I like 1.2. But are we still considering all NF from that game spoiler material? If so, would putting them up on a trope page be spoiling?

I think that if you’re unfamiliar with the game, those are vague enough that their spoilery nature is downplayed, especially if the caption was removed from 1.2.

I prefer 11.3. 13 reminds me more of Motion Blur. I can tell that it probably is an example of this trope, but I don't think it's demonstrative of the "usual" example.

It doesn't look like Motion Blur at all, to me. There's a lot more going on in the image than just the blur with the one character, namely the creature in the background and three other kinds of distortion.
It's mainly the creature, and how the character seems unaware of it, that sells it for me.

I can hardly even see what's going on in 11.3. So far, the best suggestion is 13, for the reasons stated by Primis.

I find 11.3 too dark and 13 too confusing... I actually lean towards 19.3.

I'm fine with 19.3 too. Or 11.3. Honestly, anything in 19 or 11 would be fine. (And I kind of like the effect of 1.1 too - although that seems to not even be in the running.)
