I'm working on my character's biography and I'm trying to workout a realistic timeline. I was thinking that this character would be born between 1920-1924. This character will be a doctor, meaning they'll go to medical school during the 1940s. I know that during this time, it was possible for someone to graduate from medical school at the age of 23, though I don't know if that was typical. What would be a realistic age for them to graduate from medical school during this period?

If you're not confident in 23, but still want them to be young, what about 25-30?

I was thinking of making them about 24-26. They'd still be young, but it wouldn't be unheard of for the time period.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea.
