What kind of hero would the above troper be?

A young hero with psychic powers and mild Reality Warper abilities, kind of like Scarlet Witch. Considered eccentric by their teammates, but under the slightly weird exterior is a surprisingly intelligent strategist.

A Norse girl who is inspired by the vikings from her village to start her own crew consisting of men and women around the village who were not accepted into the other viking clans - not to conquer or kill, but simply to go on adventures like the other clans do, and maybe find hidden treasure. On her adventures, she discovers that she can control ice and water.

I've been kind of interested in fictional vikings lately, so I wanted to apply that to the one person here who's strongly associated with ice.

I like that! It initially seems like it's going to be a supervillain backstory, like Mr. Freeze's in Batman: The Animated Series, but I turn good instead of evil.

A scientist who desired to improve the lives of others through splicing humans with animal DNA. He had good intentions, but the company he worked under decided to use it for evil, and when he tried to blow the whistle on them, had his entire life destroyed. Desperate and angry at the people who used his research to destroy the lives of others, he decided that he would have to be the one to put an end to this. He spliced himself with the DNA of a large cat, and from that day forward, Dr No Puma would fight the mutants his greedy former employers inflicted upon the world.

A young vigilante who fights crime in a cartoon series inspired by Kim Possible and Batman Beyond. Knife is a heroic cyborg who lives in a Cyberpunk city. The city is known for its incredible technology, and it looks colorful and utopian on the surface, but there is a lot of crime and corruption behind the scenes. Knife fights low-down criminals and greedy higher-ups using a variety of high-tech weapons, including robotic wings and a laser blade.

A pizza-loving teenager with a magic pen. With it, he can create constructs and allies limited only by his own imagination. Accompanied by his imaginary friends, he fights monsters and criminals. He often gets into stupid and dumb situations stemming from using the pen for dumb and mundane things, but hr always comes out on top.
