Not bad for conversation starters. For me, a 3- or 4-panel pic showing the character(s) in typically mundane situations would work better.
What do you think of these?

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Hooked, thanks.
Crowner is missing an option for "none of the above".
Actually, the idea was never to have any one of those on the page alone, except the 2 in the OP, which are merely different croppings of the same panel. My intent was to have a collage of them, as suggested in the post after me.
Just downvote all of them. You're allowed a separate vote for each option.

Have you seen my comic yet?Added option "No Pic" to the crowner. IMO, an illustration would need at least three panels of non-talkish daily routine to convey the sense of "slice of life". Couldn't find a third panel while browsing the webcomic.
Collage? I'd like a collage for this trope. (Then again, I love suggesting collages for nearly everything. )
This look good?
Have you seen my comic yet?I'd crop a bit off the top of the bottom panel and scale the other two down to the same width.
Done.
Have you seen my comic yet?Added it to the crowner; if you already voted "no pic", check this and decide if you want to stick with your vote or change it.
Hang on, is it supposed to retract a vote if I click the button again? Because it hasn't been working for me. (Or at least, it isn't refreshing or modifying the vote counts.)
Have you seen my comic yet?You only get one vote per item, but you can change it to either up or down at any time.
So if you voted on one and the total was 3 yeas, 2 nays, and then changed your vote to , then the votes should change to 4 yeas, 1 nay.

The counts should be correct; the #s in the corners are what's really goofed up, and IIRC ratios are a bit wonky, too.
EDIT: 'd

Weird, whenever I did that before, it would just change it to voting for both types.
Have you seen my comic yet?The second collage is pretty. It has my vote in the crowner.
Mine too.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The collage is currently at 16:0, is it okay to just call it here?
Have you seen my comic yet?Three days have passed, so I would say yes.
I'd forgotten to post that I'd already put the pic up. Caption?
Not pictured: Piloting a Humongous Mecha or fighting The Legions of Hell.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.I like that.
Have you seen my comic yet?I don't get the caption. Like at all. What does it have to do with the trope or the work the image is from?
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
I was somewhat surprised that this page had no image, so I picked one from here. I'd put this in the Image Suggestions thread, but I have two different croppings of it, and they both have backgrounds at the top that need to be removed.
Larger cropping, containing the full panel:
Smaller cropping, focused on Apricot and the laundry machine and closer to 16:9:
Caption to go with it (although some of it doesn't describe the source at all):
