It's [to:ho:]. Never mind the accent, Japanese doesn't have accent the way Indo-European languages do. The nearest vowel in English would be that in CAUGHT (for speakers who distinguish CAUGHT and COT), but most fans use the COAT vowel, with stress on the first syllable. So essentially TOE-hoe.

I just stick with the Japanese pronunciation; occasionally I might go with "toohoo" (after the Vinesauce team's joking pronunciation of it) if I'm being funny.

I've never heard it be pronounced before and I've never bothered to learn said pronunciation so until now I've always unironically called it "Toohoo" just because that's what my brain decided to call it.

Before I got into the series, I always said it in my head as Too-Hoo. It was actually this very wiki that taught me that it's pronounced Toe-Hoe.
