“Wanna let me heat it?” A red-haired boy asks, preparing some fire in his hand.
If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. Toni MorrisonShe nods. I'd like that. It's WAY too cold in here.
Okay. The red-hair takes the cup, and in a matter of seconds the cup is steaming hot.
Got it. He hands back the cup of tea back to the white-haired girl, smiling in the process.
It’s a nice thing that they let us keep our powers, isn’t it, Caitin?

Caitlin shrugs. I mean, I don't really have a choice. If I don't use my powers, I'll die.
Yeah… what kind of wand did you get? I got a Pine one with dragon heartstring.
If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. Toni MorrisonAspen, unicorn hair. Pretty nice. Bit flexible. Any classes you're especially worried about?
Hmm… not really, but I don’t think History of Magic is going to be good. All other things seem good, especially Transfiguration and Charms. What are you going to pick in second I mean third year though?
The avatars are in First Year, no?

If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. Toni Morrison-Meanwhile, a young Hufflepuff* boy is sitting by himself in another area of the school**.-
-He's looking through a deck of cards, although particularly stuck-up and crude purebloods wouldn't think fondly of them. They're a muggle thing (Although they DO seem to be magical in some regard... Just ask his PSY Qualia and the bonds he has with Planet Cray and his units...), but seeing as they're not electronic or anything or the sort, he was allowed to bring them.***-
-It's pretty much his only personal possession he has with him while he attends Hogwarts (barring his wand and other such magical items).-
-He honestly does miss home. The downside of attending Hogwarts is that he can't see his friends back home... He would be able to send messages to his mom, dad, and sister, but none of his friends can know about just what school he's attending, or what he really is.-
-Not to mention there's no one to play Vanguard with...-
-Still, looking through his deck makes him feel less lonely. He's still so nervous and uncertain, being here... but having his deck with him makes it a bit easier.-
-For now, he sits by himself... He's a bit too shy to really start any interaction, but he wouldn't mind meeting someone new.-
*Hufflepuff seems to be the consensus between the thread designed for assigning one, asking some friends, and Pottermore's quiz... even though I feel like Gryffindor has a good chance as well.
**Seeing as he's not in Slytherin, he can't be in their common room.
***I don't know if muggle items are flat out forbidden or not. All I've found is that electronics are forbidden. Considering Aichi needs his deck in some fashion to really be Aichi, I figured I could get away with him having it.
Also naturally ignoring the fact that Aichi should be attending Mahoutokoro rather than Hogwarts, for obvious reasons.

Kisara - School Area
I'm Kisara Hudson. I'm a first-year student belonging to Griffindor. The Sorting Hat said I belonged to that House, but I doubted that. I honestly thought I would be a part of Hufflepuff because of my tendency of shying away from huge conversations.
The Sorting Hat argued that I had the potential to be in Griffindor because I never backed down when the chips are down. He was right in a sense. I did stand up for my dear Seto when he was bullied by the other students for being a Slytherin.
For now, I looked around the area and spotted a boy with blue hair and a strange scythe-like hair extension. I waved at him in an attempt at getting his attention.

-Aichi notices the movement out of the corner of his eye, and looks up towards Kisara.-
-He's still rather nervous, but he manages to speak.-
"Oh, um... Hello. I'm not bothering you, am I?"
-He hopes not. He can go somewhere else, if she'd like...-
Kisara - School Area
As expected, he noticed me. He seemed as shy as I was. He asked if I was bothering him at all. Why would I bother him? I'm not the kind to be the assertive type, I think?
I shook my head and corrected him. “No. You're, um, w—welcome to join me if you want.”
I smiled and scooted over for the meek, blue-haired boy as a sign of kindness. Building up trust is the quickest way to learn magic in my opinion.
“I'm Kisara. W—who are you?”
Edited by josh6243 on Mar 31st 2019 at 10:18:29 AM
-Aichi smiles, relieved that Kisara's seeming rather kind and considerate.-
"Thank you...!"
-He gets up, and sits next to Kisara. Honestly, he's not really sure what to say or do... His main subject of interest is void here...-
"Um... Are you enjoying your time at Hogwarts? I'm still not used to being here..."
-His smile gets sheepish with that last part. He was supposed to attend Mahoutokoro, but thanks to some... developments, he was established to be attending Hogwarts.-
-Honestly, he's not certain of how this development came to be either...-
-He's making the best of his time here though!-
Kisara - School Area
He sat next to me and thanked me. He even asked me if I enjoyed my time at Hogwarts so far. I smiled back at him and recalled some of the good times I had there so far.
“Y-yes... Yes, I have. I defended a Slytherin from bullies from the other Houses. I learned how to change into a dragon as part of my Animagus class? Would you l—like to see?”

A girl carrying a rather strange wand notices the two of them.
Hey, do you two know where I could find the Slytherin common room? I'm supposed to go there, but I don't know where it is.
This version of Calamitas has never met Yharim, so a lot of things are different from her normal version. However, most of her powers are intact aside from the worm summon.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.-So she defended a Slytherin? He's heard that Slytherin students were rather mean, but he doesn't believe it's a constant. They're students, just like anyone else...-
-W-Wait, turning into a dragon?! Already?!-
"Ehhhhhhhh?! Y-You can turn into a dragon?!"
-He's absolutely astonished, seeing as he hasn't learned how to do much of anything yet... He only just started his classes...-
-Aichi then notices the girl passing by, who stopped to ask them a question. The Slytherin common room? Ah, where is it...?-
"I think you're in the wrong corridor, but..."
-Ack, he's not sure... He gets a guilty expression, rather disappointed that he can't help her.-
"I'm sorry, I'm still getting used to the school grounds..."

Oh, you're new here too? I don't blame you for not knowing. This place can be pretty confusing. Anyway, what's your name?
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.-Aichi nods in response to the 'new' question.-
"Yeah. I was, um... transferred here, I guess."
-Simplest way to put it... Being sent to a different school than the one he should be attending could probably be considered some form of transferring...-
-Oh, his name? Right, he should be introducing himself...! He hasn't even gotten Kisara's, either!-
-He smiles again, although it's a bit sheepish.-
"I'm Aichi Sendou. What are your names?"
-It's nice meeting new people, even if he gets nervous about it.-

Kisara - School Area
“Yes... I c-can turn into a dragon.”
With my magic, I changed into a human-sized Blue-Eyes White Dragon. I quickly changed back because this form might be frightening to the others. While I changed forms, a red-cloaked witch walked by us. She seemed as lost as we were.
After they talked about the location of the Slytherin common room for a bit, the boy introduced himself as Aichi Sendou. An interesting name in my opinion. Was he from Japan? How exotic. We never seen many Japanese students at Hogwarts.
“I'm Kisara Hudson. It's n—nice to meet you both!”

Calamitas looks visibly scared of the dragon, and is clearly relieved when Kisara turns back.
Nice to meet you two. I'm Cal. No last name, or at least not one I'm willing to mention. As for things I can do, I've got a summoning spell and some sort of magic explosion. I'm, uh, not very good at using them, though.
As if to demonstrate, she tries to summon a giant worm of some kind. It gets about halfway through the portal before dematerializing.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.Kisara - School Area
I applauded Cal for showing off her worm portal magic. I honestly wish I could do that. If I could, I'd use it to impress that Slytherin I have a crush on right now. He'd say, “Oh, Kisara. How did you summon this awesome dragon?!”
“Who t—taught you that amazing spell?”
Edited by josh6243 on Mar 31st 2019 at 4:21:19 AM
She seems a little embarrassed by Kisara's compliment.
It's not that impressive. I can't even get it to work. I learned it from an ice mage. Why do you ask?
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.Kisara - School Area
Cal seemed a little embarrassed by my little compliment. I wish more magicians were humble like her. I hate how magic has become too flashy nowadays. Back then, magic was something someone can learn though hard work. And that's why I came to Hogwarts. It was to learn magic and teach it to enthusiastic students.
“Um, I'm just a little c-curious...” I replied back while twiddling my fingers. I didn't expect her to ask me why I asked that. “So, uh, what's his name?”
Exactly what it says on the tin. Just thought it might be fun. Age 'em down or up so they're young enough, and assume they retain their powers IN ADDITION to Potter-style magic.
A white-haired girl sits in the Slytherin common room, trying to enjoy a cup of hot tea in peace. Alas, the Slytherin common room is dark and cold. Not really ideal for someone with her particular condition.
Whose idea was it to have us room in the dungeons under a lake anyway? she mutters to no one in particular.
