I don't mind the current.
If we really want to change it, the one that would be adequate it is Monica Adenaeur (1.3.1). The fact that the background shows it's an otherwise formally dressed place increase the "gratuitous fanservice" part. And the bubblegum is just another American cliché.
But with all the gratuitous "USA-ian" elements of the current, that still wouldn't be an improvement.

ETA: Personally, I'd favor the promo art of Tina Armstrong. Maybe it's just me, but the fact that her lower body isn't drawn to proportion with the rest of her (or the angle is just off) in the current is really bugging me.
