Pretty much what the title says. If you want, you can just choose a pre-existing song and say that the above poster's song is a cover of that, but I think it would be more fun to describe what an original song for the above poster would be like.

A Disney Princess-esque song, with animals and happy backgrounds, ending on a high note orchestra

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

The princess in question was raised in the wild, with the song subsequently transitioning to the present day at her coronation and ending with the entire cast standing on top of the castle. Bonus points if it's also a Last Note Nightmare.

Probably a part of the exposition, sung by a benevolent king leading his troops into battle, with backup from the soldiers themselves. Lots of drums and trumpets. Starts out uplifting, but gets darker as the battle progresses, until the king either dies or is otherwise defeated or betrayed, leading to the events of the main plot.

A dark broody song that the villainess sings, in which she explains her tragic past, and how everyone she's loved has either forsaken her or died, how she joined the Big Bad, and how she learned that shutting off emotions is the way to cope with any grievances or suffering, and that now she "learned" that power is the end-to-be all of order and peace

Think about this song as the basis

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."

A large and hammy piece sung by a leader of an army, with lots of little interruptions by the leader's underlings giving status reports and the like, all culminating in long held note that gets cut short when someone announces that someone has entered the base/castle

A super-upbeat song sung at/near the beginning of the play by the protagonist's entire hometown... except the protagonist himself, who finds it weird that everyone's spontaneously bursting into song. He joins in during the Triumphant Reprise at the end.

Kirin here wouldn't sing it; it'd be sung by other characters speculating about who exactly she is and what precisely she does, establishing her anonymous nature.

It'd be a very "Rock Musical" style number. Stylistically, it might sound like "Meant To Be Yours" from Heathers but obviously not in terms of lyrics. It would most likely be an 11-o-clock number.

A mellow-but-happy song sung by the protagonist, about how wonderful she feels coming home from a long day to relax and be alone with her cats. Gets interrupted by the doorbell ringing (or some other form of Call to Adventure, depending on the play's genre).

A song about her life, her mysterious past, and the possibilities she may hide, sang by a bartender to the protagonists, it mostly uses a jazz/funky tone.

A dark and bombastic song with all the power of a Villain Song, but not evil. Probably something like "Snuff Out the Light", especially the ending segment where Yzma mentions a bunch of different creatures. Vengeful's song would have him summoning a bunch of backup singers dressed like sorceresses and similar things.

I'm thinking something similar to "I Have A Dream" from Tangled, in which a character or group of characters that look menacing would turn out to be anything but. The protagonist(s) would learn a valuable lesson and/or make helpful allies in this scene.

A purely instrumental song, the only thing close to lyrics being them humming it, playing as they do jobs both mundane and fantastic. However, it gets a Triumphant Reprise at the end, when they are prepping themself to go and face the toughest challenge of their life...

A piece consisting of him and the protagonist of the work trying to outdo each other constantly, culminating in a grandiose solo... which is immediately followed by him questioning why the two of them are fighting in the first place.

The play is a Cosmic Horror Story of some sort. There's a scientist character trying to find out more about the Eldritch Abomination, and he has several songs throughout the story about how terrifying-but-wonderful this mysterious being is. The tone is somewhat dark yet not depressing, with a hint of excitement, almost playful at times. The toll on his sanity becomes progressively more evident with each song.

A song about her job as a spy and secret agent for the government, about how she deals with "bad guys" and how easy and boring her job has become, with the song showing a fighting montage of her beating up several Mooks and bodyguards, as well, as stopping doomsday devices, she also sings about how she hopes, one day she can find a new excitement in her life

Apologies for the sandwich post.

The play is a superhero story. In this song, a character (probably either a hero or a fan) points out the mistakes of various supervillains, and wants to see one who actually knows what they're doing. Probably rattles off a few points from the Evil Overlord List in the process. He eventually concludes that if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. The song starts out light, but once he's decided he's going to set an example for the villains, it turns into a hammy Villain Song.

Towards the end of the show, it's a twisted, uptempo reprisal of the theme of the organization they work for, with their coworkers droning the same basic lines as they say/sing lyrics that represent the things they've seen during their adventure. It's a song that eventually concludes in them quitting and setting off for a new life with the people they've met on their journey, whoever they may be. If it ends the show, expect a The Adventure Continues ending.

An upbeat rock song. It's kind of an "I Am" Song where Def acknowledges his imperfections with Self-Deprecation humor, but sings about how he aspires to do great things. It's mostly lighthearted and silly, but there are some segments that are more slow and emotional.

A song in the middle of the story, in which the Sixth Ranger-to-be asks the heroes to let her tag along and help them on their quest. She highlights that she's always wanted to see the world, and the skills she has that might prove helpful. Depending on where the play sits on the Sliding Scale of Idealism Versus Cynicism, she may or may not realize what she's getting into. Pretty upbeat, except maybe a short darker section about wanting to avenge someone who was hurt by the villain or something.

A dark, but jazzy "I Am" Song number that wouldn't sound out of place in a Bond-knockoff film. They rapidly list off all their accomplishments as a secret agent, some audibly redacted (With a foghorn? A siren? You decide!) in time to various black, faceless background dancers snapping their fingers (if they even have them) to the beat.

A comedic song, with weird zany visuals, fast-paced scenes and colorful wacky character designs, set to some trombones, kazoos and saxophones, with a 20's jazz feel to it. It ends on a comedic note as the song gets interrupted by the main protagonists.

"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
