Finally saw the new batch's first episode and thank god, the thing I was worried about turned out to be Five having a worst case scenario imagine spot.
So glad Miko isn't a robot. That would've raised too many questions...
Pretty much everything like that is gag or something It's same thing when in Amphibia the trailer as Anne being badass and context was just silly image spot
Well, I was onboard with the first half of the season, but now that I've seen the whole thing, I'm definitely hooked. Heck, I even approve of their version of the clip show episode.
Here's hoping the viewer count is enough to get Nick to change their minds and unfreeze the second season. We need some answers, dangit.

Finished the season, random thoughts:
Nameless is so chuuni, I LOVE HIM!
I was worried Alpha wasn't going show back up, glad to be wrong even if it was a single episode.
So, I think Five's dad is going to connect back to Hinobi in some way.
Thought Zahra was supposed to be an adult. Well, that ship gets my support especially if it keeps Miko and Five platonic.
That advanced glitch is going come up again. Part of me thinks it's Miko since she doesn't reset, but the other thinks it's Five so what do I know.
Expecting Cast vs. Hinobi in the future, however not a complete divorce until the climax.
‘My ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’It really felt like they were trying to flesh out a lot of the secondary glitch techs in this part.
Spoilers for season 2 episode 6.
Was that a Danganronpa reference?
Eric Robles and Dan Milano share some potential plotlines from the 10 unproduced episodes (around 48:10):
- Bolypius would be followed up on and would've been a huge moment in the story.
- Ridley would've returned alongside a new "interesting" character.
- A full-blown crossover with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles (in collaboration with Kevin Eastman).
- Casino would've returned.
- A "Return to Castlestein" episode.
Finally got around to watching it. It's a lot of fun; I'm disappointed that it probably won't be continued.
There's definitely a The Matrix vibe with how the glitches along with the Hinobi tech can affect the "real" world. It's not real, and Miko is The Chosen One because she can't be mind-wiped.
Someone managed to get a clip from one of the unproduced episodes. It has Five and Mitch asking for Ridley's help. It seems to involve Miko in trouble. The animatic looks like the ones Dan Milano posted on Twitter, so it seems legitimate.

Edit: He confirmed it's real.

Wow, surprised to see this. I guess Mitch is switching haircuts again?
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I'm seeing Renew Glitch Techs more so I'm hoping it does get picked up although this whole Cancel Netflix debacle isn't helping.
That has very little to do with series.
I hope they at least finish the remaining 10 episodes, though. On one hand, it makes no sense to leave them unfinished. A complete waste of time, money, and resources. On the other hand, leaving shows at two seasons fits Netflix's MO.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Netflix's treatment of their series has been that bad?
Many of Netflix's shows have had 3 seasons at the very least.
https://mobile.twitter.com/LegitEricRobles/status/1304975573018529792
Remember how Eric Robles and Dan Milano said how one of the unmade Glitch Techs episodes was a crossover with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Eric said how The Shredder was going to be voiced by TMNT co-creator Kevin Eastman.
How "finished" are the ten episodes? Are they just concepts? Are they storyboarded out? Do they just need to be animated? I'm all for blaming Netflix for shelving a show in production, but there's a difference between barely started to almost finished.
My Fanfiction.net Page My DeviantArt PageThe remaining 10 episodes have writing, storyboarding, and voice acting all finished. They just need the greenlight to animate them.
Finally finished the season!
It's probably because I've been bingeing Chip Cheezum's Let's Play of it recently, but is it my imagination or is BITT's core unit a reference to the A.I. Pod from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker?
Probably. This series has videogame references coming out its ears to begin with.
Wake me up at your own risk.I can't wait for the next season, especially with what happened in the second season's final episode that indicated something stinks in Hinobi.
It shouldn't be surprising given how their stuff is glitchier than Bethesda's, with much more destruction and even their Pong analogue had the potential to wreck a lot of things yet they keep pumping them out to the market. But how far does this go?

Wake me up at your own risk.x6 Nickelodeon, specifically their new president, shelved the show mid-production, not Netflix. I was just saying that Netflix usually keeps their non-Dreamworks, non-adult cartoons at two seasons, and why they might not be motivated to renew the additional season.

Dan Milano posted a picture from one of the unproduced episodes. It shows a picture of the families, with Miko's grandmother voiced by Amy Hill.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure that episode where Mitch starts having different uniform and hairdo also started having background designs feel... Little different. Like I don't get it since char designs otherwise seem same, but something about art feels little different, like backgrounds are bit differently colored or blurry or special effect or something?
My guess is that episodes before that were part of first production and episodes from that episode and onwards were part of new production? Mitch's old hairdo does still appear in later episode in poster and when he briefly pulls his hair back
That would imply though that first produced episodes ended in clip show recap episode though Which I guess with inspector lady's ominous comments makes some sense (honestly kinda wondering if they are AI or glitch or simulated personality themselves because they are really uncanny character facial expression wise <_<)
Edit: Oh yeah, Nicklodeon did freeze production in middle of second season and did laid off staff, so that would definitely explain why something about final half feels different since both break in production and probably different animators?
