   (A large, but beautiful◊ moth creature is up a tree near a dilapidated abandoned building, their little wings caught in the branches. Dangerously close to said branches is a power-line, probably active... Despite the seemingly painful and dangerous predicament, they look calm as can be and are just smiling serenely down at...)   

(...Spider-Man, who is slowly scaling the side of the building and deploying those new tentacle-like appendages from the bit on his back whence the legs emanate, trying to reach for the weird mothfuck.)

   It's kind of cozy to at least see someone dressed like one of my people~... Though, they've never seen eye to eye with me. I wonder if you do...   

...Would you please, I am trying to concentrate...

Otto hears a web spun — then another Spider-Man is at the opposite end of the wall, asking, "Need help with that tangle?"

(Though masked and stoic, the elder Spidey's relief is palpable.)

(Looks to Entrope.)

   Cleric~   

...This young cleric has gotten themself treed after exploring the derelict building.

   I was going to wait to see what my fate was, but.... mmm~, maybe you two are my fate. Will you be kind, or kinder still~? Will my flesh be rent~?   

...If you would please refrain from that, it is a bit disturbing...

"Right..."

He looks at the tree. "So, what do we got? I'm guessing it ain't as simple as 'pry the branches apart.'"

(Shakes his head.)

Moving it would threaten a brush with the power line... I was going to try and shimmy the appendage free with the manipulator, but it's hard to get a good angle.

(That tree is just awkwardly close to the building, not much leeway to get at the branches... There's kind of a narrow gap to get at it from a better angle, but it's a tight squeeze even for Peter.)

-Some noise can be heard from Aichi's room. Sounds like he's... fairly busy in there?-

-He's gathering things... He managed to spend some of his money on a suitcase, backpack, and other stuff to get everything he has into...-

-After all, Card Capital will be returning... With luck he can put everything in there, and it'll be returned with them.-

-That way he won't lose anything... He'll have them, and he'll be able to look back on all of these memories fondly.-

-He has quite a few things, actually. His Duel Disk, that painting Lucy gave him, that business card he can't read, the sketchbook and pencils, the cookbook...-

-He has a lot of things from his time here...-

-...-

-...He's going to miss everyone...-

-But yes, scuffling, moving, and such noises can be heard from in Aichi's room. That's... something of an abnormality.-

-Misaki's petting Sub-Manager, quietly.-

-She can't close up the shop. There's no telling whether they'll remain here for a bit longer, or what.-

-And besides, Aichi's gathering his things. He'll need to be able to get in here and stash them somewhere.-

-...So... they'll finally be returning home, huh...?-

-She hasn't been away from home for as long as Aichi has, but she's grown used to this place, as well as the friends they've made.-

-There are still more people to tell, but she hasn't been able to step away from the counter quite yet.-

-Aichi had talked about keeping track of the store for her while she went out to tell people, but she figured he needed to deal with his farewells first. He has more people to tell.-

Aichi Shelter (Leos)

(Leos, having just come home from a fairly exhaustive shift at the Outpost, places his door keys on the settee, before hearing some shuffling going on upstairs.)

... Aichi? You there, little guy?

Card Capital (Sthesia)

(Meanwhile, Sthesia is humming to herself while dropping in to say to Misaki.)

Hey, Misaki~!

(Neither of them have any idea.)

Aichi Shelter (Aichi)

-Aichi eventually emerges from his room, carrying everything... He hasn't seemed to notice Leos, caught up in his thoughts...-

-Then he walks down the stairs, only to recoil when he lifts his head, and sees Leos.-

"Ehhhh?! L-Leos!"

-...-

-Well... he needs to tell Leos. It's not like he was trying to keep it a secret, it's just... He was trying to wait until a moment when Leos and Sthesia wasn't particularly busy or worn out from work.-

-Although, thinking about it... There really isn't the time to waste for that, is there...?-

-Now's as good a time as any...-

"...You're home early."

-He manages a small smile, but... something's wrong.-

-What's he doing carrying all of this stuff? A suitcase? He's got a backpack on? Along with anything else he's carrying?-

-What the heck is going on?-

-Misaki looks up when Sthesia walks in, and...-

-...Sthesia, she isn't doing her standard 'Welcome'.-

"Sthesia... It's good to see you."

-Misaki's been wanting to see her and Leos to tell them goodbye properly. After all, they're basically the best friends she has in this place (Not the only good friends of course, but they're the first ones she made if only because of Aichi knowing them).-

-...She shouldn't beat around the bush.-

"...We're leaving."

Peter crawls around the building towards the space in between it and the tree, pressing himself down upon the brick in order to fit. "You oughta give this a try, it's really snug."

(Leos smiles at the lad) Hey, kiddo. Yeah, the commander let us go a little early today.

(He then notices the backpack) Uh... Are you going somewhere?

-How the heck does he go about saying this? It was easier with Koata... but Leos is his brother, for all intents and purposes.-

-He takes a breath, trying to sort through it...-

-Man, after everything... It's difficult to say goodbye, isn't it...? Even if he has faith that he'll see Leos again someday...-

-...There's no telling when that day will be.-

-He eventually looks back up at Leos again, smile fading.-

"...We're going home, Leos..."

-He says it somewhat quietly as it's a bit difficult getting it out.-

-It's just... he's going to be going home.-

-They're going home.-

-He's been here for almost two years, to the point he thinks of the Nexus as a third home.-

-...Leos, he's serious. You can tell by looking into his eyes that this isn't easy to say, even if he's calm...-

-Misaki stops petting Sub-Manager, just looking at Sthesia.-

-Sthesia may be able to tell that it does bother Misaki a bit if she looks closely enough, but Misaki's remaining calm and stoic as usual...-

"We're going back to our dimension."

-She says it promptly. No point in delaying it, no point in beating around the bush.-

...Oh. So, how long are you gonna be gone?

-Aichi nods.-

"...I had a vision. I'm not sure when it'll be, but... Misaki, Sub-Manager, Card Capital, and I... We're going to be returning to our dimension."

-He should be really happy about this. He should be happy that after almost two years, he'll be returning home.-

-He'll be able to see his family and friends again, he'll be able to go against Ren like he's supposed to...-

-...He'll be able to see Kai again...-

"I... didn't want to disappear without seeing you and everyone else again..."

-To leave without a word... He wouldn't be able to bear it...-

-...-

"...I'm sorry, Leos... I... I'm leaving you and Sthesia to find Cross and the other me..."

-He wants to help them... but he won't be able to...-

-It fills him with so much guilt. He wants to help find them, he wants to help stop the Dark Sthesias from doing whatever they have in mind, he wants to help Leos and Sthesia face any kind of threats...-

-But... he's stuck leaving them...-

-There's honestly no guarantee that they'll be returning...-

-...But she isn't going to take that lying down. She knows that she and Aichi will see their friends here again.-

"...We don't know. Aichi could only sense so much."

-So... there's a chance you may not see them again for a long time, Sthesia...-

"...We won't be able to help you... with Cross and the eye-patched Aichi."

-Sthesia can definitely tell that that bothers Misaki.-

-...That's just like Leos. To reassure Aichi that it's fine. That it'll be taken care of.-

-Leos has always watched out for him like that... Sthesia as well...-

-He can't help but smile a little again.-

"...You've always been like that. Trying to reassure me when I'm worried..."

-It honestly means a lot to him. No one really... did it like he and Sthesia do.-

"I don't know if I would have handled my time in the nexus as well as I have without your support... I could always count on you."

-Back when they first met, Aichi had no idea what to do. He was so far out of his element, he didn't know how to take care of himself, he felt desperately alone...-

-...But then he met Leos. It was a bit of an awkward meeting, and they hadn't seen each other for a long while after that...-

-...But then they saw each other again, and Leos actually let Aichi try to teach him how to play Vanguard.-

-That moment alone is something that Aichi is eternally thankful for. It made him feel just a little less alone in a place he felt so lost in.-

"You've done so much..."

-And Sthesia as well. She was like Leos in that regard.-

"...I'm glad I met you, Leos. You're a better friend... or brother than I could have ever asked for."

-He doesn't think this is the last time he'll see Leos again... but he feels the need to express these things anyway.

"Thank you, Leos... For everything."

-Misaki actually smiles a little bit at that.-

-She knows what Leos and Sthesia are capable of... They'll be able to handle this.-

"Thank you."

-...This is really it, huh...?-

-Honestly, back when they first met... Misaki had no idea what to make of Sthesia. Her teasing bothered Misaki in particular. It was maddening.-

-There was never a moment in which she could be around Aichi without Sthesia thinking it meant something... or so it seemed.-

-But she was right. Misaki was in denial the whole time. She cared a lot about Aichi, and it was a type of feeling that she had never really felt before.-

-Perhaps she would have figured it out on her own... but Sthesia certainly helped Misaki realize it sooner.-

-Sthesia honestly does have a lot of positive traits. It's shocking how perceptive she can be.-

-Perhaps Misaki does feel something of a kinship with her, although she wouldn't say it aloud.-

"...We've been through a lot together, haven't we?"

-The entire thing with -EX-, Zamasu being on the loose, the Aichi clones, the Skaven, the purple Rider, the Dark Sthesias being at it again...-

-So many things have happened in almost two years...-

Peter turns his head, sees the branch move. "Hey, I need you to stay as still as you can, like you're — you're trying to fool a T-rex into thinking you don't exist, iunno."
