Keep. The Lampshade Hanging is arguably the most important part, as it is difficult to establish the necessary context with images alone.

That sounds more like an Obvious Judas.
The Un-Twist is supposed to be a subverted twist (an expected twist that never ends up happening). The "twist" still happens there.
And now that I mention it, maybe the current page image is not that illustrative either. In fact, this seems impossible to illustrate, since it requires audience expectation that a different twist will happen.

The clock's up and the consensus is to keep the current for now. I've tagged the page; locking up.
Besides being very boring, it also overlaps with Obviously Evil and Show, Don't Tell.
The image is basically just a guy flipping someone off. Without the caption, it doesn't really tell us anything.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.
