Suggestion: Foreign Fanservice

The current pic is from a hentai...it works and I don't mind to leave it in place, but I wanted to throw out some other ideas to possibly get something we can source.

Suggestions

Keep the current since it clearly illustrates the "American" part; there's no need to replace it just because it's from a hentai (and the suggestions that show "American" best show even more skin than the current).

Are you going to start IP threads for every page with a hentai image? I hardly think that's necessary, especially since some of them were chosen or kept by IP threads.

Current seems okay. 1.3.1 works also.

I would go with 1.4.1. IMO because of the coy, flirty pose whereas 1.3. looks rather bored.

x4 - No, there are some of those pages whose pics are fine as is. This, like Weight Woe, was one that seemed easy enough to find an example from something we could actually pothole. There are a handful of others I'm thinking about starting threads for, but only if I can find good alternate suggestions.

Of everything in the OP, my favorites are Monica and the first Tina pic.

I'd probably go with Tina as well.

I prefer the current over Monica or Tina because the burger, soda, and gun scream "Eaglelander" more than any other pic. The caption could be trimmed, though.

Being "overkill" is not a reason to pull without replacement.

Huh. I'm not a big fan of the current, but I don't really like the aesthetics of either Anime screenshots or in-Game graphics that the suggestions offer, either (the former looks too flat, the latter looks too plastic).

If we have to change the pic Tina is probably the best of all the options, though I personally prefer this◊ rendition of her better than the other shots.

I like that one, but it's a bit fuzzy.

Honestly I don't think there's really any need to change it, but if we do, I think this is the best suggestion. I'm not a fan of the in-game screenshots.

I prefer the current too, but I guess wouldn't be terrible.

Still prefer the current, but Adept's suggestion works better than any other one. It should have a transparent background, though (for that matter, so should the current).

I personally prefer a work we can pothole back into the wiki, but that's just my own opinion.

I've gone ahead and made Tina transparent.

It's art from the Dead or Alive Infinite promos IIRC.

Just as an aside, are there similar shots of Asian or obviously non-American characters who could be incorporated into the pic with Tina for contrast, or is everyone good with Tina as is?

Considering the type of series DOA is... I think it's best to leave it as is.
