The embodiment of chaos and anarchy, specifically born from England. Has worn many faces throughout the years, Mordred, Guy Fawkes, and most recently as the supervillain leading the 'Jacks of All Trades', the direct enemies of the UK's premier superhero 'Queen Arthur and her Round Table'. History and Math teacher
Phantom-Rank C
A thief of the highest order and wanted throughout the world, always wears a mask and despite not have any known superpower has managed to avoid even the most dedicated heroes. They are the leader of the 'Shadows', a group of thieves said to be responsible for every major theft in the last ten years. Art history and physical education.
Leech-Rank A
Formerly a C rank villain with the ability to copy a single power for a few minutes at a time, after signing up with Dark Bank for a number of experimental surgeries Leech has become on of the most dangerous beings on the planet, able to absorb any number of powers so long as she can ingest the DNA of the person it original came from. At the moment she is said to have over 300 unique powers. However overuse burns out her body, meaning she can only be active for about an hour at a time. Teaches classes related to controlling metahuman powers.
Herr Doktor-Rank B
One of the oldest living supervillains, said to have created the first death ray and murderbots. His past is cloaked in shadow but gives off the airs of a friendly grandfather even in the middle of his schemes. That being said his army of robots are second to none. Teaches science related subjects.
Broker-Rank?
The undisputed leader of Dark Bank, said to be the most powerfully connected person on the planet. Nothing is none about them other then they somehow managed to unite the worlds villains into a massive collection. Headmaster of the Academy, and is always watching.
