“That means we need to work on Kara Stia. Could we investigate them without harming our relations?”
Ing paces back and forth.
“I vote against using nuclear weapons. We can make them, but don’t use them just yet.”
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.“That’s a good point, Wario. I think we still need some form of defense, though. Just not a nuclear arsenal yet.”
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.“I want to know how close they are to... that other place. If we were to go to war, whose side would they be on?”
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.“If that’s true, then we can absolutely win if we have to. However, we should try to work this out diplomatically. Think we could send a few people over to Scullia?”
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.The doors fly open on their own, and in comes this guy, coffee in hand, sunglasses on, scratching the back of his head with his free hand.
Except it wasn't free; there was a small box in his hand.

Welcome to the Council, Chairmen Revenge and Vogo II. No kings here, yet. If you need a catchup, here’s the State of our Nation.
But, the way I see it, we’re coming to an idea.
A Council Action, if you will.
All for sending spies to Kara Stia and Scullia to understand their relationship, as well as the way they run things, say ‘Ay’.

Huzzah“Ay, disembodied voice.”
I’m leaving for tonight, just so I can get some actual sleep. I should be back by 2:00 tomorrow at latest.
How unfortunate that you are attempting to deceive me.Sorry this took so long, we only need three votes at the moment for majority. Ads keep interrupting.

Three spies are sent to Kara Stia, and they return safe in a week.
The citizens seem very split on who they prefer.
Lower class citizens seem to appreciate benefitting off of Scullia’s alliance, but they also are appalled at the possibility of Scullia killing their own citizens.
Upper class citizens, who benefit off themselves, see Scullia as a long time friend who may need to be looked into.
Both classes agree that, while Sauryoco is an ally, they haven’t done any direct favors for Kara Stia in a long time.
The spies couldn’t find out what the monarch of Kara Stia, King Podor, thinks. You may need to confront him directly on the issue.

Three spies are sent to Scullia. Two go missing. One returns.
The one spy, Mr. Brown, declares Scullia a safe country, with a fair government. He declares that the “protestors” were actually extremists who believed themselves to be a higher breed of people than the others.
According to Brown, Scullia is worried that Sauryoco doesn’t trust them.

You have your updates, Council.
Huzzah"I want to tell you, that you don't have anything to fear nor distrust from Sauryoco, we may practice dark arts, but we make sure we don't breach any moral lines, in short, I guarantee Sauryoco is an ally worth having"
Prettiest Meta Knight Gijinka, ngl

Kara Stia is a little trickier. Kara Stia considers you a great ally, but it’s hard to tell if they value you or Scullia more.
