It's [to:ho:]. Never mind the accent, Japanese doesn't have accent the way Indo-European languages do. The nearest vowel in English would be that in CAUGHT (for speakers who distinguish CAUGHT and COT), but most fans use the COAT vowel, with stress on the first syllable. So essentially TOE-hoe.

It's been 3000 years…“Ou” in Japanese lengthens the “oh” sound.
I just stick with the Japanese pronunciation; occasionally I might go with "toohoo" (after the Vinesauce team's joking pronunciation of it) if I'm being funny.
