I don't know the original work which this character comes from.
However, if you read carefully the definition (and examples) of Spoiled Sweet, you will realize that this is an Always Female trope. This archetype is for teen girsl and young women.
For men, you can find other concepts. If you want him to be responsible with money, have a look at Non-Idle Rich. Or if you want him to use money "for greater good", check out Wealthy Philanthropist. If you want him to have fun with friends spending money, have a look at Uncle Pennybags.

But Richie Rich? Why is he considered Spoiled Sweet despite being a boy?
Richie Rich is a misuse. He's not an example either.
Oh, ok.
From the discussion page, it seems that this is "always female" in a descriptivist sense, not a prescriptivist one—that is, it's "always female" not because anything inherent to female characters has been identified, but because only one male example has thus far been found. Thus I'm inclined to argue against rejecting a potential male example simply for being male—as long as they fit the trope, I'd suggest that they be allowed for consideration.
My Games & WritingThanks, also on Heroes Wiki I see both male and female examples at the Spoiled Sweet category.
So I'm making a crossover including Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown and I wanted to know, could he become Spoiled Sweet? I mean I have a lot of ways in which he could be one, and I think that after his Heel Face Turn in my series and with enough Character Development he could be one of these. He could learn how to use his money and talents for good and help his friends to fight evil (in my crossover headcanon he becomes a superhero like Megamind) and he even falls in love with a poor girl not caring at all about the differences between them, and even serves as a rival/foil to Montana Max who is still the same rich jerk and they have a rivarly similar to Veronica Lodge and Cherryl Blossom from Riverdale. And there is a scene where he befriends some kids and they go at his house and play video games and the kids point out he has a lot of games (due to his parents being rich and neglectful, so they think the solution is buy the child video games so he won't be bored) and that their parents never buy them any games because are too expensive, and he gives them the games he got bored of, buys the Eds jawbreakers (he is friends with them in this series) and stuff like that. So what do you think? How would a more heroic, Spoiled Sweet version of Jack Spicer would look like?
