Name: Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost (same person, but with a dual personality)
Series: TheFlash2014
Appearance: As Caitlin and As Killer Frost
Personality: As Caitlin, she's highly intelligent and, while kind, is often blunt and can be 'cold' towards those who she isn't close to.
As Killer Frost, she's sarcastic and impulsive, and is likely to "shoot first, ask questions later" and can be something of a Mama Bear to those she cares about. Either way, however, she's prone to being "the mom friend".
Backstory: When Caitlin was a child, her father, who had previously used cryogenic experimentation to cure his ALS, did the same to her after discovering she also had the gene. In the process, Killer Frost was born.
Caitlin was something of a prodigy, having successfully navigated through medical school and securing a job at S.T.A.R. Labs. She was one of the first people to help Barry Allen after he became the Flash, and served as Team Flash's medic.
After Barry reset the timeline after creating "Flashpoint", an alternate timeline in which his mother was never killed, Caitlin began developing Killer Frost's powers and the personality began to surface. Having previously met an alternate universe doppelganger who had fully embraced the Killer Frost identity and become a cold-hearted killer, Caitlin was understandably worried. Eventually, Killer Frost took over completely, leading to her allying with an evil speedster known as Savitar. However, Caitlin eventually re-emerged, and after some struggles, she made peace with this side of herself. Killer Frost was "blocked" for a while, leaving Caitlin unable to access this part of herself, but Frost resurfaced after Caitlin was reunited with her father, whose own alternate personality had threatened her friends.
Powers / Abilities: As Caitlin, she is a skilled medical professional who can perform some surgeries and synthesize biochemical compounds.
As Killer Frost, she's An Ice Person who can create icy blasts from her hands or breath and use said abilities to fire projectiles, freeze things, or create constructs; induce hypothermia via a kiss; heal more quickly than a normal human; and is also more resistant to the cold. Her powers are quite impressive, but judging by how frequently she gets knocked out, she is somewhat physically weak.
Equipment: None as of now.
Miscellaneous: Nothing.

Mind if I ask you to clarify on the powers? Mostly how the icy hands/breath works, if it cam freeze things and how powerful it is, etc.
Just gonna post again to say that Caitlin/Killer Frost is accepted! Congrats!
In all walks of life, for years upon years, Chaos has always fought against Order. A temperamental kid breaking the facade of an ordinary family, an act of rebellion against iron-fisted oppression, the will of mother nature interrupting your holiday plans; no matter what or where or when, there is always a force of randomness working against you, something you cannot plan for. Of course, the unpredictability of life has been a constant for many people, and some even see it as the reason to live at all.
But now it's threatening to ruin everything.
The multiple universes that make up all of existence are being torn apart. Thrown into disarray and panic, you find your familiar world falling apart. It's a threat to your friends, your family, your very way of life. It's a matter that is out of your control. A clashing of unfathomable forces you could never hope to settle.
Lucky for you, then, that the very Chaos destroying your home brought you to the one place where you actually can.
Greetings and Hello, TV Tropes! It's been a while, hasn't it?
I hope your holiday season has treated you well and the new year has gotten off to a wonderful start. I'm here today to offer up a new roleplay that I'm sure everyone wants and is not at all over-saturated: the Crossover.
Restoring Order (Restorder for brevity and fun) is, as the title says, a Crossover roleplay where various canon characters will be traveling through the Multiverse, a collection of worlds and settings all fit into one easy, uh, Bigger Universe. What sets this apart from the handful of similar concepts in the forum is that the majority of the worlds included will actually be a combination of worlds. Essentially, two - or more! - settings forced together into a singular, semi-coherent form. The P Cs ("Player Characters" in case you didn't already know) will be tasked with fixing these mish-mashed worlds, as their corrupted existence is affecting everywhere else.
As for what to expect from Restorder in terms of actual roleplaying, I'm planning for it to be mostly character-driven, as all Crossovers tend to be. There will be times where fighting and combat and other less engaging elements will be used, but for the most part, Restorder is about how your character interacts with all the weird stuff they're going through. Like, 35/65 split between Punching and Not Punching. Unless you really want to punch things.
I feel that I should also say something before continuing here.
Last time I was around the site, I don't think I left on good terms with a few people. And before that, I'm sure I had something of a reputation, between some arguments taken too far and many issues involving my activity and general lack of stick-to-it-ness. Even if I haven't been gone long enough to warrant it, I just want to apologize to anyone reading this that I've upset before. I'm willing to make amends, if you want, but I understand if I burned a bridge a few too many times.
And also, just to ease any worries, I'm in a much better place than I had been, and will not let this RP fall to the wayside like before.
Anyways! Without further ado, let's get to the nitty-gritty part of things.
- Any character is up for grabs, though ones with impossibly overpowered powers will either be denied or need to be limited down to an acceptable level. Reality warpers, time benders, and other such characters will probably not be accepted unless you can nerf them enough.
- No OC characters, only ones from a Canon media. Customizable Characters are allowed, but need a "default" appearance and have the most canon personality and backstory. And take it from me, they should probably have an actual name.
- The limit of characters a player can have at once is 2. However, two connected characters can be used for one character slot if they cannot be sufficiently separated. For example, characters that are two halves of a whole (Kindred from League of Legends), characters that cannot function without the other (Maka and Soul from Soul Eater), or characters that form a specific duo that defines them (Rick and Morty from Rick and Morty) are all acceptable. So long as the two characters are considered "inseparable" in one way or another, they'll both be allowed in under one slot, though they will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
