That's definitely an improvement.
I think it would be if it was larger. That is one really small picture. The current is better just because of it.
I think I prefer the OP.
(Annoyed grunt)OP
Dang its small though.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."OP's suggestion. That's one of Fallen London's many card/storylet images. They don't come any bigger.
I want to use the scene of Gromit from The Wrong Trousers but I have no way of getting a rip.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Since the Fallen London image is merely a suggestion, I have to ask what makes such an incredibly tiny picture "better" than what is already on the page? Is it just the graphical quality of that video game's graphics? Because you can clearly see a mook's eyes peeping through a newspaper and glancing off to the side. It's larger and more clear than manually cut-out eyeholes hiding some guy in a top hat.
When I look at the current, the disembodied shoes/perfectly rectangular eyes stop it from being immediately clear that it's a mook hiding behind a newspaper, instead of a mook whose body is a newspaper.
Would work to use a version of the image that's been upscaled via waifux2? I'm not familiar enough with the policies to be certain.

I'd certainly go with that if fine to do so.

(Annoyed grunt)Yeah, the resized version's good. The only problem with the original version was that it was too small.
You can't always get what you want.Thank you so much for resizing it .
I'm good for either mine or your suggestion. My only issues are that it's not a newspaper (the style of the magazine) and the fact Skinners face is already on it may cause some confusion.

The Rosers were red. The Drownies are blue. I know What the Thunder Said. Do you?I still think Principal Skinner is both clear, concise, and funny as hell, but that upscaled version of the OP suggestion doesn't show any obvious signs of degradation.

x8 What magic is this!? over Principal Skinner for having a shifty look.
11's good with me.
The clock's up and I believe we've got enough consensus for 11, so it's swapped in and tagged. The old pic and the Skinner pic are on the Image Links page.
Caption?
"He'll never know I'm here." (possibly pothole to Tempting Fate)
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!"News just in: I'm watching your every move."
The Rosers were red. The Drownies are blue. I know What the Thunder Said. Do you? That works.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.(Annoyed grunt)
Current picture doesn't looks to be poor quality. Here's a suggestion for an improvement from the game Fallen London. Please give your advice and any other suggestions you feel might be better.
Edit: does anyone know a way to make it bigger?
