Narmaya's coming March 3rd, same as Bubs.
Also Steam version finally comfirmed! Coming March 13th. No codes with this version, though.
Since I got bottompaged, there will be no crossplay for Steam and PS4.
GBVS Final DLC char for Season 1 leaked
Edit: Here's a more precise screenshot of where it was leaked
Edited by DanteVin on Mar 2nd 2020 at 11:57:58 PM
Narmaya has a Vergil palette
fuck all the DMC memes are now validated
Something cool I discovered is that Narmaya actually has some references to The Last Blade series;
Namely, she borrows moves from Keiichiro Washizuka and Moriya Minakata.
EDIT: Also Lowain's theme is actually a remix of "Cafe de Party Night Dancho no Onayami Orera ga Marutto Byou de Kaiketsuhen SP", an Image Song for Lowain and his bros (This is the only video I could find with the song, it starts at 1:02);

Brianna Knickerbocker voices Narmaya and according to the credits, Laura Post voices Zooey.
So I guess that leaves Soriz as the only character yet to get an English va.
He does get one in the Anime, and unless I'm mistaken he sounds like Kirk Thornton (He shows up at 1:20);
Also, XSEED Games will be holding a "Granblue Fantasy: Versus" Launch Party in Hollywood, CA on March 7.
EDIT: So guys, I've been thinking; Soriz's trailer comes out on the same day as the 6th Anniversary Special Live Stream, right? What I'm thinking is that either they'll share both the trailers for Soriz and Djeeta, or they'll show the trailer for Soriz and tease a bit of DLC Wave 2. Let's say that Wave 2 will have six characters, with one of them as we know being Belial. If you were to guess who other four would be the most likely, and allowed yourselves to pick not one that's not as likely but you really want, who would they be? Me, I'd say the most likely four for Wave 2 would be Siegfried, Vane, Vira, and Feather, while my one dream pick would be Cailana.
Edited by WolfThunder on Mar 5th 2020 at 1:19:18 AM
I feel like someone like Beatrix or Eustace is more likely than Feather if we're basing it off of characters related to ones in the game already.
On actual predictions, I'm guessing Sandalphon will show up at some point.
I'd put money on Vira (who is basically confirmed) and Sandalphon (it's weird that we have a bunch of WMtSB stuff without him).

Characters I'd peg as likely —
Personal pick — Sen. She could be like someone who just walked into all this mayhem. Her moveset would be inspired by M. Bison :p
So the DLC has definitively leaked the final character, Zooey◊: Sword edition.
Dunno if this means her other weapons won't be used.
Also a Divine General like Anila or Mahira would be great especially since they already have SNK references in their movesets.
The second idea that I want to share (This is in relation to something I brought up on the main "Granblue Fantasy" thread, but I'm bringing this particular point up here because it has more to do with Versus) is a Gaiden Game, for Granblue Fantasy Versus; Granblue Fantasy: Eternals Versus Evokers!
The reason I came up with this idea is because I would love to do a story for both the Eternals and the Evokers, and also because I want to see them be playable in a game like Versus, but came up with the idea of giving them their own game so that they wouldn't overtake the main game's DLC Waves. But in case people who own Versus want to play as them, Eternals Versus Evokers would be an Expansion Pack for both digital and physical release, so people who already own Versus would be able to get Eternals Versus Evokers no problem, while people who buy Eternals Versus Evokers would also get Versus.
The roster would have a total of 22 Playable Characters, including all ten of the Eternals, ten of the Evokers (With the Mysterious Evoker being left out), Robomi, and a new Canon Foreigner character made specifically for this game.
The story in this games "RPG Mode" would take place after the Evokers beat The Inchoate World (Because I'd rather have that battle be settled in the main game, and think it'd be unfair to have it be resolved in another game), with the Eternals finding the Canon Foreigner O'n bir, a girl who familiar to each of the Eternals for different reasons and wears an outfit similar to them.
After encountering the Four Kings Fili, Digi, Muskel and Wystom, the Eternals and Robomi discover that Lord Daimon survived that events of "Robomi: Generations" by using the mad scientist backup plan of uploading his mind into a machine (OOOOOOOoooooooOOOOOOOoooooo) and then with said machine revived his Four Kings. Later on it is revealed that O'n bir is one of his experiments, which he refers to as both "The False Eternal" and "Imaginary Number".
O'n bir is actually a puppet made to absorb to powers of the Eternals, and to keep from anyone guessing her true identity, her shape turns into that of whomever the beholder has the strongest memories and feelings of trust towards, making people lower their guard around her. Though technically genderless, the Eternals see her as different female figures from their past, so she just goes along with that and considers herself female. Once people start to figure out that trick behind her appearance, it starts to mesh all of the Eternals' perceptions of her together until it eventually settles on a coherent shape of a young Human woman with a Harvin head, Erune ears, and Draph horns.
In the end she's successful in absorbing the power of the Eternals, able to mix-and-match their weapons at will, but begs them, the Evokers, and Robomi to kill her so that the Eternals can get their full strength back and stop Lord Daimons plans, since she grew to see the Eternals as her friends throughout the story.
In case it wasn't obvious, O'n bir is an Expy of Xion, and I even thought of her theme being similar to "Vector to the Heavens". The reason I came up with her is because I wanted to come up with an idea for an eleventh Eternal in a way that doesn't contradict established lore. As for why the Evokers are there? Other than setting them up so that they could give the Eternals something to fight against so that O'n bir could have an easy reference guide for how the Eternals use their weapons and fight, Lord Daimon also wanted to acquire any energy from the clashing between the Eternals' weapons and the Arcarum Primal Beasts and store it for future use, in case his plan with O'n bir goes awry.
The "RPG Mode" Bosses would include the Arcarum Primal Beasts (Sans The Inchoate World), the Four Kings (All fought at once), and a Boss version of O'n bir separate from the playable version (Who'd also serve as the Final Boss of Arcade Mode).
So, what do you guys think?
Quick everyone act surprised at the last DLC character being Zooey for pass 1. Also some Djeeta and Soriz gameplay previewed.
She comes out in April, next trailer will be at the end of this month
I'm so looking forward to Djeeta. Also, that little snippet of "Peacemaker's Wish" sounds sick!
So, from the Color Pack 5 DLC on Steam: Soriz has a Palette Swap of Akuma from Street Fighter, Naru has Khumbira, Djeeta's colors somehow reference her old artwork from a very old Granblue Fantasy Relink trailer, Zooey's colors reference her counterpart Geo. I don't get what Beelzebub's white-red-black references though, is it Lucifer?
Edited by DanteVin on Mar 14th 2020 at 4:57:35 PM
It's probably Lucilius before he died.
Since the outfit's predominantly white, not the brown/black of Lucifer's outfit.
Soriz trailer, Djeeta trailer comes out next week
The most important thing is SOIYA song confirmed and Soriz has a fundoshi super mode now apparently
Djeeta bit indicates that she's going to be the Eternal rep by proxy I guess as she has a Skybound Art(?) with the Revenant Weapons
Djeeta trailer, she will be available as DLC everywhere on April 7 (if this multi posting is being too much, please tell me)
Zooey trailer comes out on April 17
So essentially, Versus built her up as its answer to Ken Masters. I can dig it.
Edited by KnownUnknown on Mar 30th 2020 at 3:04:19 AM
So far, Katalina and Gran are considered the Ryu and Ken respectively. So I guess this addition would be more like Akuma?
