualify in its final form.
Yeah but Protegent is more considered So Bad, It's Good, its even a Video Example for the trope. The Nutshack’s theme song seems to be the only thing about the show seen as So Bad, It's Good. Though perhaps the blatant plagerism in the mascot’s design would still make it qualify for the trope.
According to Wikipedia
, "Where's Herb?" (on Advertising) had some positive reviews in publications as major as TIME. It still had a widely negative reception, though, seemingly tied mostly to Herb's reveal at the Super Bowl. Is it still bad enough to be Horrible, or is it just a standard flop?

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Mind if I created a sandbox for stuff banned from So Bad, It's Horrible?
Just made a server on discord.Come join me.I don't even know if that's necessary. We have commented-out notes where the entries would go or at the top of the page, and I think that makes it clear enough to people looking to add those entries.

Should we add Thundercats Roar to the "disqualified works" section (with stuff like Johnny Test and TTG! and the like)?
