So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- For a Moral Substitute to qualify, it cannot even appeal to its target demographic.
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.
In addition, per No Recent Examples, Please!, a work must be at least one month old before it can be added, to prevent knee-jerk reactions.

Cut. People outside his fandom may dislike it, but he does have a fandom that loves his stuff. If we ignored fandom opinions, people would probably try to list stuff like Justin Bieber's "Baby" as SBIH.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Just because a fandom is large or obnoxious doesn't make its associated work horrible, but it also doesn't mean it can't be horrible (though you'd need a damn good reason to try to add a platinum album.) If someone wants to make an argument about the actual quality of the work in order to add it here, they can certainly do so, but consensus would probably disagree and it would then be removed after discussion. That's how wikis work.

I think our standard is that the work has to fail to appeal to not just the general public, but its own target audience for it to be truly considered Horrible. Otherwise we'd list every weird niche work and Cult Classic that the general public doesn't like despite the niche fandom loving it. Since Dream's niche fandom seemingly likes the video, it can't count.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. Some more contestable entries from the Music section:
- The infamous JustinRPG is notable for several other things, and one of those is his music. First of all, like Paolo Bartoli mentioned above, he sings over MIDI songs he found off the internet, and terribly too. His voice is really slurred and he has the tendency to pronounce words in an odd way (Lubby Chudder, anyone?). It's worth something when you're so bad you become a SiIvaGunner meme, and one of the most hated on top of it.
- His most infamous song, "I Love Reshiram
", is a chore to get through. It features jaw-dropping lyrics such as "Love, it doesn't matter if one is a Pokémon and the other is human as long as you love each other." Along with that, the premise fails to take into account that Reshiram, like most Legendary Pokémon, is genderless. note This goes on for five minutes. And the parts where he just goes "Love" over and over again takes up about several minutes of that time.
- Another one of his songs is "Stuck in Lugia's Stomach Alone
", a song about Justin being eaten by Lugia and being inside of its stomach. Ignoring how this song is about the vore fetish, it's yet again sung terribly with Justin sounding bored the whole time, along with flat-out taking lyrics from Stealers Wheel's song "Stuck in the Middle With You". Not to mention, there's the constant sound of stomach churning, meant to be the sound of Lugia's stomach, but all it does is make the song worse to listen to than it already is.
- His most infamous song, "I Love Reshiram
The like-dislike ratio on the videos is far too high to even be considered Horrible, more So Bad, It's Good. That aside, the entries don't seem to have much detail about how they're bad besides repetition or how the lyrics are bad ("flat-out taking lyrics" from the song being covered?). Finally, should we really be making fun of people for a potential speech impediment?
- Youtuber Buff Correll is an aspiring "singer & rapper" who has been featured in media such as Tosh.0 & has been prolifically uploading videos for years. His covers of popular songs, which span many genres, are horribly off-key & often poorly-timed, and are normally accompanied by hammy, over the top dancing.
Zero-content example.
- YoungBoyAJ
is a SoundCloud "rapper" who not only shouts over stolen, stock rap beats, but also does it completely off-beat. Most of his songs remain on his SoundCloud, but his most infamous, "Pit Life"
, is only available in a YouTube reupload. He has idolized 6ix9ine and thought he would make a career out of what he did in his image.
The only link has three dislikes to no likes and one negative comment. There's also a lack of detail here as well.
SiIvaGunner fan here, JustinRPG might fit So Bad, It's Good, although I recall even Siiva's fans hated his "appearances" in rips.
Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallSiIva fans hated his overexposure in rips. Most were fine with the occasional Justin rip, it was just that there were too many in a short period of time.
Interesting. It's been a while since he was a running gag, so I may have misremembered.
Maybe he does fit So Bad, It's Good, then?
Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallWould Josh Roehl's "Endless Summer
" qualify as this, SBIG, or nothing? The song became infamous due to being spammed in the comments section of unrelated YouTube videos, but also features terrible singing and laughably bad lyrics.
It's possible it's actually the artist himself who qualifies, under the "Music Artists" section, but this single is his most infamous.

Considering the like-dislike ratio on the uploads, I feel the songs themselves fit So Bad, It's Good more. If there's a divide between fans of Gunner, it would probably be a Broken Base.
Someone readded the Yoshi Clan theme from Yoshi's New Island to Music: Soundtracks, seemingly out of lack of knowledge of it getting cut (I think it was cut once? Memory is fuzzy.)

Please watch Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. https://youtu.be/Vm92JNgPbqkLooking at Yoshi Clan, a YouTube reupload of it has 5.6K likes and 2.9K dislikes. Most of the comments are bashing the song, which have hundreds, if not thousands of likes. However, there are a few comments that call it So Bad, It's Good, one of which has 1.7K likes.
No.
Is it the funniest?
Hell yes.
Berserk Button: misusing Nightmare Fuel
Sonic Gather Battle was readded to Horrible.Fan Games by Baffle Blend. It was removed back in 2019 because it's apparently a good game overall, aside from the malware-like DRM and anti-cheat, making it more Overshadowed by Controversy than Horrible.
Berserk Button: misusing Nightmare Fuel
Why not? We have Horrible.Music Songs, so there is precedent for allowing songs to have examples. I don't see why soundtrack music should be treated differently. Other sections also have examples about individual tracks.
Go ahead based on prior discussion. If they continue to re-add report them to ATT.
I know Horrible.Game Mods is a quite a contentious topic, but this one really caught my eye:
- Wilson Chronicles
, a Half-Life 2 mod by Frere d'Arme, is arguably amongst the worst of mods available for the game, and a prime example of an Obvious Beta released to the public long before it would even be in a complete enough state for Early Access. Right from the very start, the game shamelessly plagiarizes models and sound effects from other sources, including a Sackboy model stolen directly from the Garry's Mod Workshop and countless stolen assets from Black Mesa, and mixes muddy, ugly (and often missing) textures with more high-quality stolen models, resulting in a hideous mess which never improves. The story is non-existent, the gameplay is generic and nothing more than a standard "find door, go through door, find button, press button" idea repeated over and over, and the level design is aimless and almost impossible without cheats. Add these with a janky driving "cutscene" at the start (in an engine that has driving mechanics), melee swing animations that don't match the timings of the damage, ragdolls that clip through the map, a barely-functioning HUD and crosshair, enemy damage that doesn't make sense, and a weird smattering of interactable objects, and the result is one awful mod that should not have been made available for the public in its current state, let alone on Steam. And just to add insult to injury, d'Arme has notoriously demonstrated a complete inability to handle criticism, frequently insulting gamers leaving negative reviews on the game's Steam page.
I checked the Steam page, and well... most of it was positive reviews. Not sure if astroturfing or not, and this seems like Complaining About Shows You Don't Watch. Remove?
Eh, good enough.- The Worst Metal Cover Band In Existence
. They cover short snippets of a variety of famous metal songs very badly; the video is almost unwatchable due to their horrendous quality. To begin with, neither of the singers can really sing, and for some very strange reason they don't have a lead guitar player, only a bass guitarist and a drummer. The so-called "breakdown" somehow sounds even more anemic than usual. And to top it all off, there's a group of people moshing onstage, as opposed to in the audience. At one point, a guy in a blue shirt is seen doing a kazatsky. Because that's totally metal. It's definitely a very ham-fisted attempt to get the kids interested in what is allegedly an anti-drug demonstration.
Judging from the location it was filmed and the ages of the performers, I'd be willing to bet it was a school band performing that day. I think it's totally unfair to judge the performance based on that, especially when much of the rest of the Music: Covers subpage deals with adults, some of which are professionals.
Yeah, I generally dislike including non-professional children on the SBIH pages.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.

Someone added Dream's Mask music video to Horrible.Music Other. This is despite the fact that if I recall, I and many others have stated it doesn't qualify due to Dream's massive, rabid fanbase. Permission to cut?
