I'd say that's about a 7.

So in this scene, my protagonist is in her monster form and she's trapped some local gang members and is doing her Circling Monologue.

"Men shudder at my breaths. They cower at my words. They tremble...at my whispers..."

My protagonist is confronting the person who kidnapped and imprisoned her, as well as murdered her mother.

"You're wrong, Admiral. My masters didn't make me into the warrior I am today. You did."

X-"I have the powers of a GOD!" (Manic cackle, lightning sparks from fingers, the earth quake, cars screech in alarm) "What do you think you got?!"

(Click.)

Y-"Me?"

(Revolver barrel pressed against the braggart's forehead, between the eyes. Finger wrapped on the trigger.)

"One bullet."

(*Bang*)

reminds me of Rango so I give it an 8. Mine is between two powerful mage rivals

Mage A: "I have conquered kingdoms with my mere presence alone, you are a stone among a raging river."

Mage B:"One stone is all that is needed to topple a giant."
