Needs Help: Comic Book Time .Webcomic Time

There was a previous discussion 4 years ago on this topic.

I've created Sandbox.Floating Timeline and Sandbox.Year In Production Week In Universe as possible renames for Comic-Book Time and Webcomic Time.

Considering that the original names are very comic-centric, and they are probably two distinct tropes, not snowclones, I'd suggest:

• Floating Timeline / Sliding Timescale: The characters don't age, but time In-Universe passes slowly. A week in August 1998 In-Universe does not pass at the same rate as Real Time
• Sandbox.Year In Production Week In Universe: A comic book or web comic is published in January 2017, but the In-Universe time goes at a much slower rate than its publication and characters do age. For example, In-Universe it is November 1997, with the story arc ending in September 1998, yet time passes much slower than Real Time (the work is published over 2 years).

These aren't comic-centric tropes, arguably, as anime and Western Animation use them.

I would argue that these tropes do get mixed up, but clarification on it could settle these.

I'm just seeing what everyone thinks.
