It's a place that's inspired partially by One Piece, Post Knight, Hunter x Hunter, and D&D. It's a place where people called Delivers, who are like Hunters from Hunter x Hunter, but they deliver stuff to people instead of hunt. The world would be a Death World, so that is why delivers would be important.
How about colours? I personally like to use the colours of the rainbow. I rank them by their wavelength that means red is the lowest, purple is the highest and the rest goes in between.

I am a simple man, I like stories therefore I dissect and discuss them.That's... a weird use of the word delivers from someone who I think has English as their first language. Why not Delivery Men/Women/People? Which is a real phrase people use for people who deliver stuff. Or, you know, Postmen? Since what they do is likely taking mail and packages from place to place. If this is a death world, it seems like the government would be interested in training people to do this professionally. A private enterprise seems much less likely to do ranking in the regimented way you seem to want.
In any case, if you insist on using flowers as your ranking system, you could do it by number of petals the flowers have. This requires minimal research, and could also give you some interesting visuals if you want symbols for badges and the like.
Alternatively, instead of a ranking system, the flowers could stand for where a particular character comes from/serves at, with the flower being symbolic for what the people there hold as important values. This also requires minimal research, but there's scads of things about flower symbolism out there.

I was thinking of how to do my ranking system for my fictional world. I really want to not do numbers or based on precious gems/metal because everyone does that. I was thinking maybe one based on plants or animals.
